Absolutely amazing atmosphere. We were here on a friday night at like 8/9pm. Around that time it was mostly staff present. They played Jenga and 4Wins with us, even that was a great time already. The bar started to fill slowly and until tequila time at 9:34pm there was a decent amount of people. After that we had a great night talking, dancing and just having fun with locals and foreigners alike. The night in the bar ended at 6am when everybody started leaving. I will try to come back someday, we had an absolute blast.

Leute wer in Osaka ist und feiern gehen möchte muss in die 1134 Bar gehen. Man sollte sich von dem Aufgang nach oben nicht erschrecken lassen denn oben wartet eine gemütliche und herzliche Bar auf einen. Es sind viele locals und auch viele andere Nationalitäten in der Bar sodass man sich schnell sehr aufgehoben fühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind wirklich super freundlich und kümmern sich darum das ein Glas nicht lange leer bleibt. Also bis zum nächsten mal wenn ich wieder in Osaka bin

Tiny and dead. Completely empty. Edit in response to the owner: Kobe is plenty big. That day, bars literally across the street were so full that I could not get in. Your bar in contrast had zero customers when I visited and the person there tried to push me into staying there to drink anyway. I felt very uncomfortable. If I wanted to stare the barkeep in the face while drinking in silence I would go to a more old-fashioned place.

Seemed like a super nice place from the reviews and pictures, but when we went it was very empty. The staff were lovely, but the place is super small and kind of seemed dead. It was probably cause we went on a national holiday but I definitely expected more from what I heard of the reviews.

Staff are fun and welcoming, really good atmosphere and good music too! Small place so make sure to get there early enough. Staff speak English and Japanese and it’s a good place to make some friends while you’re in town. Absolutely recommend for a good night!

I’ve visited there late night on weekday and I was one of only 2 customer. So, I’ll try weekends later. It was a small place than I thought. But they have friendly bartender and had some couches which can make you comfortable. Also, the music was good.

THIS IS A MUST GO FOR EVERYONE VISITING KOBE!!! The vibes, the feelings, the staff, the party, the music, the people. It has everything! …. And you better get there before 11:34pm ;) trust me.
