I see here a lot of nice comments, hopefully in last year it became better! But I will leave comment after finally having my Ciudadano Europeo with another great lawyer. After seeing a couple of them, I can compare now. My experience was that after my inquiry, Virginia claimed that she speaks in english but she was barely speaking during the meeting. Secondly, she forgot the date of the meeting when we came and we had to wait 30 minutes in the office. Finally, she didn't mentioned anything suitable for my situation which can be solved easily by having Ciudadano Europeo and was speaking just about basic NIE. After that experience, I found a lawyer which had an assistant speaking in english perfectly and solved my case in one week. The first consultation was for free which makes sense for to evaluate a possibilities of working with the lawyer. Virginia has charged from us 80 EUR for unresolved case and first meeting. Even later on didn't show any attention for us as a customer.

Words are not enough, and never will be, to describe how great my experience with this firm was, by this firm I should absolutely refer to Virginia, her kindness and supporting attitude ease your problem no matter how bad it may look. My friend and I were in a deep need of her services and while no one else answered (out services hours) she did and met us and explained as much as she can ( in english) moreover we came back to our country and kept checking for us and answering our request… before being an lawyer she’s a human being said who chose being kind before being professional … If you are looking for a good hearted person and lawyer I definitely recommend her and her team.

We received advice from Ms Pastor about the process for the Non-lucrative visa. She is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of Andalusian bureaucracy. She also took care of guiding us through the empadronamiento and appointments for TIE at the policia nacional. She met us at the office for our appointment and was available to answer questions from the civil servants for us. We will use her as a very valuable resource here in Malaga. She speaks English as well. Highly recommend!
