In March 2021 when my immediate Senior Brother Adedeji Clement James Pearce died the entire family was in a state of shock and planning for the burial as anyone who has been there would know amidst grief arrangements has to be made I was tasked with the mandate to arrange it I made contact with several funeral homes but I must say the Isnagem was the only one that called me back and we got talking about the daunting task I was pleased with the proposal presented to me which I presented to the Family and trusting my judgement was given the go ahead to proceed. Without ever meeting nor knowing him I fine-tuned the arrangements and made payment low and behold Isnagem proofed to be a very sympathetic Professional in as much as death is inevitable but not wishes onto anyone I sincerely recommend them anyway anytime and on behalf of the entire family this is another opportunity to appreciate and thank you for such a wonderful service God Bless you and please continue to provide the same level of service. Isnagem Provided us effective services and sufficient support. Communcatuon was excellent (their casket was very beautiful and was complemented on multiple occasions). We were a headsup about shortcomings in good time so we were able to make adjustments early enough. Only thing I did not like was the pall bearers going about "hustling" family members of the deceased for money. Worse was that they did this constantly despite me informing their boss of this and they did this to multiple family members( discovered they had hustled several of us without each other's knowledge) and even at one point asked me to "put cash on the casket". I found this highly unprofessional, embarrassing and super annoying because it felt like they had no reverence or regard for the family of the deceased or cared how we were feeling at the time. Their boss NIYI was an exception though, highly professional and always willing to go out of his way to assist in any way he could. Never once expressed frustration or vexation toward us and always maintained sufficient communication. Besides this singular flaw of the staff, I would highly reccomend their services.

Niyi is such a reliable business man. He goes beyond what you have requested for and delivers excellent service. In fact, your mind is at rest with Niyi. He's so transparent. He's very caring and always so flexible to accommodate your needs. I do not have any reservation recommending him and his team. Isnagem delivers on its promise!
