Update: I tried calling multiple times before my appointment at 11 and got no response. And I did text you to confirm my appointment. You never responded. I decided to come here because of all the 5 star reviews I saw online. I set up an appointment and the date of the appointment I was not able to get anyone on the phone. I called repeatedly and nothing. I was knocking on the door and the guy next door said he had not seen her all day. Why set up an appointment and you know you’ll be unavailable? Please try somewhere else.

I called in at 10:00 am and was able to be service the same day at 3:00 pm. I was a few minutes early and was able to get right in the chair. Monica washed my hair and greased my scalp prior to my install. She was also very polite and friendly the entire time of service. I will definitely be back for another install.

The quality of the work provided by stylist was great. I received amazing service and was able to purchase bundles at the very same time I was getting my hair done. To me, that is such a convenient service to offer. The service and professionalism shown was amazing. I will definitely be back again and again!!!!

It’s Jazzy Salon is amazing! The owner is reliable. Never has you waiting. Expert hairstylist! Great choices for custom wigs! Trust me, I have been to several salons and she amongst the best!!! She provides advice about healthy hair!
