Went here Christmas night just for something simple and quick to eat. It loved up to the expectation of simple. Took over 30 minutes to get our food. Reason for the delay was they lost our order but made our food and did not know who it went to. Took them awhile to realize this and to communicate it out. Then they went to reverifying everything all over even when the manager kept telling the staff over and over that it's correct and to just get it out. I will give them credit in that they were short staffed and the drive thru was busy but the inside was not at the time we arrived. What really liked them was someone placed an order for 50 burgers and fries. I understand that they wanted to hang then out to the homeless but I thought putting in such a large order at 6pm when the place is short staffed due to the holidays was a little mean to the staff and other patrons. I felt they should have waited to place this order at a less busier time. As it really seem to overwhelm the whole operation here and cause a large headache. I did not give them 2 stars because of this. I gave them 2 stars because everyone in my family who had a burger was sick 4-6 hours later with stomach issues. Which led me to believe shortcuts were made and quality was sacrificed due to the staff being overwhelmed.

This location used to be a go-to but now the service is very inconsistent. This location regularly has staffing issues, which does not speak highly to the working conditions at this location. Much of the staff is nice but it is obvious they are overworked, underpaid, and do not feel supported by the management team or the company. The last time I was there we were informed the drive-through was closed and couldn't order anything. We had to wait for about 5 minutes while the car in front of us got served their food so that we could leave. This location is in a downward spiral and it will only end in permanent closure if big changes don't happen soon. Having worked in food service, I personally understand the struggles of working long hours in an underpaid, high-stress environment. I wish the employees there the best of luck and I hope that either working conditions drastically change or they find better employment at a location that appreciates their labor appropriately.

service day shift manager and staff are second to none. However the late night after 10 p.m. shift is spotty at best its just hard to find good help who will do what they're supposed to do of all the restaurants in the immediate area this one would what rank at the bottom rung so in order to stand out they must they must put out a very good product and go above and beyond and they do not. It just comes down to economics and being able to get good staff on the deep nights in there restaurant ( it is drive thru only after 10pm) this makes it even more critical to make a positive impression ( high income area and college) so they will stand out among all the others.. People will vote with there feet and wallet .... Half a$$$..... Will not do... I hope they wake up I personally like and can afford the fare.....

I’ve worked fast food before so I’m pretty lenient with a lot of things, but there’s no excuse for my food to be taking 45 mins to come out when it’s 2am and the delivery location is right across the street. I gave this store one more shot and I ordered again tonight- it did arrive in a timely manner but they gave me the wrong sandwich. I ordered a buttery jack combo and they gave me some random breakfast sandwich. Not even close to what I ordered. I couldn’t eat it because I have dietary restrictions. It wasn’t worth calling them to complain because I know they have poor customer service and they’ll likely do nothing. I just won’t go back; and I’ll encourage others to do the same.

DON'T USE DRIVE THROUGH ON SUNDAY MORNINGS! Seriously, it's bad. Regardless of the number of cars in line, which is usually 1-3, it takes 15 minutes MINIMUM from the time you order until you are driving off. Today was the worst, and I've learned my lesson from consistent poor service. Today: Two cars in front of me. Order placed at 8:05AM. Finally got to window, and it was like taking forever. I paid at 8:21AM. At 8:28AM, the guy told me "they burned your food, so pull up while we start over." Ummm.... naw. No kidding there were three guys in there. Laughing and having a great time. I went to the Henderson location and ordered the same. NO KIDDING... I got my order within 2 minutes. Those people are amazing at Henderson, and the always have been.

I'm not going back to this MF ever again. Sunday after lunch drive thru. "Club Chicken Salad". Confirmed thru speaker followed by "yes sir". S,M or L? "Large" pay at 2nd window. MF says we are out of large fries and gives me small. I say "you charged me for larges". He gave me a cluck chicken slider with only chicken patty & bun. I say "where is the salad?" Black Karen comes to the window talking bout you didn't order salad. I say he input it wrong and I know I didn't order this little thing. Get my salad. Long story short... (the customer is always right). YOUR ORDER WILL BE WRONG AND THEY WILL NOT FIX IT. I almost called the cops when the dude says you need to pay for the cluck sandwich. DRIVETHRU ROBBERY.

