Truly the worst management I’ve had in the city. Unresponsive, and not very personable. Many correspondences made me feel like a “bff “rather than someone paying $2000/month to live in a shoebox. Moving out was horrendous, by them making you be available to multiple random open houses before you move out. BE AWARE!

Joe was professional, helpful, and quick to respond. He helped us find our dream apartment faster than we ever thought possible. His keen eye for detail and understanding of our needs were commendable. We are very happy with j Wasser would really recommend!!! 5 star service from beginning to end

It takes months for the management to call you back to set up an appointment for repairs. Building is old and infested. Management is unresponsive, as in EXTREMELY unresponsive. Several voicemails and calls, text messages - it has been 6 weeks and they still havent called back.

I will recommend J wasser & Company. Roxy immediately sent a professional to fixed my bathtub, and they did an amazing job. I am happy Roxy it’s flexible and got a fast response to any issues. She gave me 10 min window to get a plumber to fix a leak. Thank you, Roxy!

Poor management and not reliable when it comes to repairs needed in apartments. They talk alot but do little to back up their responsibilities as a building management company. Super is never available and building manager gives you the run

Honestly horrible, I’m a current tenant and we’ve had multiple issues even though we’ve only been here for 3 months. It seems that they ignore all of our complaints and it very hard to get ahold of them either on the phone or through email.

My apartment has been affected by a horrible stench coming through the walls and floor after a problem with the sewer line or plumbing wasn’t fixed properly. This happened at the end of January and has not been fixed.

Management is unresponsive to tenants. I moved in July and for the past 2 months my window has been leaking and grew mold and no one came and fixed it. I have been calling and no answer just voicemails.
