i am not stopping owners to do the spiritual ritual every morning but should not be done in the presence of the Customers. was the first customer in the store but i couldn't breath because of some burning staff and the smell was not pleasant. still luv the store but my advise will be do your thing earlier

I would like to take the time to applaud the directors and managers for an outstanding turnaround time when dealing with customer complaints. I would recommend this store to all my colleagues as well as my competition, if there was an option to give a 6th star I would still give them a 7! Great store!

Reasonably priced hardware and home improvement d I y goods. Fast friendly staff well versed with building knowledge will advise on quantity and quality of items needed for your project. Paid delivery done almost the same day.

Rude staff particularly one called Zaid over the phone. Went in the hardware and he was still rude. No choices for driveway gates and fencing some stuff do not even know the prices of what is sold in the hardware.

Sales staff needs training on how to handle customers. Their over zealous in service equals great annoyance to a customer. Do not rush me to buy, assist me should I need it...don't breath down my back. Back off.

Its busy early in the mornings. They have a large store with an even larger storage across the road. They generally have everything that I need. If you in the area I would definitely advise you to use them.

Called them for a garden hose, get given a price, go through and no stock. What a waste of time. Definitely double check with someone before you go into the store.
