Its good that there is a prayer area available at JFK. It’s accessible to all travelers. Located at terminal 4 before security The reason for my poor review is because of how some of the workers and the employees at jfk are using it One of the employees went in and started to eat his lunch inside the mosque, with offensive spicy odors from his Asian meal making loud chewing sounds. Another employee went in and had all his stuffs at the corner using it as a a motel, didn’t put his phone on silent mode. I wasn’t in the mood of arguing, i ended up leaving and went to read Quran somewhere else

Since it is located behind the check in counters at the Terminal 4 departures level if the security personnels stop you because you are not departing passenger tell them that you want to go to the chapel area.

Very good place, you need to go to the left till check-in 9 and then all the way to the security way and follow the "chaple" sign. Be careful to have "wudou" the WC is far away in the arrival level

Be careful if you are in terminal 4 and you want to go there and you want to come back you will do the security check again. Because the Islamic center is outside the security check.

I was very happy to learn that JFK has an Islamic center. I was pleased even more when I saw how clean and well taken care of it is. May Allah reward whoever is taking care of it.

It's located in terminal 4 in the 4th floor at the corner, clean and comfort place, I spent a great time there for praying and reading Quran.

That's a gem! I never expected a masjid on JFK and just stumbled upon while looking for a quiet place for salat.

Awesome mosque. The Juma'a prayer is held here and it's great. Follow the chapel sign on the 4th floor.

I was surprised to find this place. It’s a big room and very neat. I wish I had known about it before.
