It was very busy today around lunch time, but the young man with red hair (I believe his name was Kam) took care of my family and I with a smile on his face, and made sure our fries were fresh and hot. Amidst the rush, he did very well keeping his composure and kindness. Pay that man more. I will be returning to this location. They probably need to hire some more people. The workers really look stressed and over-worked when not facing a customer. Alternatively, close the lobby down and only do drive thru, which would wind up improving overall times. Im postive having to run back and forth between the front end, and the drive thru, is extremely ineffective/exhausting. Makes your store look unmanaged and chaotic. Its asinine to expect a 3 man crew to feed the houston area on lunch rush with the lobby and drive thru both getting slammed. Having the store open without proper staffing must be quite enraging for the workers who DO show up and have to run multiple stations. Hopefully you guys get some more people working soon to ensure speed and service.

I went to the Jack-in-the-Box at 12:35 AM on July 14 and had the worst experience I’ve ever had in fast food anywhere. I pull up to the window no one acknowledges me. I wait about two minutes and I say hello. No one says anything so I say hello again in about a minute I know people are busy so I wait about a minute or two and I say hello again, and the lady working there yells at me and says “why you hollering at me!!!!” Eyes and said well, you didn’t acknowledge that someone was here so I was trying to make sure everything was OK and she cut me off and said “I’m Busy give me a minute!” at this point, there is no way I’m giving a dollar to this establishment so I had to wait in line to get to the window to ask what the number for corporate was and she didn’t even wanna open the window to talk to me. She then tried to clear up her attitude, and when I asked for the phone number, she pulls me a receipt out of the garbage, yes out of the garbage, and gave it to me to call and of course it’s a franchise so the voicemail is full. Please don’t waste your time and go to this place.

came over here to Jack-in-the-Box at 3110 w Dallas st, to buy something to eat and the line is long and it’s going really slow by the way and when is my turn to do the order the person in the cashier was so rude to me he didn’t even ask me what I want to order, even though I did my order online I was supposed to pick it up and he just said to me “come on just drive” even though they take forever to give all the people food he come with the attitude that’s not the way to treat the customers I just want my money back and that’s it. Beware!!! DO NOT COME HERE! Listen to the other reviews!!! My fiance, son and I came here March 17th after he got off work. We ordered a small cheese burger for my son with ketchup and cheese only, 3 egg rolls, and a large Dr. Pepper the male employee at the drive thru who helped us never gave us his card back. My fiance had forgot about it and was searching for it in a panic when we got home. The following day we had just discovered the male employee has us out $300+ that he spent. He also spent exactly $10.03 March 17th at his work place, and he also use his card at the CVS on 3401 Tidwell Rd, Houston, TX 77093 on March 18th this morning. He reported it to his card company for fraudulent activity. WE ARE ALSO REPORTING THIS EMPLOYEE TO THE POLICE AND TO JACK IN THE BOX'S CORPORATE OFFICE. (Seeing how she was the only one in possession of his credit card.) He needs to be terminated permanently.

The employees are polite. Tacos aren't made correctly. Unless specifically requested, they should have hot sauce. It's incredibly hard to get a receipt at this location. One time, when dining in, the receipt got stuck in the machine. The next time, it wasn't even offered. I've been through the drive-thru and didn't get one either (got food poisoning that day too). Service is consistently slow. On multiple occasions, it has taken over 15 minutes to get food. Bread is stale. You must beg and plead for napkins. They NEVER provide any. Are you ever going to give nightshift any help? Several times now I've been stuck in the drive thru for thirty minutes or more. Y'all made me late to work today :( I know customer are always 'I'm never coming here again!!' and then back the next week... but I genuinely mean it, I'm done with this place. The food is always cold or bread stale and takes forever. Only two cars were ahead of me and it took almost 40 minutes. I drove off without my food as soon as he moved. Nobody's got time for this. Hire new people and actually pay/treat them well enough so they want to stay. This is management's fault, too. Take care of your people and they won't do your customers like this.

So I should've just kept my money and went to taco bell this little girl messed up the order I asked her to read it back she said she fixed the mistake all along it was a mistake just coming here. I left with a half cookie cream milkshake, diabetes iced coffee and cold fries and a new trash burger that was half cooked. I went to pick up a mobile order, was greeted by a very rude drive thru attendant, from what appeared to he a manager, since he was the only person who was wearing a black shirt while the rest wore red. He seem visibly upset that my order had 2 tacos and he had to make them. I am usually greeted with attitude attendants and I wish i could go other places but due to nothing being open at night (work at night) I'm stuck here, and half the time my food is cold or missing items. I do not recommend this location. Only person who was professional and nice was a teenager guy, I wish I had gotten his name, to him I say thank you sir.

