They tired to serve us old milk shakes that were sitting in the back . After my last review it seems like they improved on the service time. Then tonight 10/29 happened. Did a mobile order and paid thru the app to save time, when we got there cashier informs us the shake machine had already been cleaned out and they were out. Cashier was professional when we asked for refund and closed the window to speak to an hispanic lady inside the restaurant. From the closed window we could hear and see their conversation especiallysince she was loud. She caught an nasty attitude and told him to tell us to pull to the front and they'll bring them out. Turns out they were gonna give us some that they had in cups sitting around in the back. My husband tells him no we wanted a refund, since we didn't know how long it's been sitting, or how it was handled, if it may or may not have unseen surprises . The cashier tells her we wanted the refund instead of the sitting out shakes. After a few minutes of her yelling at him, he gives us the money back. She was really unprofessional in the handling of him and offering to give us old milkshakes. He kept his cool and did his job, her on the other hand shouldn't be there with that type of attitude. Ended up paying more at sonic but at least we saw our milkshakes made in our view.

(7/27/23) around 7:00 PM The restrooms are disgusting. My fiance came out the restroom and told me what just happened. Their is a guy who goes by V at least that's what it says on the receipt he gave us. But that kid went to the restroom and took a dump did not flush and he did not wash his hands. My fiance looked at him dead in the eyes and the kid walked out. My fiance had to clean up after him. We are customers we should not have to clean after your employees. This kid was touching everything. We asked the same kid that just left the restroom if we could speak to a manager and he said there wasn't one. Jack in the box you need to do better. People can get sick if people don't wash their hands. I know I wouldn't want anyone to make my food if they didn't wash their hands.

I cannot believe these women!! I asked for four fresh tacos, as I know many Jack in the Box locations precook them and they are cold when you get them. They made me wait and then proceeded to serve me cold tacos anyways. The person who prepared them was disgruntled about being asked to make them fresh. She dropped the tacos on to the receiving tray, and made sure I saw her! This behavior is uncalled for and she should be fired for it. All three ladies were Hispanic. The date was 12/29/2018. The time was approximately 12:37 a.m. I heard the lady with the light colored eyes ask the one who prepared the tacos if the were per my specifications. I couldn't hear the response, albeit I did see her affect displays (face, hands and eye movements). She needs to be fired!! I will never go there again when they are on shitf!! I've been there before and never had this problem.

The food was hot for a change. Served quickly and got a receipt. I recommend them!

Okay, I've had small issues with this Jack in the Box before. Either long waits late a night, which is fine. Or their occasional computer is down also at night. But not even on the 23rd of Oct at 12:05 in the evening I never had a drive thru yell at me my entire life! I was just waiting for a response at the menu for a minute. I was only seeing if I can get their attention by just saying "Hello?". I suddenly receive a horrible response with "WE KNOW YOU'RE THERE SIR! YOU DON'T HAVE TO YELL, OKAY!" From some lady "Screaming" at me! I didn't even raise my voice. I'd just took off mad. I'm never coming to this Jack in the Box again! BTW, y'all better clean house with who ever runs the midnight shift! I so miss the Kingwood location!

First no proper greeting when I got to the menu board....just it's going to be a while. Then once the she started taking our order she was very rude and nasty. Got to the the drive thru window and spoke with Romelia and she acted like she really wasn't concerned and tried to give us our food for free but once I told her I still needed a receipt to file a complaint she told me she couldn't give me one so we ended paying for our food just to get a receipt. Romelia said the cashier who took our order name was Jackie but the receipt said employee Carlos...found that to be weird also ..never again will I go there to be treated like that when I'm spending my money.

The service in drive thru was rushed and unpleasant. We ordered tiny tacos and creamy avocado lime sauce. They took our payment and then told us that they were out of the creamy avocado lime sauce and told us they have ranch. We did not want ranch we wanted what we ordered. We only get the tiny tacos with that sauce. When the order was placed they should have mentioned that that sauce was out. We could have went somewheres else instead of wasting our money and time there.

There is plenty of parking here even for bigger trucks .. the only thing is there is a good amount of people walking around,back and forth through the parking lot but sames to be safe during the day and after dark .. therd a lot of lighting and open..

I've gone here at least three times in the span of a month. You often find places that are hit and miss with food quality control. So far the Jack in the Box hit 3 for 3 for food. So thumbs up. Their drinks however should be checked as sometimes you get an odd taste or improper carbonated water to syrup mix ratio.

I normally like this location but I'm highly upset that we wasted over 45 minutes here tonight! We Sat in the drive thru at the speaker for 10 minutes Saying hello several times and no one ever responded back to us. We decided to drive up to the window since it was only 2 cars ahead of us, the car behind us had the same issue and was blowing there horn to get someone's attention. Once we ordered at the window it took forever for our food to be brought out to us and than when we finally got our order we had food that was missing so we had to wait AGAIN!!!

