Worst customer services… 70% items were out of stock…we ordered a bed set…they asked us to make complete payment in advance…we did…they delivered only bed the next day and half of its parts were missing…and didn’t send assembling team..the next day they delivered rest of the parts but assembling team was still not available due to rain…then they sent assembling team on third day and bed was making creaking sounds as they didn’t assemble it properly…after days of calling them visiting their store again n again they sent the missing bed parts and their carpenters came to assemble it… They promised us the rest of stuff will be delivered in a week or max two…which took more than 7 weeks! They just kept giving us new EDD…after 7 weeks they finally sent the remaining furniture…still unassembled without any assembling team or carpenters! We are still waiting on their assembling team… SO AS THEIR RECENT CUSTOMER…ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST AND “MUFT KA MASHWARA” PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM INTERWOOD PAKISTAN! P.s., forgot to mention, my brother in law is still waiting on his missing night stands from years old order!

They delivered me the damaged bed without proper packing on the very next day of purchase, so I went to their show room in DHA to discuss this issue personally, I found that the bed I purchased just one day before, was removed from their show room, it means that they delivered me their show room item. Mr Saad (Show room Manager) was the main person for such kind of bad sale tricks, then Ms. Farrukh from After Sales Dept told me that it is not interwood policy to refund the payment and on the other hand the bed I purchased was out of stock. it also means that I have no option but to keep the damaged item. I talked to their helpline and threatened them for Legal actions and finally it took them almost 2 months to deliver me a new bed in proper packing. It was such a very BAD experience. Interwood has not only lost me but my friends & siblings that used to be their customers and witness of this case.

Interwood is the most pathetic brand interms of its services and after sales service. We have ordered almost complete furniture of house from Interwood. 1. We ordered 3 beds, their legs were missing then screws were missing. After so many days parts came then assembly team came. Then one bed was not installed properly and one bed is its having installation issue. Side tables were arrived defected, issue is still not resolved. Dining table chairs were all defected when arrived. Their assembly team has no basic attiquetes. They are all non serious people. It was our biggest mistake to buy from this brand. It is highly recommended to everyone to not to buy from this pathetic brand. We will never buy again from here and of course they should realize that unhappy customers spread bad word of mouth.

Absolute disgrace. No respect for your customers time. We will take your money but the delivery? It will come tomorrow. Oh, it didn't? It will come tomorrow, it will come tomorrow, it will come tomorrow. Everyday, calling them is the same excuse. Then when they finally deliver, the assembly team will come tomorrow. They didn't? They are "aligned" for today. But then they didn't come, there was an issue. They will come tomorrow. 5 days I've been stuck at home waiting for them to deliver and assemble my furniture. Now they aren't even giving me any excuses and tell me they will call me back. Don't bother with these people.

I ordered a bed & they gave damaged one. we changed the design but still they delayed the bed for 2 weeks but took the payment, despite of going a thousand times to the branch they were keen on just getting the ‘money’ but not providing with the bed. the worst service i have seen in pakistan, would never recommend. It’s been 1.5 months and we still don’t have the bed despite changing our design from the defective one to another or EVEN paying more.

Bought some items, delivered and installed with few missing handles. Took a toll to get the missing handles. No action on an office chair with faulty hight adjustment which is at least 3inches higher than the regular chair, making it very uncomfortable to use. Still waiting for any action by this well reputed furnisher to resolve for the last 10 days. No

Extremely poor service, lack of commitment, very late deliveries, salesmen/women are ill informed about their own procedures. Don't bother to attend calls after payment made. Even their helpline doesn't help. Only that we've registered your complaint. Nobody cares to contact/resolve. Very bitter experience

The worst experience so far. They had sent unassembled furniture in boxes 4 days back. We are now at the mercy of their assembler who is not showing up. Word of caution ⚠️ Do not make payment unless the furniture reaches u along with an assembler. Third rate service. What a pitty! No system at all.