Jack-in-the-box is a convenient place for a quick meal. It's about a mile north from the Fort Worth Zoo, so a great place to pick up hamburgers or sandwiches for a picnic nearby. It's about a mile north from TCU so also a great place for a quick bite before or after an event or activity there. The Arboretum, the museums, and Dickies Arena are nearby to the north, so their location is convenient to many of Fort Worth's best family events and activities! The food is typical for a fast-food restaurant: tasty, salty, and sweet. The service is always friendly and prompt. Restrooms are models for wheelchair handicapped accessibility, as are the entrance, and parking. We are returning satisfied customers!

Meant to update this yesterday, but I was exhausted, the main reason I stopped here instead of cooking. Firstly, it's the first time any Jack in the Box gave me fresh mini-tacos so I was thrilled. But most importantly, the cashier at the drive-thru.. later night, was extremely kind and you could tell he was a happy person overall. My first experience was iffy, but this is the first time I've been around in about 1 or 2 months. So I happily changed my rating.

So I ordered from jack in the box through doordash I ordered a cheesecake, spicy nacho chicken munchie meal, and large home style ranch chicken club combo. I received my order and the first bite I took of my spicy nacho chicken sandwich, a huge large piece of hair came out of it and into my mouth. Which is so not okay and so disgusting and a health hazard. So me and my boyfriend goes to the shop and asks them to remake it. They give me a hamburger ( I cannot eat beef ). The guy who looked mexican and long hair, looked like he was high on drugs too. We have tried calling the store multiple times and no answer. This isn’t ok!

The food was undercooked and soggy. Order was incorrect and missing important things from them. Staff half listened to what I said I wanted and failed to provide satisfactory customer service. This is only the night shift who does a lot better than the dayshift, where the staff members are very rude and disrespectful. Really hope they can find people who actually care about their customers.

I eat at Jack in the Box because I can't afford much more, and I live nearby, but every time I do, it's an unmitigated disaster. E.V.E.R.Y. time. I order bacon on a cheeseburger, I get a chicken burger. I order jalapeno poppers, I get spring rolls. (and by the way, SPRING ROLLS?! pick a menu, please,) It's almost as bad as chik fil a. Just another corporate money sponge masquerading as a restaurant. Do us a favor and sell this space to a local restauranteur that knows what they're doing.

If you are on the go and need a quick bite this locations is a YES! Had a really great interaction with the sweet cashier. I got a burger that they let me customize which makes it even better! The regular size drink was really large so I can only imagine how much fresh beverage you get on a large. Cheese Burger was tasty and the team was lavish in their toppings, which I always appreciate. Great bun and the curly fries are crispy and the vision of fried greatness you would expect.

The cashier was on the phone the entire time I was there or during eating to leaving. I left my bank card in the swipe machine and thank God I went back up there to get some napkins or something and found it. And God bless this man sitting in the how dining room area he was homeless and I thought that was nice they let him sit in there for a while he didn't appear to be eating. But that was some of the most unprofessional running of a restaurant by the cashier ever

I always have a bad experience here. Flue season I come in and the cashier is using her hand to consistantly wipe her nose. Today I have to yell out to get service because everyone is hiding behind the grill and no one knows what is going on with their orders. This is all because they have meal boxes blocking the pass through so no one can see what they are doing on the production line. Management really needs to restaff and properly educate their employees here.

Had the worst expierence of my life. I ordered some food and when i got home, my burger was hard as a rock and my other orders messed up. And when i called to have my order fixed, they told me to bring it back and they would fix it. So we took it back and the Manager there was SUPER SUPER RUDE!!! And we had exchanged words and he tried to fight me. He came outside and took his shirt off and called me a N word and kept trying to fight me. I had to call the cops.

Stopped by for brkfst on my way to work. Ordered #27 Supreme SAUSAGE sammich and the other stuff. Got to work opened sammich and what do i see, BACON, Sausage's evil twin brother, and not even extreme or supreme BACON jus 3 peices of bacon, anywat i had to go back cause i didnt want bacon. Wasted my time and i was late to work. SAUSAGE and BACON look nothing alike, get it right people. Didnt even offer me anything for my trouble next time i want free tacos!!

I ordered the $4 meal deal, plain burger and plain tacos. Not only did I wait over 10 minutes for this, every aspect of my order was wrong. Tacos have no meat inside and are cold. Burger not plain and cold. How do you serve cold food to people who have been waiting 10+ minutes. Worst drive thru experience of my life. Something like this happens every time I’ve visited this location for years. Needs to be shut down or completely re-staffed.

