I first met Iman through an electrical emergency on a Saturday morning. Our main wires were down because of a tree. He and his associate immediately made me feel that the situation was manageable, despite the awkward private power pole and chaos from a tree-strewn street. What a relief to be re-connected with minimum fuss (was a big job though) and a friendly professional manner. They also made sure things were working inside the house. Five days later I called Iman back for help with the broken phone/internet line (on the same poles and also severed by tree) as Telstra needed an electrician on site. I commend his patience and good humour in a trying situation. And he went beyond the call of duty in his assistance. He also quickly fixed a problematic down-light in the house while waiting for Telstra. Very pleased with his service overall and highly recommend him to others.

I must say Iman is really a great electrician I have ever knew. He has done an amazing job to repair and reconnect my power to the main electricity pole. My site was hit by the storm and was out of power for several days. I tried several other electricians through friends or web search, none of them responded quickly as him. He finished the great job when I am away home and when I came back found everything back to normal, that feeling so great! Thanks again mate! You are champion! Our townhouse complex lost power at 7pm at night. We called these guys and they were able to come out straight away. They were extremely polite and professional and provided a temporary fix to get our electricity back up again. They then came back the next day to provide a more permanent repair and upgrade to our building circuit to avoid this issue in the future. I can highly recommend these guys. Very pleasant to deal with and very thorough.

Iman came to help us out several times, firstly to replace a faulty power box and then to reroute my existing power from above ground to under ground and finally to rewire my NBN connection within the house. Each time he was extremely friendly and professional, the work was completed to quality and he did a really good job cleaning things up so that it was neat and tidy. I would highly recommend Iman. Our main switch board needed to be replaced urgently. Iman arrived within an hour of my call to him. He was very friendly and provided a reasonable quote. It was clear from the start that Iman was very conscientious, thorough and professional. He did not cut any corners. He and his assistance Charlie, worked until around 7:00 pm to get the power on for us. Great service.

Iman spent a full day upgrading our power board, not an easy job! Our multi-level complicated house has been added to over the years and behind the scenes resembled spaghetti!
