I really hate doing this which is why I put this one off not really a big fan of fast food I'm on a budget to begin with but when I bring coupons in and a friend and someone charges me $20 for two of us to have a meal which is what I paid for a meal at Romano's two nights ago I'm insulted I wouldn't have fed this to a stray dog the service was awful I feel ripped off the food was disgusting the wait was horrible. Okay one good thing they have these little churro things dollar fifty your best bet grab those to go and your set anything else unless you're easy to feed and you've got a cast iron stomach go for it. When they ask me if I recommended this restaurant for small children I said absolutely not because I don't believe kids should be eating this quality of food they deserve better.I'm very sick right now and I usually watch everything I eat to make sure I'm getting the right amount of nutrition. And I don't think this is the place for anyone to do that oh I will also say they do have a pumpkin spice shake that would be a nice treat for anyone to share in the holiday time you can get that available in the Drive-Thru and don't even have to go in this establishment and maybe have that as a dessert after a good meal. That's all I have to say sorry to be harsh guys but I look out for my own house and those that I love and why not the General Public

We went to this drive through at 11:57 pm and the person at the cashier was smacking his lips while my husband was trying to order his food after a long flight. My husband only took 2 mins deciding his drink and the cashier stated, ‘oh my god, sir, you taking too long‘. My husband told him, let me speak with your manager and he asked my husband if he really wanted to do that. When we pulled up to the window, the manager was already at the window saying that she apologize and she already spoke with the employee. As my husband told her that was very rude, the kid ‘cashier’ was behind her saying inappropriate things while she tries to hold him back. I told her that even the way his acting right now is not appropriate as an employee and she apologizes again stating that’s her son and that his just a kid. The kid also starting threatening my husband to come out the corner. I told the manager (his mom) that it does not matter if he is your son, he is still your employee and he should apologize for his poor manners and she said that she is apologizing for him and if we wanted our meal or not. Never experience no drive through like that since I moved to Vegas in 7 yrs and certain my husband whose lived here for 20 yrs. We just moved to this area and we are very unfortunate to have experienced this.

Only because they took the dine in away. Can only order through drive thru or delivery now. What about us walk up people? Shopping nearby and want to eat your food and relax inside, nope. So we went to Denny's and had a wonderful meal, relaxed inside and so did a few of the people that we met. They too had wanted Jack In The Box. Oh well. Your loss JITB. ADDENDUM:. Jack In The Box responded with their form letter explaining how Covid has forced them to keep their dining rooms closed. Then why have I been able to dine in at every other Jack In The Box I've been to? Like yesterday. And last week. And the mandate was lifted by the Governor a few weeks ago. It must just be this location. But we'll never know because it was a standard form response. They missed out on a lot of business. There was a soccer tournament going on at the park next to this location and they were turned away because the lobby was not opened for business. I'm a masker and will continue to wear my mask. But eating out can be done safely and with precautions, we can all return to some sort of normalcy. The new normal that is.

What a joke Went there for some chicken strips as you do, they have maybe a 60% success rate in getting you the food you ordered which actually isn't too bad as Vegas fast food places go. 3 cars in line took about 10 minutes to move, again not too shabby relatively speaking. Get my food, drive home, ordered regular crispy strips, got all spicy ones instead, and spicy food and I don't really get along, so I go back, explain the situation, and ask how to avoid this in the future, since this exact scenario happened last trip as well. I get home, open the box, and 3/5 chicken strips are spicy. I cannot fathom what goes on behind that window but do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else, since you probably won't get what you order anyway. Awful, awful location. I only write these reviews in the event of a complete disaster such as this one, please heed my warning.

Burnt Spicy Chicken Strips

This is the second time something has gone wrong with my order at this location. I’m completely missing a milkshake which unfortunately was the one thing I really wanted from my order. Not to mention one of the issues I’ve had with this location was getting a phone call from my doordash driver telling me they witnessed a female worker touch the walls, tables, counters, etc and then without washing her hands make the food that was ordered by many customers that night. Absolutely disgusting. I have y’all two chances. I’m never ordering from here again and I hope y’all get a health violation because that’s just disgusting to not wash your hands or wear gloves when handling peoples food, I don’t care if you care about your job or not. That’s peoples health you’re messing with.

