I am extremely impressed with and thankful to be using It's Wash Day. The app is easy and user friendly, it has a rewards system for being referred and making referrals that I've already gotten 20 dollars worth of credits! I use them for pick up and delivery washing, folding, and hanging. They send texts when they are in route to pick up/deliver, at my first delivery they brought everything back in these awesome laundry bags with fun promotional items like a lint brush etc. Everything is returned sealed in plastic wrap, folded nicely with great attention to detail. The owner himself picked up my most recent order and was sure to ask for any feedback that would help make his business be even more successful. If this pandemic has taught me anything, it's that it's okay to ask for help and to accept help. This service is such a weight lifted for our family, it is a huge stress relief to have all my laundry, easily 6 loads and and days of work at home, to be back in 24 hours, ready to be put away. Very cost effective as well! I've used other services where I have to drop off/pick up, but this is way more affordable and convienent. PS: My comforter turned out beautifully! Unfortunately, my very sweet cat peed on it ‍♀️ I made sure to keep it seperate from my nice bags in case you guys would understandably refuse it. However, you took it graciously and assured me it would come clean. It was even cleaner than before! You guys are great, thanks again!

Seriously, take your laundry somewhere else. After the changes to the machines, it is simply INEFFICIENT to do your laundry here. They raised their prices, but these new machines use less water -- practically no water from the looks of it -- and the laundry comes out equally as soiled as when it went in. I put in a dog blanket that had a booger on it, when it came out of the machine the booger was still infused on the blanket because the machine hardly lets through any water at all. You're paying more, but getting less water... seems like the owner is profiting more at my expense. And I can't tell you how many times I've spent double on a trip here because I had to rewash things that still had soap in them. The machines aren't compatible with earth-conscious laundry products. Also there is no parking sooooo... not really anything positive here....

Wow is all I can say! I live in an apartment so I try to do laundry maybe twice a year I have lots and lots of clothes and linens Etc so I stopped by with six sets of sheets or more and left them they were ready the next day oh my God they've never looked so good in their whole life so then I had them come to my apartment and I sent the rest of my clothes towels everything and they came back packaged so beautifully and clean and wonderful I will never go to a laundromat again ever except maybe to do a few throw rugs this is the place to have your laundry done and the only place you save your time The Price is Right the people are absolutely the best people in the city! I'm getting some ready now. Please try this place you will never ever believe what a great experience it will be!

This places is a great place to Wash, Dry and Fold your laundry! The machines work great. The dryers on the left side of the store get really hot, and dry fast, those on the right are great for clothes that can't get too hot. They also have an oversized dryer for the larger items. Wash Machines work wonderfully too! The app makes paying super convenient. No need for quarters, but that option is available if that's how you roll. They have two change machines for quarters and a vending machine for soap dryer sheets etc just in case you forget yours, and they have wifi. My favorite part about this laundromat is that the customer service. It is top notch. The attendant even helped me unload my laundry from the car. And opened the door for me! Thanks Y'all. I have to say how happy I am that I found this laundromat right down the street from my house. The owner Chris and the attendance are amazing. Every time I've ever been in to do my laundry the owners are there checking out the machines and making sure that everything is running properly for the customers. Vee is always very friendly and is always happy to assist whether it's providing excellent customer service or just a good conversation. Always clean and organized and excellent pricing compared to other laundromats in the area. They also have the app so you do not have to use so many quarters. Went there for the first time tonight and had a wonderful experience. Not sure the name of the lady who was working but she was AMAZING — friendly, kind, helpful, and frankly just what I needed when dealing with the stress and overwhelm of our washer machine at home suddenly not working. Also this was my first experience using an app (PayRange) rather than coins at a laundromat, and that was excellent as well.

Today was my first day using a mobile laundry service and I must say that it was very pleasant. I loved the phone customer service. Very welcoming and warm.. they make you feel like you’re in good hands. Communication via text was another plus and clothes arrived nicely packaged in their signature company bag and the clothes were folded to perfection. I’m never doing my own laundry again. Loved it!!

This is the best wash dry fold service I have ever used. The clothes come back smelling so good! They fold them so perfectly I can fit more clothes in my drawers! They always follow my instructions and my clothes are never damaged. The owner is so nice and always returns my calls. I will definitely recommend this service to all of my friends.

A really nice laundromat. They have machines that are coin operated and that are paid for and operated by an app. If you are opting for the simple coin operated machines then they also have coin machines to give you coins for your cash. Nice and clean, nice employees and just a good atmosphere. I definitely recommend this place.

I’ve been going here for two years. They recently have gone through renovations that make it really comfortable. It’s always really clean. Chris the owner and the rest of the staff are super friendly. One of my favorite places to read my book. Also you have Iguana and Orsay across the street if you need a drink while you wait.

Most of the washers and dryers have a feature that use can use your phone to load money onto it which eliminates the need for quarters and I think that's the greatest thing ever. You just download an app and load money onto it and you connect to the machine your using. Very friendly staff and everything is clean.

Washing machine quality, the attendant was unhelpful and dismissive...this was my second trip had already spent o er 15.00 and she would not refund 1 load where therew as an issue with the machine, the machine took my money on the 1st trip and I received a refund which I spent on another wash..smh lost customer.

This is a clean, well-cared-for facility. I've never seen laundromat staff who were so helpful and responsive. The owner introduced himself! I also love that they use the PayRange app, which allows me to wash without getting a ton of quarters. This has been the best laundromat experience I've ever had!

Great laundromat. Bunch of renovations being done. However, the new milnor brand dryers don't dry that well so don't use them. If owner swaps to all milnor dryers I will stop coming because not only do the cost me more to get my clothes dry, they eat up the little time I have to get them dried.

Great business! Attendants are always nice and helpful, different washer sizes for all loads, and very clean. I’m always in and out in an hour. Their machines are linked up to an app where I can pay through Apple Pay, which is super convenient. Hard to find parking on a busy day but no biggie.

Until we bought a washer and dryer for our house, we exclusively used its wash day for our laundry. It’s fast, convenient, and the customer service is great. Miss seeing Dyria and the rest of the staff but hope they are doing great!
