I will be going to trading standards about the shop at this petrol station unless someone gets in contact with me i.e replying to this review when they see this and sort the problem out. I went inside the shop on Friday 16th December 2022 at 13.30pm and was charged £23.90 for 20 lambert and butler silver (not sure on the price), two red bulls (which were priced at 2 for £3.50), a bottle of Buxton water which was approximately £1.50 and a galaxy caramel bar which was £0.95 so if my calculations are correct then I have been charged £17.95 for 20 lambert and butler silver when they are around £11 in all shops. I did ask the lady cashier at the time if she had done something wrong but she replied no and said she couldn’t offer me a receipt which obviously means she has ripped me off. I hope to god they aren’t ripping people off at a time like this with cost of living crisis and a week before Christmas to make things even more worse. I live up the road and this petrol station has been ripping people off for years adding money onto the price and putting it on top of the til. My friend just got ripped off by him and has EVIDENCE OF THIS. He also refused to cash in a scratch card because it was bank holiday even though its not bank Holiday?? !!!BE AWARE HE DOESN'T SCAN ITEMS HE JUST ADDS UP IN HIS HEAD AND PUTS CHANGE ON TOP OF TIL. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR CHANGE AND RECIEPT!!!!

Lovely staff, always busy but helpful. During the lockdown one of the few places you can pick up a Costa Coffee (via machine). Some of the shop prices are on the high side, but the coffee is a lifesaver, and the people are a ray of sunshine in these times. Cash machine does charge a fee, sadly, but petrol isn't too expensive (and does cost less some evenings).

Do you have money to burn? Then shop here! Whereas most petrol stations sell the basics like milk and soft drinks for a small mark up, the Jet petrol station likes to double it triple the price. Nearly £4 for A two litre bottle of Pepsi. £1 for a pint of milk. If you're really lucky, the cashier will get off the phone long enough to actually serve you too.

Very poor policy...kindly note this service station WOULD NOT ALLOW YOU USE THEIR TOILET FACILITY DUE TO COVID.... Very despicable and unthinkable....to deny humans basic right due to covid.....I see no logical sense in their rules, should people not be allowed to freshen up and wash their hands?.... Incompetent fools is what I call them....

Spaced out pumps and lots of room, decent priced fuel, little shop which is expensive (as all petrol station shops are) that stocks the basics like bread and milk. There is a business to the back which cleans cars inside and out which is resonantly priced and quick. Best petrol station on that side of Leeds, and the closest to the city.

Great petrol station. Staff friendly and helpful. Petrol price was reasonable and comparable to other local stations. Car wash seemed busy and staff were attentive with the vehicles. Only issue was reaching the air machine as the car wash guys were cleaning the cars directly in front of the machine. Will use this station again.

Good prices for diesel, like them because their diesel prices are lower than the main outlets per litre cutting a few pence off what say BP and Shell charge and as cheap as the supermarkets outlets, another thing the shops are nice to browse round, seems Jet are getting better and choice is good.

A useful petrol stop with a car wash, cash point and snacks available. Very close to the heart of Leeds City Centre. So, before you start that long journey on the Motorway, fill up here as the prices are very reasonable compared to the Service Stations on the Motorway.

Hi There I want to report a member of your staff Name Saeed the most Arrogant person he was not friendly. I’m a driver he did not allow me to use the toilet, it’s the reason I’m decided not to buy anything. His behaviour was horrendous.

Prime location, carwash, well stocked minimarket however the QUALITY of the fuel is disputable. Really low quality which runs out far too quickly compared to BP or SHELL fuel. Never again.

Disgusting staff disgusting place no manners what so ever and when you go to complain about something it's your fault. Avoid at all costs. Bad fuel as well.

Fuel price is reasonable here. Has a hand car wash on the side. And has a typical shop. Outside there is a cash machine which sometimes does not work.

I do not have a vehicle or any reason to go in, this is just another example of this system registering somewhere I have just passed.

AVOID. Fueled up.. took my money - no petrol received. Rude staff, expensive items. Go to Texaco.. 2 minute drive form here.

Busy so was turned away for a valet. Car looks great after the hand car wash. You can pay by card.
