My husband purchased (what we were told was a sterling silver) diamond ring with a crown and diamond chips on the side in October 2012 for $450. In December the crown fell off. He took it back and they welded it back on. 2 months later 2 of the diamond chip fell out. In March 2013 the ring turned black on the inside & began irritatiing my finger. My husband took it back again. They said they would fix it. He brought my ring back to me with 2 more of the diamond chips gone and these fools dipped it in GOLD!! If wanted a gold ring I would have purchased one in the first place!!!!! They will not replace the ring or refund me any money. This was our third purchase from them but the most expensive & this ring was MY WEDDING RING. Consumers......SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! This place is a joke and I am reporting their misleading sale practices & shoddy workmanship to the BBB. I will never spend money here again. These are the same people with a store near Town East Mall. Beware & stay away!

I wish I could give them less than one star. If you care anything about your money and how it's being spent DO NOT under any circumstances go here. They are out to scheme and deceive customers. All about getting rich and selling fools gold!!