This place is so ghetto and ridiculous! The white or Hispanic lady who had on a gray shirt was so UNPROFESSIONAL. Hollering and screaming because she said the was only taking cash. We said “ok that’s fine” and got mad because we had cash. If you don’t like your job just get ANOTHER ONE. We waited about to 10 mins in the drive-thru for her not to take our order so we left. Whoever she is was so RUDE and MEAN! I feel so sorry for all the employees who work the night/overnight shift with her!

Went to the JITB at another location, waited in a long drive thru line only to be told they aren't taking orders. So I came to this location, there was a long line but it moved along quickly. The gentleman at the drive thru window was polite & McDonald's needs to take some notes bc it's midnight & I just successfully ordered a vanilla ice cream shake! This location is open 24 hours both the drive thru & dining room. The Teriyaki chicken bowl is SO good.

For some reason, even though there were only two customers (our group, & another single person), our chicken patties for the sandwich were burnt/ overcooked to be so chewy! The rating of three stars is because, they got the orders right, at the least (drinks and sides including)! My thought is, this is a store on the freeway exit to an international airport... and they probably are not worried about repeat customers, as their floating sales is big enough for them! Any way... next time I'll try the competition across the street.

Looks like older Hispanic lady on night shift has been working there for too long or hates her job. Had a real bad attitude and almost refused service just because I couldn't understand her. Really bad experience about a month ago.

To bad no 0 star rating!! We ordered our food and drinks and said combo and she rang it all up individually. We were talking and did not catch it until we got our food and only got some of it. When we went back to tell them someone new had come in and said we have to pay for more fries and eggs rolls unless you want to buy a combo because you did not the first time that's why you didn't get anything. We would have caught it she would have repeated the order like she was supposed too. Not professorial at all!!!

Stopped by this location on Saturday 7/29 around 4pm and went to the drive thru. The gentleman working was very professional and polite. I asked for his name and he said it was Lorenzo. I've been to plenty of different Jack in the Box locations and it always seems rushed but this was a great experience. So thank you Lorenzo.

Less than mediocre. Fries hot, but soggy and not salted. Chicken nuggets crispy and hot, but unseasoned and tasteless. Burger did not have a hard sear on the patties and was a bit pink on the inside. All in all it seems neither the burger nor the fries saw enough heat long enough to cook them properly. Again, I don't know how much more I can be disappointed from fast food! The food was barely warm! I got the special bbq deal for 4.99! It had a squirt of bbq sauce in the middle of the bun! Dry, dry! I was in the airport area of Bush, I went to the Jack n the box on the 45 side of the airport and that was the worst, so I thought I would try the 59 side a little better! But, I totally give up on Jack in the box!!!!! Just not what it use to be!!!!!

Stopped by here on the way to IAH the service was a little slow, don't go here if you're in a hurry. And the soda machine was slower thant the service. Late night, just off a long lousy flight, the service was alright, but the food was a fright... Seriously, the service was good and friendly, but they missed the mark on my burger. Not a usual experience at JitB, but the meat was very bland and border-line just plain bad tasting... IDK what the deal was, but they missed it on the food. Would have given fewer stars had it not been for the friendly face and good attitude from the drive-thru staff.

This is the second time I have eaten here and the tacos were not cooked all the way. I only know this because I worked at Jack before and I know how long it takes for the tacos to cook. They had already pulled the tacos and started to fill them before the timer even went off. Meat semi cold, shell warm. Made me so sick and I had to go to the bathroom 6 times over the next couple of hours. On a brighter note their bathroom is always clean.

Second time in two weeks I've pulled up to the drive thru and was told they couldn't take any orders at this time. Couldn't understand why. This location is so close to the airport and gets quite a few employees that stop before going into work. When they are open the service is good and food is hot and fresh. Just an inconvenience when you stop early in the morning thinking your going to be able to get breakfast before work and don't.

I wouldn't bother coming to this location if you work in the area between 130 am and 330 am for your break you will be wasting your precious time. The times they do take orders sometime the older lady that is there is rude. Big gamble for any location in this area the computer is down or online and Doordash only most days I try to order. This location it's more often than not.

Had a burger and the meat was not at the right temperature. The lady in drive thru did not know how to talk, after I would order something she would reply with "huh" and did not let me finish each order without interrupting. This didnt make my food taste any better. I felt like everything was "reheated" even the fries were too crunchy. I didnt go back but I'm not gonna waste my time if the people there arent trained correctly.

Ordered 5 strips just the strips and it was going to be $9+ which is kind of ridiculous for only strips so I asked if I could do just 3 and she proceeds to ring it up and then tells her manager I’m complaining about prices which is rude cause I can hear her and it’s not like I was actually complaining but now I wish I did because the service was not it and honestly wish I never went out of my way to stop there

I checked the Jack in the Box website to see if they where open. It said the Humble location was opened 24hours. That was not the case at 11pm when I pulled up at the speaker. The lady instructed us they were closed. I drove down the street an extra 2miles and the Jack in the box on Will Clayton was open. I honestly think some employee was being lazy at the Humble location.

