My honest opinion on this establishment should be a warning to all parents who want to have a birthday party here. First off, there was only one young staff member working. Apparently the other individual called in sick and this poor girl was by herself for two birthday parties. I will say she did her absolute best in the madness with all the kids coming up to the counter to pick from an assortment of prizes, more on that later. The area for the birthday parties are just a bunch of tables sectioned off, all between one another, between an area say 20 x 30. The give you a basket with a few napkins, plates and cutlery. The pizza comes from next door at Pizza Pizza. Each kid gets choice of pop or juice. Now onto the games. They are dated and old, however the young kids still enjoyed them. The games range in price from one to four tokens, many one and two token games. You win coupons based on how you perform at a game and each coupon has a value of two. Now the prizes. You insert coupons into a machine that totals them, very old school, get with the times Jack Potts. The prizes are absolute garbage trinkets worse than what BJ Super Toy Sales used to sell and various candy. It takes 600 coupons to get a package of skittles, and a jumbo sucker is 270 coupons, vampire teeth 40 coupons, etc just for some examples. The coupons should hold more value when you see what you get and what they provide. Even the larger prizes they have are not that great, and have probably been sitting on the shelf since this place opened. Knowing this I would of booked the party somewhere else based on prices and what you get for your dollar. This place could be so much more if the owners took the reviews as feedback to improve. A word to all parents, go to Uputz or Lasertopia, way more bargain for your dollar.

Dispicable customer service from. An assistant manager as she was yelling at me on the phone, I had her on speaker and my guests were appalled at her behaviour. We have yet to even utilize this establishment as we were just attempting to get clarification on some things but because of the terrible attitude of the lady claiming to be management we decided this likely isn't a child friendly environment we would like to bring our family into. To top it off when I asked to speak with the owner she wouldn't relay the message saying the owner can only be reached by email, after stating otherwise previously. Better off using another arcade underdogs has a great space and the staff is really friendly I recommend using somewhere else for your children's party. I don't need to lie about real life occurrences unlike someone that has something to lose by people reading how Dispicable the staff is trained at such a children's event centre, considering I have yet to speak with the owner as she was ne er available to speak with and address the issue properly, so I find it humorous I could be lying when she has yet to hear what my issue was... I've only spoken to the assistant manager who started yelling at me trying to get her point across... I was the one abused and now she's calling me a liar to try to save grace. No no we aren't going to defer the situation the lack of customer service and professionalism bleeds through her response and considering I've yet to step in her business because of such... I don't think any of us are losing out.... As stated we have other restaurants with much more customer service.... If you want to take your kids to an arcade and be treated properly go check out underdogs on portage

This place is a sad excuse for a business if I could I would give it ZERO stars. This will be the last time I ever deal with them. The manager is a rude, condescending, back talking, uneducated, minimum wage making imbecile. All she does is yell and scream over the phone and wont take accountability for their mistakes and screw ups. They double booked a birthday party took a deposit from us then when we called because we wanted to set up the space for my nieces 4th birthday, we were told we could not have any adults attend the birthday because there was no room as there were TWO birthday parties booked in the same tiny room.. She decided it was appropriate for her to disclose this to us AFTER she took our money for the deposit and now that we had to cancel the party and find a new location SHE IS REFUSING TO REFUND OUR DEPOSIT. Like what? how does that even work? It was they're mistake, they didn't LEGALLY disclose anything to us or get us to SIGN anything and now we don't get our money back. That for one is ILLEGAL and just straight out pathetic. No idea how this woman still has a job and this place is still running with her "managing" it. Her employees don't even like to deal with her as I was told over the phone by them. I will be taking further action, my first step was to write this review so EVERYONE could avoid this happening to them!

Terrible customer service. Took my daughter there during her birthday party as tinker town got rained out. I called ahead spoke to the only employee working she said no problem. Spent well over $100 in tickets and drinks. After an hour a party member had to leave early so we sat at a vacant table and opened 1 gift. During this a male employee came on shift went up to the children and started yelling that we couldn't sit there that the tables were for parties only and made threatening gestures to one of my sister in law. He oddly kept telling us we should have gone to tinker town which was our first choice, Jack Potts not even top 5, We called the manager who was not only very rude to my sister in law but told us she would call us on Monday. Still waiting. Worst part was tables are always vacant and we used to be regular customers never had problems using the tables in the past. Most of the machines are labeled as not working and the staff claim they don't know why people don't return. Save your money and your time there's a really good arcade in st vital mall.

