This place is terrible, if you’re jewelry is of any value don’t take it here for anything. I took my watch for a simple battery. I know they charge what they want to but it was $30. Ok no problem. So after she did the battery she put it in a bag ok, because it’s a watch I don’t wear everyday. So two days later I get it to wear and the face is out of place. The 12 is where the 3 should be. I took it back and the next lady tells me she doesn’t know what happened and I would have to wait until the original Lady come back to work. I tell her that they repair jewelry so she should know how to repair it she say no. So she takes it to a repair guy. He’s back up for two days, l took it two days later and he says the face is broken and he would have to glue it to hold in place. The intrigue jewelry place would not except responsibility at all. So don’t utilize this place if you do don’t expect good customer service unless you’re spending(giving) money with them.

They only have 10k Gold. Don't ask questions. The owner, who is bald and old claim he's giving you a good deal for $200 or even $500, but he is not. He only knows a little bit. Very rude, doesn't care about the customer, looking only to make Money off of you. I've bought from here and never again. There are better places. Saad's @ Ingram for comparison.

Took watches for batteries. No problems. Now one watch is out for wristband repair for a month. They don't answer the phone when I call to get status. Driving over yesterday now. Not happy.
