I love the addition of the fence, since it keeps our kids safe as they are playing and adds a level of safety for the masjid attendees. I always feel so welcomed and at home here. There is always a community event happening, children running around smiling and lectures for me to attend to remember the One who created me. :)
The new management and their policies are not community friendly at all. The Mosque is supposed to serve every one in the community, but the fact that dues are ONLY accepted by signing up for auto-payments via ACH or card is by far disheartening and inhibits some in the community and the leadership doesn't care it seems.
One of my favorite mosques to attend in KC. The community is so welcoming and diverse. I love being here at night, when the crickets are chirping and people are sleeping to remember my lord.

Islamic center on the Haq alhamdulillah. They are very progressive and they have awesome programs to keep the youth in the Masjid and active.
