The place was really rude I get off of work to get some food and they talked to me with distain because of my dirty clothes and hands I’m a mechanic and then watched as the people who spoke Spanish get extra sauce no charge and when I asked for ranch no ketchup on the order they then ask to charge me again when I had placed my order with the ranch I am pretty sure they assumed I didn’t speak Spanish because I understand everything when they talked down on me while eating my food and then she he customers after me joined in saying I smell in Spanish and I hear them ask for sauce and was not charged like I was it was horrible experience an if I could give less stars I would and best believe I’m putting this on the jack website as well

I dont know what to say lately i have been having bad luck. from uncooked chicken to poor service. JACK IN THE BOX ON CENTRAL AND VERNON has the worst coffee their coffee tasted like vinegar it was bad really bad and they charged me extra because i asked for egg whites. shouldnt i have gotten a deduction instead?? anyway the food was awful. DO NOT GO HERE. food portions were so tiny i was like what the hell is this??? never again will i go to this place.

This particular jitb has a huge sign that says "dining room now open". Of course when I park my huge work truck and walk over to the door, it's closed. Only drive thru. Some of us can't use the drive thru because of the size of our work trucks. Do better jitb. Support the working men that work out in the street and want to grab lunch and can't use the drive thru.

It was Christmas ☃️ day and I'm alone so I wasn't cooking. Was surprised to see it was open. I went through the drive through and it was quick, they were nice, and they got my order exactly right. The fries were fresh and they even asked me if I wanted extra sauce. I would definitely suggest this Jack in the Box if you live near there!

I have gone many times between 5:30 and 5:45, they were not open once. Even drove through the window for a whole week straight, nothing. Have no complaints about the food, just that they don't open on time. Really sucks going to work hungry because your favorite restaurant wasn't open like they should have been.

Is a horrible place to eat, inside and drive through, inaceptable waiting 30 minutes in drive through with only 4 cars ahead of us, don’t come to this palace is a waist of time

I don't understand why this particular Jack in the box,on Vernon n central charges for buttermilk and gives out paper straws .When the other Jack in the boxes around the area don't don't for condiments and they give out better straws .

They have the greatest customer service here, the cashier was very polite. This place was a mad house during lunch time. I would recommend to come after or before.
