Been going there for years as i like to support local business, my last visit i had to wait 5 minutes without being acknowledge by the lady serving who was doing something on a computer for a customer, another customer walked in and then was given immediate service, only to be told i was on the wrong end of the counter. This had never been a problem before. To the owner, you'll know know me by my purchasing habits, tic tacs, bond street blue and more, your service personally is great but never will I walk into the store when the other staff you have are in there,an example is the one above, other times staff seem to be on the phone and are not helpful. Your industry survives on customer service, pressing buttons on a register is the smallest part of serving people.

As a walk-in customer their service is poor as their first priority is serving the uber and DoorDash Drivers picking up orders. As a ParcelPoint mail centre they are hopeless as they have no system for items they hold. I have used them for parcelPoint but no more. Pick-ups are excruciating requiring between 10-15min of waiting. One parcel was only found after hours of looking.English is a LOTE language for the people who work there and is frequently a problem. On one occasion I was given a phone and asked to speak to someone who then translated the problem into Urdu for the person I was dealing with. Too many problems, too often, I go out of my way to get what I need from Royal Randwick shopping centre now.

after placing a online order I had to wait over 3 weeks I spent $197 on goods what I received was not good very poorly packed some items were wrong and some were missing and a lot of the items were damaged!!! my partner called them and they said they would call her back still waiting for that I emailed them still waiting to hear from them!!! I won't be spending another cent with them and I would recommend nobody else does!!!!

I bought some products online, and they lost my package, they didn't want to help me find it, and they didn't want to pay me the money for my purchase, it's a third-class store, bad customer service and they SELL EXPIRED CHOCOLATES, I WANT TO REPORT THEM TO THE SERVICE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER

I placed an order, took 3 weeks to arrive. No invoice has been supplied despite asking. It was packed so poorly half the contents were badly damaged. Also they sent the wrong items, some they sent the smaller sizez of the items I paid for and they refuse to refund or correct the order.

I did a joint order with a friend and disappointly did not receive some of my items and was also sent a number of incorrect items. Attempts to resolve this have been completely ignored. Disgusting customer service, I will never shop here again

I think you might have one more week to order the monster munch pickled onion crisps to the woolworths launceston store and that's the message what you send to me last week so it would be so good

This is where we pick up goods that are not delivered to our home, the staff went out of their way to find a delivery which had not been entered on the tracking system.

Thought I had found my dream shop as there were Minstrels when I first visited. Not sure if it is Covid impacting supplies but no Minstrels since!!

Some spot to sell out of date food. Gravy powder and weetabix and gravy expired 4 months ago for sale on the shelfs

Their staff really need to learn some customer service!! The prices are cheap but I feel undervalued

This place is heaven to an Irish Chocoholic. Everything you miss from back home is sure to be here.
