JOLTA! So guys, today while I’m writing this, I have not seen even a single Jolta Electric two wheeler anywhere EVER! Now now, the company may not have formally launched its product line although there is no information of that on the website either. The website is tight lipped as to WHEN these vehicles would be made available…?? Their website also shows only a single model JE-50(whereas some images of a 125 body converted E-Bike were also circulated previously –which had a bigger battery and higher top speed) Yet there is no information of that on the webpage. Believe me, specs of THAT bike seemed a LOT more favorable than those of JE-50. Anyway, lets carry on. We really ARE living in the world of INFORMATION! Agreed that this motorcycle (and hopefully, the entire product line of JOLTA electric) is going to be a revolution when it comes to WITHIN-CITY driving of two wheelers, yet the company SHOULD have kept the public & community updated and educated. It should have (weekly at-least) updated information on their website regarding the progress & performance of their products and also should have made a live & active Facebook page. My message to the Jolta Electric team: - “If you keep the public (which includes majority of your future customer base) engaged & posted, then take my word on it, your product will be more successful!" E-bikes are something ENTIRELY new to the Pakistani two wheeler market guys! People really have many questions regarding their performance, after sale support and overall working. How will they know of which is so entirely new, if you do not even bother educating them? Having said that, sorry to say but the model shown on your webpage i.e. JE-50 really have some really low end specs…( mera kehnay ka matlab hay kay uss kay features parh kar mushkil hay kay koi bhee impress ho) Guys, don’t you agree that you should AT-LEAST be SURE of the actual DISTANCE this model can cover in one full charge ?? You have written “UP TO 40 KM” –now it is NOT difficult to measure ACTUAL driving distance in a city Lahore or Karachi don’t you think? Just do some tests guys, do multiple test runs and post ACCURATE distance figures on your website which the bike can on a full charge and in routine city traffic. Post the results on your Facebook page and web page. LET PUBLIC KNOW of your product’s specifications fellows! Only then you have a chance to be successful! Otherwise once investors openly start importing a lot more attractive & features-full fully Chinese assembled Electric Bikes, your company may run into some serious competitive trouble soon after launch! Think about it guys!