I love this location. The food is always fresh and very good customer service. This location is on my way to work so I stop regularly. Today however, there is a sign on the drive thru menus written in highlighter and in poor grammar that they were out of several condiments and food. This location should definitely order more of what they need because the location is busy and it's not good customer service when you have your mind set on a particular order and then you have to go and change what you want because the restaurant is out of key things that makes a lot of the orders. Please work on this because this not the first time they have been out of food items.

It's Jack. You pretty much know what you're gonna get, unless something goes horribly wrong. I ordered a burger and a small coke separately (not the combo). Wasn't interested in fries or a massive drink. Everything was perfect, and the staff member who took my drive thru order and handed me my meal was extremely pleasant.

I ordered tacos and their grande sausage burrito at around 12am something late and it was not good. It seems like they gave me food that's been sitting out ,the tortilla on the burrito was hard and crusty. I found myself peeling apart the tortilla to eat it and the lettuce in the tacos looked like shredded paper torn off the jack in the box bag and thrown in a tortilla. And their breakfast eggs were bad. If you come here ,make sure you check your food to see if it's old before leaving because they obviously don't care to give fresh food to their customers.

It says it is open 24 hours, and I am someone who works nights. Yet every time I come here, which is normally about 3-3:30am, I can never get anyone to take my order. With me having to work nights, I honestly look forward to places that say that they are open 24hrs. But here, it is always a hit or miss. It has gotten to the point to where I don't even wanna try to come by and see if someone is actually going to take my order. As someone who actually enjoys the food here, I am to the point to where it is not even worth my time to come by and hopefully have someone take my order.

Horrible!!!! I ordered a fajita pita with no tomatoes they gave me just the chicken in the pita.... I ask for no lettuce in the Tacos guess what lettuce in the tacos... they ran out of buttermilk ranch and a bunch of other sauces you would normally get. I usually wouldn't even bother to leave a bad review because I understand sometimes mistakes happen but every time I come to this specific location to get something thinking this time will be better it's not. Needless to say this will be the last time I EVER come to this jack in the box location

I’ve lived next to this place for 6 months and not once have I ever been able to get the food that I wanted. Of the 8 times I’ve been, 6 of those times I didn’t get food (closed when they were supposed to be open, someone being arrested in the drive through, you name it). The other two times I waited long enough to disqualify this as “fast” food and didn’t even get what I wanted because they were out. I can’t even think about going to this place without getting frustrated. I’d rather just not eat honestly.

I hate fast food - but this restaurant gets a pass because the food has always been as good as it can get and the staff have always been consistently good. 2019 edit: The night staff is usually friendly enough, but imagine showing up to a burger joint 3 times and being told that they don't have a person on the grill so no hamburgers or chicken. This has happened 3 times and I just can't accept that management won't get more staff or simply shut down for the night if its going to be a regular problem

I’ve got to be honest. This is the worst jack in the box in the entirety of Houston. If not the country. They never have enough staff which tells me the management is not great at all. They always get the orders wrong. You have to wait 10 minutes or more for food. And almost every time I’ve come here they “only take mobile orders”. I’ve never seen this before in any Jack in the box I’ve ever been too. I live in the neighborhood and I’m done coming here. I’d rather go to the gas station.

I stopped in at noon for an Oreo shake. Was in a bright highlighter color Honda civic. My total was $5.19. Paid with a $10 bill and two dimes. Was asked if I wanted my penny back, and was given no change. Just wanted to let the girl working the drive-thru know that I know she kept my $5, but it really seemed like she needed it more than I did. Buy yourself something pretty, hun. Delicious shake, by the way. Won’t be returning.

6/14/2023 @ 10:30 PM the manager here gave me the wrong order. I had ordered large fries and was given small fries. While driving and eating I felt the bag and quickly realized it was the wrong size. I went back to get the correct order and the manager handed me an order of medium fries. When I repeated that I originally ordered large fries he said the small fries plus the medium fries will make the large fries. It is insane how rude and unprofessional this guy was.

We came here at 6:30 PM. The inside was very dirty. Things were even sticky. It was hard to find a clean table. When I was tired of waiting on my food, I stood at the counter for quite a while. Wonderful staff, and wonderful food. I have never had a dine-in order look like this one. The tacos were very fluffy, and pretty. They were cooked really well, and set up well also. My curly fries were also good. They were not overly greasy or anything. The staff was really nice, and attentive. The interior of the place was sort of messy, as was the bathroom, which was out of paper towels for your hands. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Food was good, it's just the managers attitude, she uses her phone at register, doesn't spare any eye contact while talking to the customer. Also, she made cowardly comments when people did not want to pay for sauce for their already overpriced meal.

I attempted to walk in for takeout on 08/05/2021 and could not. Prior to coming to this location I checked your online site which stated dine-in open. There was a large poster on your window stating dine-in open and on the doors a listing of hours for dine-in takeout. It would be appreciated if you would update your messaging if you do drive-thru only. Customers who use public transportation could alleviate a blank trip

It may not be the cleanest or in the most upscale area but by far has the best employee at the drive through window. Southern charm, with the most positive attitude. If you are in the area I suggest you visit. The food is you standard Jack in the Box food.