Highly recommend driving past this place. Their drive thru speakers suck...the food sucks evenmore. I was served garbage that was most likely a victim with being under a heat lamp too long. The fries were awful and the ultimate cheeseburger was as bad. The food landed inside a trash can....couldn't eat it. Bad part...Jack In The Boxes have been great stops...not this one.

Sure thing one of the few jack in the boxes with polite speedy and fresh service. As a matter of fact me and the kiddos go out of our way skip 3 jack in the boxes that are in our neighborhood and very near by we prefer this location because they are never to quick to get u out and end up missing parts of our order nope here they are accurate and never get upset when u ask for extra buttermilk. That really helps.

I have discovered the inspiration for the Extreme Sausage breakfast sandwich! I wish to be clear, they can be pretty okay but that vile slap on my buds this morning had malice aforethought. Someone, or more likely several someone's made a decision to sell a product that screamed TOSS ME IN TRASH. Five years from now I'll probably forget and try it again, and soon be reminded EXTREMELY NASTY.

Took about 10 minutes for them to take our order. Ordered med curly fry n 2 drinks. Took 10 minutes to get the fries. No they weren't busy. Was me and a couple. The lady working was very snappy w the lady that was already in there eating. Bad thing was she was only trying to give them money back. Turned out they gave to much change. $8.01 to much to be exact. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Gave the lady at the drive through too much money and she attempted to keep it until I went inside. Thought I gave her 24 but it was a lot more. She took the money and asked how much I gave her like she had not counted the money and known it was wrong. Kept trying to get her attention and she brushed me off until I went inside. Spent 5mins waiting for someone to attend me at the drive thru. When they finally did it as I was ordering I was cut off so rudely with no explanation. Took over 15 mins for my food their excuse was they were waiting on my kids cheeseburger. Long story short my son's burger was COLD! Not to mention the fries were stale! 2nd time going and the service has not changed horrible!

Today was the last time I will visit this location. Arrived at the drive through around 5:30am on 10/17/16. Ordering went quickly and I pulled up to the window. The only words spoken was the amount due. The cup I was handed was covered in soda and I was given a look like I was caught kicking someone's dog. There was no reason for this treatment. It is unacceptable.

Hands down hats off!!! 100% the WORSE Jack within 1,000 miles of downtown FW! No matter what you order or what time of day my friends, GUARANTEED to get the LONGEST WAITING TIME. What to go Jack! I’ve seen 3 legged turtles at FW Zoo that have more intensity in their bodies than The “staff” at this Joint!

I always get excellent service, clean environment and fresh quality food at this Jack In The Box location. I have a Jack In The Box closer to where I live but it is nasty service, nasty restaurant and poor quality of food. It's sad that all Jack in the boxes cannot be as good as this location. I highly recommend this Jack in the Box location.

Usually perfect everything, the food is the freshest, tastiest, cleanest and ONLY Jack in the box I'll eat at...but it's been slowly getting worse service wise...I don't know if they lost the one guy who would lways serve us late at night or what but definitely service now isn't as good...but other than that …

It’s ridiculous!!! I went today and the two workers were really slow ! Like I understand that their May be a lot of orders but I had to wait for 30 minutes for my order! That’s a bad service and it’s not my first time happening. it’s happens like frequently. The manager or whoever is responsible for the place rally needs to pay attention !

The food is as to be expected from a Jack in the Box. My favorite menu item is the fries, but for the price it's all decent. This location has a vaulted ceiling which seemed weird, but it's modern and clean. The service was good and I don't have any complaints. When you need to grab a quick bite and aren't picky, this is the place to go.

This morning 10 .11.2023 Alejandra was so great she came to the window and ask someone help me and she have me the drink and also when to the kitchen and made my food... that is what a gratefull person do and is glad to have a job and take care of your customers. Great job Alejandra

i go to here every morning before work. I usually just get an iced coffee, but sometimes will get a food item. This morning i ordered the 6 piece cinnamon sugar donut holes and got this mini churros, and they are gross. Half the time i get someone that doesnt even speak english, and I will repeat my order 3 times.

I come up here often & the lady at the drive through has an attitude even if its slow. I think she purposely messes up my orders idk why. Maybe I took too long or changed it a couple times. Asked (& paid)for 2 pieces of ham they gave a breakfast jack without ham. Lol not gonna lie I laughed too but dang so petty.

The food was extremely cold and stale and they were missing some of my chicken nuggets ***UPDATE*** 2/16/22 So I woke up throwing and throwing up find out I got food poisoning from the food it’s 6:57 and still been throwing up during the whole day!!!!