My partner and I went here on a Sunday. It was quiet, not a lot of people. We enjoyed less people to be honest. About 80% of the machines worked. Some stole our tokens and some didn’t give us tickets. The machines were old BUT every time we had an issue the staff came to help and gave us a handful of tokens or a few free games. The place isn’t perfect, it’s old but it’s fun! Lots of games I remember from back when I was a kid! If you’re understanding with them, they might even throw in some free candy before you go ;) Thank you so much for the fun night!

Use a BOGO show and save coupon or it’s expensive. Most games worked and cost 1-2 tokens to play. They pay out 2-10 tickets unless you get a “jackpot” $20 worth of tickets (44 tokens) got one person 400 tickets. Enough for Popeyes sticks, Roll of candy and 5 pixie sticks. $20 for the other kid got 250 tix. Enough for Popeyes sticks and spin of the wheel for a chance at random prizes. Customer service okay but not great or anything. Place is clean but games are worn and a bit dingy looking but something most young kids won’t even notice.

I come when there were 10 children from three different groups. My five year old left his bag of tickets/coins unattended for 1 minute. In that time an adult from another group found the bag and asked the owner/worker what to do with it (another family member heard the conversation). The worker said that he should keep it. My 5 year old was devastated. I was not okay that the worker told the family to keep the bag and all of the loot when it was very obvious that it was the bag that we were looking for.

It's great place to keep the kids entertained for an hour. Its a place you visit once and never feel the need to go back. The games are enjoyable, favorite being basketball and air hockey but the prizes aren't great also forgettable. During a pandemic, these places are dangerous and since the machines aren't sanitized after every use(which would not be possible by the staff understandable) it poses a high risk to contract the virus. Fun for a one-time visit.

We booked a birthday during Covid and the staff went over and above to make my boys day special. There wasnt many people there. We had the arcade to ourselves. When a machine jammed the clerk took the tickets and dropped them by where my son was playing. We came for our party pretty late, we knew our pizza would be cold. They got us 2 new ones. No charge!! Thank you for making this the best birthday experience for my son and boyfriend. You guys are awesome.

Games were fun, My family and I are very frequent gamers. We spend way too much money there and misplaced the total ticket card after one of our more recent visits. We were told to call the manager to be reimbursed. I called the manager and was appalled at how rude she was. Public relations is important, and being such a small independent business, you really can't afford to screw with your clientele.

I have to give it a five cause there is no 4.5. Some broken games, some that simply pay out like one ticket but reminds me of the glory days of Ruckers. The games are fun and only 1-2 tokens. Hours of fun and with a show and save coupon you get a bag of tokens that might last several visits. Prizes are meh and hard to obtain but the fun is there for all ages!

I LOVE THIS ARCADE!!! From the games to the employees, you can't go wrong here!!! They wear their masks at all times too!! They're extremely nice people and the arcade has the old school ticket system so it feels really rewarding to win a lot of them! Also their slushies are bomb and will give you a sugar rush!!! They have SUPER CUTE prizes too!!!

We had a party there last night. I felt the pricing was great for everything we got! Games for everyone for about an hour plus pizza and slushies/drinks, goodie bags. The place looked clean and the lady was nice, very on top of everything, making sure we were taken care of and fixing games when we had issues. Kids and parents had a great time!

Had a lot of fun playing the games until it came time to interact with staff as we were depositing our tickets. One female worker was being very rude. Not sure why she still works there after all the other complaints about her. And the manager is just as rude. Her attitude just totally ruined our time spent there. I don’t recommend this place.

Rolls her eyes and talking rudely, off course until parent interfere. She shouldn't work with public. Many machines broken and not working but still taking tokens. It's used to be nice place before.

Very pricy for the amount of tickets/prizes you can win. I don't mind spending $60 in an hour but would like more than a bouncy Ball and a tiny candy as a prize lol. Some places are much more generous with their prizes. The machines are also old and quite a few didn't give tickets or stole our tokens. Will look for other arcades next time

The prizes are so unrealisticly priced even for tickets (20 tickets for a single piece of lotsa-fizz... Are you nuts?) 40$ in tokens and 15 minutes later I only amassed 400 tickets, that's with 3 jackpots too. The selection of games was upsetting and half didn't work.. and there's no pinball!!!! Can't have an arcade without pinball!

The staff was awesome and really child friendly, acomedating and really helpful to make your kids birthday special. The only issue I found was a lot of the two player games, only one controller worked, also some points didnt register on a majority. But if you're a little kid and can't keep track then it's the place to go haha.

Terrible experience at this place. I brought in a child that is in CFS care and they told the child that I brought, that I was drinking alcohol while on the job? Not to mention the staff are very rude and don't care about the customers. Will definitely not return to this horrid place they call a business.

