Overall I hadn’t had to best experience with JB Brokers at all until I dealt with Lucy B, who has been amazing. She couldn’t be more helpful and understanding. Lucy has followed up on everything she said she would on each occasion and nothing has been too much trouble. Very good Brokers. Always available to answer any questions and adding on vehicles even on a Sunday which not many brokers will do.