Seriously, the nicest people work here. They always greet you and ask you how your day is going. During the freeze we were asked how we were doing and if we were staying warm while they were making meals for everyone who didn’t have power. Not to mention, the food is always good and they have so many items to choose from. I was never a fan of Jack in the Box until going to this location and I continue to go back.

“Is that all, is that all, anything else OK are you done.” Went through the drive-through today and the black guy with too many tattoos taking orders seem so irritated to take my order when I ordered some chicken strips and a shake. Service has declined severely over the past several weeks. Apparently a new crew has been hired and no one seems to know what they are doing. My wife has been a regular customer for the past five years and she has had so much trouble she will no longer come to this location. The attitude of the staff is disrespectful and total indifference to the customer. Pitiful, this was a good place for several years.

There was a young girl behind the counter who claimed to be the manager of the store, and she was incredibly rude to me. All I said to her was that the shake was not on the mobile order, and she accused me of having an attitude and proceeded to say some nasty things. Had to leave, lost my appetite after that. On top of that, the food was soggy and gross when I got home. I’m so done with Jack in the box.

I never really had any complaints at this location. When it comes to fast food as long as I get it hot that's all that matters. The only real concern I would have about this place is that it is dirty. I believe they could pay more attention to certain details throughout the day. Making sure the store stayed cleaned should be a priority and for now is really the only concern that I have.

Lazy workers always come up with an excuse why they can’t serve customers. Grease is out, depositing money, mobile orders only etc. Never can fing serve 2-5am. 8 times in a row why that can’t serve. Owner you should fire them. DONE trying with this location. I worked late on thanksgiving and still had to serve and wanted some food from exhaustion. Pathetic.

This place likes to play games. I was at the drive thru Sunday night around 9:30pm. Five cars in front of me, but I waited. When I get to order I am told they are only taking door dash. Will be complaining to corporate because this is not the first time this happened. All five cars plus mine no service.

Wish there was a better jack in the box by my job. they take forever in the drive thru...Then say to pull around to wait for my order.. But i had to get out my car to get my order because they were taking long. Then just to give me cold eggg rolls. And my fries tasted burnt. Get better workers

It was ok. The fries were just right. The sandwich could have been better. I asked for Secret Sauce, but did not get it. Also, the chicken patty was a little too hard. My timestamp appears to have picked up on a nearby address; but this is definitely the Jack in the Box on W. Dallas.

Was a pleasant experience. Poor foundation though. Praying for all these establishments can get help over here. Every building is crumbling down. You can clearly tell it was flooded. Food was awesome. Haven't had a great taco in a while. I recommend this location. The food is great.

The employees are either super sweet or completely incompetent, there is no in between. On one visit, one of the employees was basically screaming at a man in a car at the drive through that his card had been declined, then preceded to laugh at him as he left.

This is by far the worst jack in the box. This is the second time coming in here at 3 AM and they give me an excuse such as “my computer is off” give us thirty minutes. Then when I drove by their door, the worker was laying down on the floor on their phone!

Went there early in the morning and the food was excellent. Everything was fresh, cooked perfectly and the wait wasn't long. Its hard to find a night crew at a fast food restaurant that actually care about doing their job right, but i found one!

My order was a special order and it was correct. The food was served at the right temperature and tasted GREAT! You get the bang for your buck here. The dining area and restrooms were meticulously clean too! I received fast service with a smile.

sad to see all the negative reviews, i did have to wait a long time but i understand being understaffed during this time but the lady in the drive thru was amazing! i believe her name was Makesha and she was seriously the sweetest person ever!

Great location even tho it was full to the rim drive thru packed during lunch hour they managed to get my order in with no mistakes and everyone behind the scenes was happy to be there which explains why the food came out so delicious , 8

The tall lady with the arm tattoos had us park in the front of the restaurant so we could get our order in its entirety. The only thing is we did not receive the order in its entirety,, even after we went over everything before I left her

On God the slowest drive thru I've ever been through in my entire life, felt like 20 minutes just for one car ahead if me to leave. Don't bother staying open 24 hours if you're just gonna have one guy in there overnight. Rude staff.

I was inside a the Spanish manager lady didn’t want to take my order also locked the doors very racist !!!! @6pm an doors closed an locked during business hours I also used a app to get my purchases so I lost money also!!!

As I type this review, I am sitting in the drive thru. It has been 20 minutes already and have longer to wait because three cars are in front of me. This is the slowest service I have ever experienced in a drive thru.

The food was somewhat warm and the service was slow. Customer service/Employee was pleasant enough but barely makes up for how slow drive through was or how hot our food was. Fries were over cooked, almost hard.

They should fire the lady working night shifts. She negatively affects the business and will go out of her way to make your drive through experience as unpleasant as possible. Avoid this location at all costs.