Love it. Took my 2 kids there and wasn't expecting to be there long but was pleasantly surprised at the different games there were to play for all ages of kids. Place was clean and had a decent area at the back for birthday parties. Something different to try out with the kids. Would recommend.

We visited here a few times , and every time our family has had a blast. Our last visit was amazing (Jan 30,2018 at 8pm) the young lady working did a amazing job, she was fun to talk to and joke around with. She handles her job well even when problems arise that are out of hands.

Our hostess Jaime was great and it was really busy..the experience was great! The kids all loved it and had an awesome time! We will definitely be going back.The price was reasonable too. The only down side is that they don't have a canteen really for coffee while the kids play.

Prizes are priced a little high to buy with tickets you earn playing games, however some machines fail to give you tickets and tge person working said they would offer to give us the missing tickets but never actually did it. Will not go back to patronize them again.

Familia spent a fun afternoon with my 4 year old grandson here. It was a blast for everyone. There's a variety of arcade games for all to enjoy. It's also affordable and the kids get to choose toys and candies with the tickets collected from the games.

Went to a birthday party here as our first time. Kids absolutely loved it. As an adult it seemed like gambling for kids, which led to useful conversations about how much money went in versus what prizes they left with. They can’t wait to go back.

Staff was super friendly. Like that most games were 1 token on Tuesdays. Games need a upgrade because they are older games from when they used to be Ruckers. Should upgrade to a card system instead of the old ticket and coin system.

It's OK for a quick distraction for the kids. Lots of games broken. Small basketball one been broken for ever. Couple games that have two coin slots, one side will eat the coins. Quite expensive too. Rec room significantly cheaper.

Wonderful experience. The games are dated but that's the charm of this place. The attendant was wonderful to work with. Managed to keep on top of all the requests while being fun, engaging, and thoughtful. 10/10 would recommend

A wonderful small arcade that still has it's 80's nostalgia. The price was more than fair for the tokens received and all the games were in good repair and fun to play. Birthday parties here would be a blast for all ages.

They have a 19 in 1 acarde with the original 1983 mario bros and nes mario bros 1. Great stuff. They have a lot of gun games, but no street fighter 2. Great place to spend a few hours with the kids. Fair prices too.

Curtis was the best!!! Made our night out with the kids the best it could be. Clean and all the machines were up and running. It was like being a kid again. Thank you Jackpotts and Curtis, we will for sure be back!

The staff was really nice however most of the machines were old and broken. Staff had to keep coming to fix them. They were also sort of repetitive. My 4 yr old and her friends had fun though so it was a good time.

Always a good time at Jackpotts, very good for the little ones and I see that they keep it sanitized. Always good to see the likes of Shane there who helps with any issue With a smile on his face :). 10/10

The place is old and the games are all breaking. None of their games are updated at all. Xscape is the St Vital Mall has much better games for kids to play. I'm surprised this place hasn't shut down yet.

Lots of fun. An arcade with a variety of games that bring back a lot of nostalgia. The tickets you win can be exchanged for candy and small trinkets for the kiddos. Good way to spend an afternoon!

It was my first time here, I took my 3 & 6 year old for something fun to do. They had a blast. The token prices are very reasonable and the ladies behind the counter were great with the kids.

Pretty Awesome with the wife. The games are old but they all still work and thats all that matters. If you go late at night you can miss all the kids and it makes for a pretty good date spot

More than a few games not working properly or out of order. The physical ticket aspect of the place is outdated. Once we were ready to leave there was nobody working the redemption desk.

It was alright, a lot of the games either didnt work or just took our tokens. After awhile we stopped telling the workers about our tokens being taken.i also wish there were more games.

Went out for a night of fun with my husband, a few of the machines were not functional at the time, but there was enough variety to play. Had a good time, we will go back.

The girl working didn't have great customer service experience or she just didn't care. Could've been more friendly to my seven year old daughter, or at least smiled.

Took our grandson for his 10th birthday. He had a blast. My only criticism is for checking out his coupons they should give better things for the kids.

Aged games but entertaining for my five year old. Prizes are pretty typical. Its an okay place to kill time and burn some energy in the winter.

Took my kids last weekend and they had alot of fun. My nephew however thinks its lame. So, I guess it's a great place for kids under 10.

Lots of old retro games for tickets. Go for one token Tuesdays. The prizes are cheezy but it is fun to collect the tickets to get them.

Good for younger kids 5 to 11. Games are okay, but I found two of the shooting games frustrating as they weren't registering my shots.

Hosted my daughters birthday party. Even though it felt a bit rushed, it was the perfect amount of time.
