Let me start by saying that Dr. Rivas is an amazing dentist. I’ve been to a few different dentists all whom have been great, however she does outstanding work. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, patient, professional and kind. She has a personality that will brighten your day. Not only is Dr. Rivas amazing, her staff is phenomenal as well. From the front desk staff to the dental assistants, they all radiate light and are very professional. I’ve had a tooth extraction and cleaning done and had zero pain from both. I’m so lucky I was introduced to them and would hands down recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

Called to make an appointment and spoke to 3 different people, first person didn't seem to speak English, the second stated I needed to speak to their Billing Dept first, and then the 3rd who apparently handled billing didn't even know if she took my insurance which is Delta Dental. Gave up after being told that I was the first one with this insurance that they had dealt with and didn't seem to know what to do with the information.

I have never met a Doctor that is so honest and attentive to customers. I have been to different Dentist and for some reason they always find something wrong or they trying sell you something. Dr Rivas is amazing. If there is something wrong she let you know but if there is nothing wrong she will also let you know. I have been going there for the past 2 years and the service is amazing. The whole staff are really great.

Dr Jaramillo has been my dentist for many years where I've had 12 cavities fixed when I first visited her. She's very talented and great long lasting results. Also finished my invisalign treatment and my smile looks better than ever before ❤

They are very welcoming from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. From the check in to Ms. Viti to Aymee! I will definitely recommend them to all I know. Dr Rivas is the best! Professional,knowledgeable, kind and funny. The staff is great and now more than ever during this pandemic, her office follows social distancing and the level of cleanliness is amazing., also they check temperature and you are asked to answer a questionnaire, you are provided with mask and gloves, you are reassure that office is compliant with guidelines.

I am one of those with a kind of dentist phobia, always hated when I had to visit them. Now all of that is over. Every single person in J. Rivas Dental is extremely nice and helpful. The experience has been great. The doctors take all the necessary time, they are extremely caring and patient. Would never, ever change my sweet new dentist! Oh, and they are super affordable!

They take a long time to start the procedure, they charge a lot for dental cleaning and they even treat you badly if you try to understand the price, 2 of them, including the main dentist, laughed at me and even said “there's no way your dental arch make it more crooked than it is haha” I was very embarrassed, they were laughing at me, not with me.

They have a super nice office they keep extremely clean. Dr. Rivas and her staff are excellent dentists. Most importantly, I always feel like they care most about my health, rather than seeing how much money they can make off of my problem like some dental offices do. I feel very safe here when I come for a checkup..

I love coming to the office. The dentist is great, very sweet and friendly and the staff also. Specially the front desk. One of the girls, the one with the light eyes was very understanding and caring of my situation. Wish all office experience were like the ones from this office. Truly feels like family when you go.

Top notch gadgets and amazing human beings and professionals. While it was a little difficult to get thru the phones at the very beginning it was well worth the wait.