I’ll admit, I’ve tried cheeseburgers at McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy’s, Carl’s Jr. and Dairy Queen, but None compare to the quality of Jack in the box. Best fresh ingredients, lettuce is crisp tomatoes are red. Bacon is thicker than other fast food places and flavor is better than all of them. Pricing is about the same as others but the coupons they put in the mailbox are awesome.i think$2.99 for only 3 jalapeños poppers is way too much. That’s my only complaint. French fries are hands down better than any other fast food chain. Perfect texture and crispness. Depending on the Jack in the box I go to the service will vary. The service is between 2-5 stars. Sometimes they need to thank you as they hand you the food. I’ve experienced very good service at McDonalds but rarely in other fast food chains. Hands down though 5 stars to Jack in the Nox.

If you come here for the morning shift the staff and food are on point. I ordered a Ranch Chicken sandwich combo here todayx and not only was it hot and tasty, but it looked like one of the photos they take of the food. I was impressed. Fries we hot and fresh and I even got more than I ordered since I ordered a small and the fries were full in the little bag and a bunch more spilled out in the tray. I did not take a photo to share, here read this: I hate people that take photos of their food, so if you are a person that takes photos of their food... well... be offended. With that out of the way, I will wrap this up by saying that the ladies that work here on the morning shift are super friendly and do their best to make all their customers happy.

I had a client with me that wanted Jack in the box it was lunch time. they wouldn't let me do two separate orders??? In this time of expensive gas they expected me to go through the drive-thru order my clients food come back around and buy my food??? I had to surrender ...cuz I'm with my client!!!... And!!! there were five cars in the Drive-Thru ahead of me... Mind you when I pulled in I was the first and only car in the Drive-Thru... Their anti-customer their, anti-environment, their anti-respect for who gets there first... What's the difference if me and my client come in two separate cars or one car they're anti carpooling!!! They don't deserve anybody's business.... There's so many other fast food joints... I am anti Jack in the box now

When it comes to fast food restaurants, good old Jack beats the dickens out of his competitors every time. Jack's "breakfast anytime" menu is a notable compliment to his regular menu which features a virtual plethora of choices for restaurant patrons no matter where their taste buds may take them. Drive-thru service is quick and mostly efficient with friendly servers manning this option. Wait.....I just can't forget to mention the great shakes offered by this fast food establishment, all of them are "to die for, especially the Oreo shake, my personal favorite. That being said, I must stop here today and indulge.

Ordered curly fry for (2) 3.50 waited in like 30 minutes and still was not ready at the window and the man or woman didn’t even know what they were doing and I got really irritated and left. If you go past 10 pm expect +30 min wait and for to go orders expect food to be cold. (I do door dash and they are severely understaffed and I blame management.) i went to jack and the service was so slow and the line was hardly moving , i go up to the window and see that only one person is working while i saw no other workers in sight. if jack is the type to overwork their workers and let others slack off i will no longer be going. i remember to had caught the only worker that was working that night and it was a worker named jessica , she is such a kind soul even with all the rush and pressure she still managed to keep a smile on her face knowing she had to do everything. if i EVER eat at jack again she’ll be the only reason.

Today is October 25 2:20 in the morning I ordered some food and it was called the manager tried to argue and say trust me that it was made fresh it was not!He is lying and misleading the customer by giving out food that’s not fresh when I specifically asked it to be cooked fresh only one thing was made fresh and I got the wrong drink everything was wrong. Then hop on speaker while I’m talking to one of the employees and tries to over talk to me. Go to another Jack-in-the-Box do not come to this one if you value customer service and decency.

