Staff and Pharmacist did a great job in handling my mother's Prescriptions in January 2022. I couldn't come out and collect my mother's medications due to COVID. No pharmacy delivered medications to my door around my area but J Edmunds pharmacy did it. Very helpful Staffs. They listened carefully and went above and beyond my expectations in providing a dignified, respectful service. Highly recommend. The sad thing is abusive customers are misusing NHS services and leaving negative feedback about pharmacies and pharmacy staffs who especially during COVID are giving great contributions to our community.

I Went in for a one off prescription and the staff lacked in communication skills. I also witnessed them abusing a member of public for looking through the shop as if to accuse her of stealing. When she left they then proceeded to be rude by commenting on her smell and the poor women done nothing wrong. I asked them a simple question which was if an item was in stock so I was not waiting around and they were very rude telling me they were busy and there was people that were infront of me. Would not recommend this pharmacy if you’re looking for any sort of empathy or help.

The staff here are beyond rude. In fact abusive to vulnerable members of the community who they should be here to support. While waiting for my prescription to be filled I witnessed the man (dresses quite preppy) being very short with an elderly woman telling her that she cannot refuse to take her prescription even if it is a brand that she knows does not agree with her (the pharmacist refused to let her choose the one he ordered). This man needs a serious attitude adjustment if he is to meet the standards for his pharmacist registration.

After 10min they received your electronic prescription from your medical centre you will receive a text tell you your medicine are ready!!! People going to Boots frustrating because waiting hour i their pharmacy to have your medicine don’t waste time anymore go to Edmonds pharmacy you will be well served and quickly too, I am not associated to the pharmacy or paid for the feedback I am just an happy customer after long time disappointing and let down from Boots.

I went to the pharmacy today, I had a horrible experience. The worker was extremely rude to me, he was shouting at me and being aggressive. Meanwhile, all of this was happening the manger stood there and just watched his worker shouting at me. I asked the manager if he is just going to stand there, he told me that he didn't hear. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. It doesn't even deserve one star, it deserves 0.

One of the least helpful pharmacies I have ever visited. They close earlier than they advertise and when I showed them the clock they were questioning me as why I didn’t come earlier. My doctor only sent the prescription, what else was I meant to do! The staff lack empathy. Use Boots across the road; much nicer treatment for sure.

Very rude,and withholding medication, I'm reporting them.after going to them today for my medication I was told I was no longer welcome because of this review, I was verbally abused by the manager, after talking with other patients it seems I'm not alone! If you want your medication on time dont join here.

Unbelievably rude and unkind to a sick patient. Pretended not to have received prescription even though another pharmacy got it right away. Dropped phone call after being extremely cruel and unreasonable. Disgusting horrible people. This is not a business that should be in the health care industry.

This place is great. It feels like a real community pharmacy. I usually come here to pick up deliveries, but when you do need something medicine-related the team here is superb. I don't know why people bother with the chains in Dalston when this is on their doorstep. Shop local and go here!

The staff here at J. Edmunds are always so helpful and kind, nothing is ever too much for them! Whether I’m going to collect a prescription or to buy something they are always there to advise and recommend the best. The only chemist I go to!!!!

Okay pharmacy on the whole but there is one old black worker that is consistently short and rude to everyone. Without him the pharmacy would be a better place. Get rid of him his attitude to the customers is concerning