Gone twice. Both times they've forgotten at least 1 item from my order. Very disappointed in the service I've and will not be returning to this location ever again. Please reconsider coming to this location. There are other Jack in the Boxes in the area that I'm positive could perform better.

There is a really weird guy that works here at night, he will stare at you blankly like he believes he knows you murdered his mother without saying anything other than what's absolutely necessary. Not sure what the hell his problem is. Oh and the service and food is usually subpar.

Staff is very friendly, fast, and accurate when ordering during meal and as you leave. It is a low trafic dinning area, perfect if you are in a hurry or are hanging out with a friend and decide to linger. The drive thru is pretty steady but never a long line or wait.

It was the worst experience I ever had at a fast-food place! The manager was rude. She even refused to give me a refill without paying full price! This has never happened at any fast food place I have ever went to in the state of Texas! I will never go there again!

The one on Rosedale and the highway is pretty bad as are some of the workers. I'll get the onion rings

I will never go here again. They never make my order correctly. It's right on the receipt but it's still made wrong. Today i ordered the #7 but when i opened the burger there was no bacon. I paid the extra money to have bacon but there was none on my burger.

I ordered breakfast and it took so long to get my order. I am sure the people behind me thought I bought the whole menu. At 5:40am it shouldn't take to 5:50am to get your order. It will be a long time before I go to the Jack in the Box on Camp Bowie and 30.

Slow slow slow on a Sunday morning at 9 a.m. They only had one person working the front and one person in the kitchen. Waited for a delivery order and when I saw them barely putting the churros in the oil after standing there for 10 min, I unassigned.

Looked cleaned. My ice coffee was wrong and didn't have time to wait and my fries box was dumped upside down in the bag.

Very good customer service. There is a gentleman who does the drive thru during lunch on weekdays and he is so nice. Their drinks are always a bit off, but I'm 99% sure it has something to do with the machine and not the employees themselves.

Restroom smelled like a port-o-potty. It took 15 minutes to get 2 curly fries. The cashier said we were getting fresh fries. The people behind us received their food before us, because they knew someone who worked there. Disappointed.

The lady at the window didn't know how to work the microphone because I could hear every convo she had, she didn't get the order correct so I had to go to the window. Ordered 3 iced coffees and they were horrible, way too sweet

I have tried this store multiple times and they are never open at 6. Here we are 8 months later and still the same issue. There were people eating inside when I got there. I was told by employees only the drive thru was open.

Shut it down. I bought four tacos, got three, one had nothing but a few shreds of lettuce. In regards to the reply from Jack in the Box. I have a solution. No more visits. I decided to pursue other healthier safer options.

Work the night shift and limited to places like this for lunch break. About fifty percent of the time "computers are down" or "I can't take your order" with no reason given. Don't waste your time, food is terrible anyway

Love this place, french fries on point and hamburgers are the best. My daughter had a salad and she was surprised at how much salad it was for the price. We all enjoyed our food. Cookies and cream Shakes are awesome.

1st they gave me a bag of tacos instead of the munchie meal I ordered. I gave them back the tacos. Then they gave me a munchie meal, but not what I ordered! I was 15 minutes down the highway when I realized it.

Theres multiple signs in the windows that say they are open 24/7. Everytime I come by late at night they are closed. Not really sure what's going on here. The location down the street on berry is always open.

Its like all of the jack in the boxes have gone down. Staff are rude and they always want u to pull to the front so it looks like they go fast they their time looks good for getting food out when its not.

This store is nickel and diming. They charge you 25 cents per dipping sauce unless you get something for "dipping". I think fries count as a dipper... Wont be coming to this location anymore.

Mom and I stopped for Tea on the Go, the tea was fresh but what I enjoyed the most was the since of humor from the girl in the window, Really Made Our Day, so We Give this Place a top star,

The floors in the establishment were so slippery you could slide across them. I am not sure if that means there was soap residue, grease, or just humidity but it's really quite unsafe.

Check your order before leaving this place it is one of the only fast food places near us so we have went there a couple times and they have managed to mess up our orders EVERYTIME.

Okay so let me tell you if you don't know. Get a breakfast Jack. Sausage or bacon and orange juice. $3 and change. Yes that is the total price. I don't think people know about it.

One of my favorite locations. Always clean and the staff are always friendly. During lunch this location is extremely busy and the place is always packed around that time.

Service was ok. Nice people. Forgot an item,I had to go back in and collect after going through the drive through. Right on par with drive thru- fast food restaurant.