Power outage caused whole drive through to be backed up, i'd normally wouldnt blame the restaurant for this because its not their fault, but they literally had 5+ cars stuck with no way out for 20 some odd minutes. Most places would ask you to wait out front to wait for their burners to go on. Nope. Just stuck for 20 minutes, we could have gone across town for different food in that time. Terrible management skills with handling customers in a bad situation. The food was okay though.

At an average of at least three times a week I visit this location. Most fast food restaurants are just that fast food restaurants! This location has some of the best employees. They are always pleasant and greet you with a smile! There is one that goes above and beyond it seems! Nancy remembers my order even down to the sauces! She goes out of her way to say hello even when she is not at the window! I Never write to many reviews but have to give credit where it is do!!!!

I placed a mobile order and my card has been charged. When I arrived to pick up my food the drive thru is blocked off and doors locked. No one is answering phone. This is ridiculous! I will never use the mobile app or visit a Jack In the box ever again. I want my money back. This is the 2nd time in 30 days that I will have to dispute charges due to this company’s unprofessionalism. I will be contacting corporate as something needs to be done about these constant errors.

Horrible service! This location is rather bland. Lucky to get fresh fries and tacos. What is noticeable is that it has a dreary atmosphere. Most of the young people do not smile, talk to you from the side and seem that they cannot wait to end the interaction with the customer. They have a very dreary and somber attitude. The last 3 visits when we have sent our runner to get food they have messed up the order by forgetting items. Then when we sent our runner back they question him whether they really forgot the items or not. On top of that, they don't do anything to make up for the fact that they messed up and caused you to have to run to the location twice to get your complete order. We will not longer be going to this location due to this. This is unacceptable.

I’m from Utah I went to this jack in the box while I was on vacation and they were horrible they didn’t give me a recipe and I was missing a hamburger I whent back to tell them and the worker there was so rude! Telling me with a bad attitude that with out a recipe they couldn’t do anything! How would I have a recipe if I didn’t get one? Service was quick and polite. I went through the drive thru at a pretty peak hour and got done quickly with my order correct. I got the pita, which wasn't all that excellent. I kept finding small pieces of egg that was not part of the order at all so that was weird. The fries were hot and fresh which is what I'm super picky about. I'd just suggest trying a sandwich or burger over the pita, only because it doesn't seem too popular.

Crazy to be doing a review for a fast food restaurant, but I believe in giving credit where credit is due. I've been to this location several times, the people are always nice, and they've gotten my order right every time. I usually use the drive-thru, but a few times I've been inside and the service was outstanding, like letting me know about specials or a better way to order something to save money. Really like this one.

I made a complaint and haven’t been heard. So this is how I have to respond to that. First off the lady working the window was very rude and did not apologize after I came back and waited in line for an additional 15 minutes just to get items that they shorted me. I was nice and understanding and they didn’t even apologize. The popcorn chicken was stale like it was sitting under the warmer all day. Avoid this location!

Excellent prices, great portion size, always fresh food served extremely quickly with a cheerful smile. We wish we could eat inside, but we are glad the owner is keeping the store staff healthy and safe, so we will wait til they open the dining room and be glad for opportunities to eat outside in the car and witness a gorgeous sunset over the mountains behind us. I started using the mobile app which makes ordering and pickup easier. Order and pay on the app then just pick it up. I wish they would reopen their lobby so I don't have to wait 5 to 10 minutes in the drive thru because the line gets long at times. Cashier & manager didn't know they accepted Postmates orders. Took a bit longer than it should to get my customer his order because of it. At the window, I had an order with 5 cups in total & they didn't think to give me a holder even after I asked for one. Other than knowledge & communication, the kitchen was able to get my large order within a few minutes

Went to grab some food at 7:05 and doors were all locked, sign says dining opens at 6:00. People inside just looked at me and kept on with whatever they were doing. The drive-thru was open but my work truck would never fit. Can't say anything about food quality since I had to go somewhere else.

