Shame on you!!! I was customer for about one year to this gym. Today,after one year I went to rejoin to this gym,but the reception required to me 96 £ to rejoin.why??because an amont of 36 pounds it’s fee because when I chose to don’t go anymore at the gym, I close the direct debit straight from my bank account,instead,they says to give notice with one month more before.what??!!why?? I didn’t rent a flat,or a commercial property!!It’s only a gym!!!the people are coming and are going when they want!like that you scary them and they don’t come anymore because are a lot of gym every where!!!up to me that fee is like a penalty notice because I didn’t announce my leaving with one month before!!!is crazy!!! Another thing: 40 days a go I was to this gym to require a swimming teacher for my girlfriend,but the receptionist told me is full of book and I need to wait around 15 days. I said ok,no problem. I let my phone number to be called when appear a free space.already passed 40 days and no one called me at least to tell me that I need to wait a bit more because aree still full your swimming teachers... Disappointed!!!!why I chose your gym?!because I felt comfortable there,because is near to my adress and many more!!

The staff here are very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to help you resolve issues and find what you need. This is a perfect place for a bit of quiet study/work and the adjacent cafe is a nice addition. Just make sure you check the opening times before going!

Quiet. The books collections are good selection. But it needs an upgrade of hobbies, sports manuals instructs: modern social sciences books, for constructive views points regarding the attitudes needed to generate conversation with an aims to provide workroles.

Not open. I know Google can't know everything but I took two buses to get to Isleworth library and not only is it closed, it has been so since July 2020. A A4 notice on the door says... we will not be opening on the 25th July when the Lock down was relaxed.

The staff are very friendly and supportive. A perfect place to do some exercise as all of the machinery is almost new and easy to use. The swimming poll is very big and a huge variety of classes is available to suit everyone's needs.

The staff are always polite and treat you nicely. 16/8/2015 [ I only go for general swimming about once a week on different days currently]

Good enviornment of library to study and read. Friendly staff. Limited availablity of books though but overall great!
