Wish k could give it a lower rating. Should’ve had my ordered delivered April 6 and it’s still not delivered. Told them when I scheduled the delivery to come at a certain time and they didn’t even have it in their notes. Now I have to wait even longer. Very bad. Very inconvenient. Very frustrating

As a dedicated employee, terminal amenities is always a plus. Company car, laundry, training and scan stations, to showers and TV room. J. B. Hunt offers relaxing time off while repairs are underway or just a stop in for personal care. The Dallas terminal is always comforting and clean.

Very nice people check at the shop to get my cigarette lighter look at took a little while but was done quick I have say the yard is bad not much space to park and trailers park all over the place blocking drivers from leaving out but all other things was excellent.

I never give 5 stars because that's reserved for unicorns. So with that out of the way. The company is one of the best companies in the industry. Staff here is friendly and care about their drivers. If you can't make it here then that's on you and not the company.

The worse service ever ! This person called me when he was outside, and I had asked them throughout the week ( constantly reminding them) to call me 30 min. I asked to give me 10 minutes for my neighbor to open my house and he left as soon as I hang up!

Small yard but has most of what it’s needed, i don’t recommend taking your 10 hour here, it get pack at night and when you trying to leave in the morning you may be blocked with drop trailers and there is no one to move the until about 06:30.

After a promotion of managers while I worked with G.P, a new manager came in and was extremely sloppy, load times were all over the place. I could have communicated more but it is incumbent upon the manager to see to it that the load times

trucks are filthy. filled with roaches and rotten food even after being "detailed". broken trucks will take a week for them to look at even for the most minor repair (specifically after a week the broken driver seat was not even looked at)

The dispatcher was a huge help with helping me found out if my family member (a truck driver for them)was in an accident( they wasn't Thank God/ Jesus Christ). She gave me a sense of comfort with getting them to call me.

Shop here is slow and doesn't check work before saying it is done. Office staff is top notch. Showers are usually clean and there are plenty of towels. 3 start rating because of shop.

How can you by slow in October November and December, only for owner operators and take home $1800 for 5 days work, but on the Company driver side they are extremely busy.

Nice atmosphere, has two small showers and bathroom, wish it had laundry room and a set back on my can large couch TV room, but I guess that's all in the works

Somebody cleaned up the place. Went from a hoarder's house to an actual terminal I'm not scared to death to drive in.

JB HUNT is the best they treat their drivers with great respect which shows that they really care about the drivers.
