First visited here at the end of august with a dental emergency, was so pleased when they told me they would take me straight away the next day. Normally I'm a very nervous patient but after my first visit here it changed my experience completely with the dentist, I found Dr.John Barton and all the staff here brilliant, he showed me my problem areas and over the next weeks I continued my treatment here, he explained everything very well, they always follow up after appointments to see how you are doing, I found their pricing very fair and the central location made it very easy to get there. Would highly recommend, I have since returned to where I live in Ireland but would consider travelling back here in the future for work I need done.

I have been a patient of IHC Milan for over 10 years. Before becoming Dr John Barton’s patient I was terrified of dentists due to a childhood trauma. While I can’t say going to the dentist is my favourite pastime, Dr Barton’s professionalism, first class treatment, gentility and sense of humour have taken the fear away. On New Year’s Day I broke a tooth; I called Dr Barton the next day and he immediately gave me an appointment. He saved my tooth and called the next day to see how I was after a temporary cap had been put in (which was a lovely surprise). I have known and been a patient of Dr John Barton for 20 yrs now, since 1999 when we first met. I've had other dentists in Milano in the nearly 30 yrs I have been here, but nobody has given me peace of mind and a set of Perfect teeth like he has done.. I had Invisalign treatment on my teeth, when the IHC was the first to offer it in Milano, best thing I could have done to my teeth. It's been over 7yrs now, and my smile and bite are great. Raging toothache at 4:00 am on a Sunday morning in Milan. Called the clinic at 7:30 am. Dr. Barton returned my call while on holiday in the mountains, texted a prescription to my cellphone. Scheduled a visit for Monday morning. As it turned out, I needed an emergency root canal. He completed the procedure in two hours. Now, 24 hours later, I am pain-free and on the way home in the US. No one could ask for more responsive, courteous and professional service and staff.

Very bad experience, results are very bad. I have been just to renew a filling in my front tooth. But the doctor made the hole obviously so big that my tooth was sensitive over long period of time. I needed to do to three more new fillings to get rid of the pain. Then at the end a month ago I was told, because there was an infection, I need a canal root treatment. So, thanks to this doctor, I lost a tooth without need at all. So, my recommendation: Avoid this venue!

I was on a work trip to Milan recently and had a dental emergency. I was very lucky to find an appointment that afternoon and Dr John Barton and his team were extremely helpful. I had to have a tooth removed and I felt reassured and completely at ease throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend the International Health Center in Milan!

You won't find a better dentist than John Barton. An extremely gentle touch, great results, highly professional yet relaxing and you even get good music! I've sent numerous people to him and all have thanked me. Fear of dental appointments immediately disappears. Honest prices, first class treatment, wonderful staff. Simply the best.

Professional dental studio with very courteous and helpful staff. I would highly recommend the services of Dr. Barton who took the time and upmost care not only to resolve my dental problem but to also answer my questions and explain the procedure. I think that it is difficult to find a better place, notably for dental care. Dr Barton is extremely caring and professional, responsive to the extreme in times of crisis . his staff is very professional and having started being treated in 2007 i would never change and would not hesitate to recommend dr Barton and his center

In the 5 years I have been going to IHC I have received wonderful service and advice. I originally went with an emergency but since then they have sorted out long-standing problems with older dental work and provided regular cleaning and checks. My teeth have never been in better condition!

Doctor Barton is patient and responsible, and assistant Daniela is also really really nice . They explained to me the procedure to be performed before the operation and comforted me during the wohl process.

I had a major toothache while on holiday. The bilingual staff was very accommodating and worked me into the schedule. Prices are very reasonable compared to the USA. Highly recommended.

It was a horrible experience. Dr. John Barton is the most obnoxious and inconsiderate orthodontist you'll ever come across. Don't trust him with your teeth.
