Very nice gym. Went for a one day session during my stay in Osaka and was offered a free trial session. The gym is well equiped with two rooms, one with assisted machines and one with free weight machines. There is all you need for an efficient workout. The staff is super nice and very helpful which made the experience even better!

Walked to this gym as I saw recent reviews stating that there was a free 1 day pass for foreigners if you post a google review. This is no longer the case and costs 3,300 yen for a day pass so I decided not to attend. Gym looked good though

Highly recommend this gym if you are staying in Osaka for vacation. It’s super clean, staff is super kind and nice. Great option to keep you healthy while you are traveling in Japan!!

Very clean and organised gym. The Nishimura was very friendly and okay honest. The gym is basically brand new and very cool temperature. Perfect place to workout in the City.

ジム自体が初めてでしたが、最初にスタッフさんがマシンの使い方とか自分の目的にあったメニューとか色々教えてくれたので、すごく良かったです！順調に通えてます！