The lady at the window didn't bother to tell anyone the credit card machine was down and they were only taking cash. Luckily, I had some cash with me. I ordered the 2 tacos and it was awful. The meat was in the wrapping paper inside of the bag instead of in the shell and the shells were only half full. Waste of money

I have to give this store a good rating! Usually the sweet tea at most jack in the box taste old and not this location. The sweet tea was perfect and fresh! I got the sourdough jack and bacon cheddar wedges! Both were made exactly how I Asked. The cheddar wedges were nice and cheesy and not short on bacon either! High five for awesome store!

Been a long time since I've been to Jack, was reminded why I stopped going, ordered at drive thru was wrong, and when I mean wrong it was wrong, I dont make a big deal about making the burger a certain way but when it's entirely a wrong burger I have to say something. Also fries were hot, warm and ice cold.

The food was great! My order was hot and fresh, exactly what I ordered. The service was friendly. The experience was extraordinary by comparison to the location on 1960 and Lee. So satisfied with the Will Clayton location. Definitely worth the drive.

Awful customer service. The woman at the drive through told us that they were only taking cash so we went to the atm at the gas station next to it, came back 5 mins later and she told us that they weren’t taking orders at all and as we drove past the drive through window flipped us off!

Both of our grilled cheeseburgers was not put together correctly and the person waiting on us didn't seem concerned. The taco shells seem a little stale.

Watch out for this place. They false advertise. The lady was extremely rude and ignorant. I tried ordering the munchy box at around 12 a.m and they charge me 8 instead of 6. Telling me. you want it or not. Stay clear and don't let them rip you off.

The staff was very friendly, my food came quickly, and my order was correct. My chicken teriyaki bowl & egg rolls were very tasty. I'd take JITB egg rolls over most any Chinese restaurants. The store itself is a little old & could use a remodel.

If you are not demanding with food it could be a good place. I honestly did not like the food here. It is too greasy. Service is average I would say, nothing exceptional. There are other places where you can get fast food that tastes better.

Nice stop before getting to the airport. Tacos always a bargain and new pumpkin drink a winner. Good meal deals for a quick lunch. Nice friendly service and was greeted with a salutation when I walked in.

I give it 4 stars because the staff is friendly and very attentive. It is clean and the menu has many options. I do not give it 5vstars because it is difficult to get in the lot due to construction work.

Poor quality food. They will send you incorrect items thru Uber eats and food quality is nasty , old and cold food. Uber driver picked and brought it directly in 5 minutes but food was cold and old.

Roaches and roach killer all around the drink area and trash can. Food is usually overcooked and takes too long. The new "spicy" tenders are terrible. Compressed pieces of chicken with no flavor.

I ordered coffee with a biscuit, egg, bacon and cheese. The egg was larger than the biscuit and there was only one piece of bacon. Very disappointing. On the plus side, it did have good flavor.

There was a hair in my husbands food. I ordered a southwest salad with grilled chicken.. the grilled chicken came in a separate box and not on my salad. I just didn’t like it. My experience

I've been frequenting this establishment near my work for 5 + years now. Consistently excellent, prompt service. Food quality is better than the majority of other jack in the box locations.

The manager was very rude when I asked for money back, she gave me a dirty look the whole time after messing up my order. I wish they had a star below 1 cause they would be under that.

Drive thru moved quick and the employees were super nice and professional! Good was hot, fresh, and tasty!

I went to this location they didn’t give me my order right I am missing half of my food that I order I tried calling and no one answers it just rings and then it beeps worst place ever

They just don't make hamburgers a Jack In The Box like they used to.

Easy location and faster service. I ordered chicken sandwich and curly fries it comes with drinks. Those was good and tasty. And also I added a cheese cake slice. Good food.

Restrooms need to be checked more often, no toilet paper and are just a mess period. You don't expect a well know fast food restaurant to have their restrooms like that.

Drive through is 24hr service. Inside dining only till 12am.

Service is super slow and the people are not friendly like I except the South to be; however, the food is always hot and fresh.

This location is the busiest place at night time....because there's only one cooking staff and one other employee taking orders! A long wait for a fatty meal!

2 car in line inside was closed and they took so long to take orders, coke had a couple of ice cubes.

Great late service. I was served by Caroline and she was amazing. She was kind and she worried that I was well served. Food was great. 100%recommended

Went at 11pm just for tacos and they said they're not taking orders just online orders smh why say 24 hrs if it's not 24hrs........ Do better jack

Carol on the night shift was rude all she had to do was tell me in a normal voice and nicer tone to go back through the order wasn't ready

I rarely eat here. Never tried it much. Like the cheesecake! Usually I'm here picking up someone else's order. Service is always fine!

The best drive thru in Humble. Great service with accurate orders and good food. This is the best Jack In the Box on the Humble area.