My wife and I just did an order at the drive thru. We asked for a Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger and after getting home, we figured that it was a Jr. Jumbo Jack (Are you serious? Get my money back man!!) Bacon Cheddar Potato Wedges with almost no cheese. OLD bread on the burgers. Unfortunately it was the worse experience on the Jack in the Box we ever had!

I usually only give reviews on my interesting visits lol but this was a good one! Everything that was ordered was hot and freshly cooked... The drive thru line was long but it moved quickly. When I got to the window, everything was ready and she had all the sauces and napkins in the bag already without me asking. Just moved in the area... will be back!

I have been a visitor to Jack In The Box since I was small. I am now in my 50s. I will say that the food has changed quite a bit over the years. On this visit I actually had the fish sandwich combo and was pleasantly surprised that the food was better than I have remembered in recent years. This place was very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Typical Jack in the Box. Most everything is average except the wait time. It is the slowest I've ever experienced. Once you inquire about your food preparation their attitude gets very belligerent and offensive. It should take 25 minutes in the drive thru. Subpar employees equal subpar service. All in all just a very average dining experience.

After taking my order with a friendly smile, there were an unhappy customer after me, Jay was very apologetic and very sincere and solve the situation and made the customer very happy and the customer left with a big smile! So one time they messed up my order and only filled up my drinks roughly half way(I guess because I said no ice?) That was annoying but other times it's great so I guess it depends on the team working at the time ? Drive through is where I have the problems usually so I suggest walking in to make sure everything is alright.

Depending what on what time you go it’s a hit or miss with your food. The French fries was cold but they did replace them. The sourdough chicken sandwich was good just wish they used a different piece of lettuce. Ate inside and it’s a clean place and the soda machine was up to date. Pretty good just go at the right time.

Horrible food, they do not change their grease! You can taste old food when you eat the hashbrowns. They give you cold food that's been sitting and they slap you sandwiches sloppily together with no love. The taste shows it. Not the best location. I took a photo of the lady who gave me old grease hashborwns.

Went in today, 8/1/19 the soda machine was out of order, the bathrooms were out of order, the dining area was dirty and it was hot as hell in the lobby. I noticed the air was on in the kitchen. Service is also slow. I expressed my observations to an employee who came across as not very concerned..

I go here pretty regularly. Love the bacon ultimate with Cheddar Jalapeños. The $2 chicken sandwiches are pretty good. Nuggest too. All around pretty food is good. Service is usually good as well

The manager here is a jerk. He will pop his lips and roll his eyes at you, or at least that was my unfortunate experience here. There's a Wendy's up the street with nicer service and better food

The iced tea is behind the counter so when you want a refill and ask they make you feel like a dead beat for asking. The staff has definitely gotten much more friendly since my visit last year.

Stingy on the fries but I get it since your company only makes $175,550 per year in net profit, can't be too gracious with these costly fries, it's just bad business gg jerks …

Very friendly staffs, food is fresh and delicious. Today our cashier is kind & generous to my husband & me. Thank you Jack in the Box for hired kind staffs, really made our day!

I hate their burgers but I am ADDICTED to their yummy egg rolls. Who knew? Three egg rolls make a great light lunch. Make sure you get enough sweet and sour sauce for dunking.

The burger was delicious. Probably my favorite fast food bite. This location's service was excellent. We were greeted as soon as we entered and the cashier was very friendly.

Our food has always been fresh and is ready quickly. Lots of freebies on the app save you some bucks and allows you to order ahead so its ready instantly for pick up.

I come today morning at this location in Lake Mead and the guy at the window was very abusive, very bad costumer sevice

Service efficient. No wait at 15:00 PM. Just had my 2nd fast food burger for the year. It was good (heck, for the price!!!) QUICK & tasty lunch-snack

I usually go to this Jack in the Box, but in the drive thru you have to double check your orders because they seem to make mistakes often.

I get what I expect (salad) with decent quality for the price unless they are out of something due to supply chain issues.....

Please bring Jack n the box back to Virginia Tidewater area. PLEASEEEE.
