I called the harrow branch at 5.30pm today, asking for the time that they will close today. They said 7pm. I said that I planned to come shortly before 7pm so they shouldn't close early. They said they won't close early. I travelled just over an hour to get there, after work, only to find that by 6.40pm, they were fully closed. I'm very disappointed since it wasted my time to come here.

It is a small but very clean little outlet for Islamic books, Quran and other items. Not much choice though. I however found what I was looking for. The lady running the shop seemed kind and courteous and possessed decent customer service skills. No harm in checking as it is quite easy commute in Hartow/North London.

Assalamualaikum, I visited the Harrow branch on 3 March 2022; the employees behaviour in the store at the time was absolutely abhorrant,she was rude as well as unhelpful. Terrible customer service,she did not want to give any assistance at all. Staff with a bad attitude like this will make you loose customers.

Closed at times it shouldn’t be. Opening times are unpredictable. Closed for prayers but reopen at irregular times. Shop number does not work.

Staff are lovely. Some things are overpriced but the fact that it's accessible makes you ignore it. It has everything.

They don't pay their suppliers money. They owe us money, they are lying and refusing to pay.

It is very nice, clean and big for pray. And there are a car parking beside.

Free 20min parking close by. Good selection of products. Friendly staff.
