Andrea and Gen are GREAT !! While they practice standard modalities for treating injuries (which are much more popular forms of physiotherapy), it was they who turned me onto acupuncture - which has worked wonders for me ever since. I started seeing them both - way back - when they were both working at a sports injury clinic out of the Carling Ave. building in back of the Westgate Shoppers Drugmart. Now, they run their own clinic (this one). I was so pleased when a former employee of the other sports injury clinic (where I initially met them) let me know how I could them (here). Tip to those of you who wonder about acupuncture: The needles are very thin. Once the needles are in, there should be no pain. They stimulate healthy blood flow to the affected areas being targeted. It is normal to feel very relaxed and tired afterwards. //Steph

My wife and I have been seeing Andria for all of our physiotherapy needs for over 5 years. My last session was for back spasms "contracted" from curling (believe it or not) and I had to stop curling from before Christmas to mid January when I got my referral. Andria was her usual amazing self, homing in on the problem, prescribing the appropriate execises at the appropriate times and, in general, being helpful, encouraging, cheerful and above all, caring. With her help, I was back to curling before the end of February. If you have need of physio, I say "Go to her post haste".

I have had a long career as a professional musician here in Ottawa. Along with performing for 48 years,comes many repetitive stress injuries. Although I am now retired ,some of my issues are ongoing. A friend recommended Andrea Cellucci a physiotherapist at Integrated Touch . I found her to be compassionate, incredibly well educated ,and spent a lot of time with me,doing different treatments and exercises. After four sessions with her,I can truly say that she has really helped my pain and discomfort. I definitely recommend her most highly.

I was a walk in off the street and was very impressed from the get go! It was a bright, airy office staffed by Michellina, a very pleasant and efficient receptionist who took care to sanitize the waiting area and process my visit. Genevieve was my physiotherapist who was easy to talk with and who addressed any concerns I had. I felt that it was a team effort in dealing with my treatment. She welcomed any feedback and answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.

I've had experiences elsewhere with physios that gave too many exercises or didn't change their exercises after they weren't working. At Integrated Touch, Andria always asks how things are going and adjusts accordingly (including acupuncture for immediate pain relief). My reason for getting physio has been persistent for over a decade, and this year is the first time I've seen improvement. It's also lovely to spend time chatting with Andria and with Michelina at the front desk.

I highly recommend this clinic. I have been having problems with my shoulder for years and went for physiotherapy sessions many times to different clinics. It did help, but never lasted for very long. Last summer I went to Andria for physiotherapy sessions. Andria’s care was excellent and personalized, she was very attentive and always took time to answer any questions I had. Now, more than six month later, I am able to move my arm without pain.

Like everyone who has posted a review, I have nothing but praise for this clinic. Over the years I've been to several clinics but this is by far the best. It only took two visits with Genevieve for my problem to be fixed. Friendly, caring staff and the clinic itself is clean and bright with large, private treatment rooms. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I've recommended Integrated Touch to several people. A very positive experience.

I have been a patient of Andria's, with a variety of musculoskeletal issues, for many years. She is an expert diagnostician and a great communicator. She has excellent physiotherapy skills. She sets up a course of treatment for me that will not only be successful but will also teach me how to prevent future issues or minimize them through regular proactive exercises. I highly recommend this clinic for your physiotherapy needs. I recently saw Andria, for my elbow tendonitis, she was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and provided helpful solutions to get through the pain. The clinic is spacious and full of light, which was welcoming. I will be back again for physiotherapy, (my husband has also been back as she is caring for his issue too), and for massage therapy.

I have gone to Andria for a couple of different issues and she has been 100% great each time. She knows her stuff, is extremely effective, and is also a really nice person. Her facility is new and bright and clean, and she has online booking too! I happily recommend her to my friends and family, and she is definitely my go-to physiotherapist in Ottawa.

I am always amazed at how she can get to the root cause of the problem and provide me with practical exercises to recover, prevent reinjury and strengthen the areas that need attention. Andria Cellucci has been my physiotherapist for several years. I have seen her following a hip replacement, as well as shoulder, neck and knee injuries. My husband has seen her for knee and back troubles. She listens and is incredibly skilled. We highly recommend her. The support staff is great and the location and space is great.

Their care is superb and personalized and they truly understand the hadrships of having pain. Also, I greatly appreciated that they don't unnecessarily have you come back for treatment.

Andrea and team at Integrated Touch are fantastic! They’re all really friendly and helped me get through my shoulder injury last year. Andrea does a great job of teaching exercises for preventative maintenance, and takes the time to truly assess the injury.

I have been seeing Andria for my physio needs for about 15 years. It was great to see her open her own clinic. I would give ITP 6 stars if I could. They also offer in house massage which I have started to use and it is also 5 stars.
