Not the best location, staff needs more training. I go here for convenience in the mornings, also my choices are few and far and there is always an issue. No consistency with staff and their knowledge of taking orders or of the menu. Some charge for a substitution and others don't. Always forget items like a hash brown or orange juice or even the receipt and if you tell them they have the nerve to get the attitude. They can't even get the change right when rounding to the nearest dollar. Smh, ridiculous. The only thing that I can say if food is cooked fresh but that's what you're supposed to do as they say in the advertisement. Hey Jack in the Box on Craig and 95.....get you act together and start enjoying your job before you don't have one. I'm sure someone else would happily work in your position. I don't understand why this job is so hard everything is automated and has pictures. I guess I'll start making my breakfast in the morning and save the 15 dollars I spend 3 times a week, that's $45 a week, $180 a month, $2,160 annually and that's just on breakfast. Do that to 50 customers a year that's $108000.....Wake up Jack in the box.

I stopped to order a breakfast combo here. The young male on the speaker kept repeating my order wrong. I asked for a breakfast combo with a coke instead of coffee. The young man said "ok, we will give you fries." I restated that I wanted a breakfast combo with a coke instead of a coffee. The young man asked "what size coffee do you want?" I again repeated my order and the young man told me to pull forward. The manager was at the window and stated it was $13.00. I told him I just wanted the breakfast burrito combo with a coke. He stated that I had ordered a single burrito, fries, a large coffee, and a coke. I explained that the person taking the order must not have heard me. He became very upset and re-keyed the order. He came up with the correct charge of $6.00, but he kept huffing at me as he was re-ringing the order. He handed me the drink, and when the food was ready he threw the bag at me. I will never go to this location again.

I normally don't have issues with ordering through any app platform. But, unfortunately there was an issue with their system displaying the order even though I had paid and received a confirmation. Upon arrival I was told there was no order and there was nothing they could do. After informing the manager that I had a confirmation and had paid she promptly said " I have no order on my screen, and I don't know what to tell you". I spent 5 minutes back and forth before the order magically appeared. The manager offered no apologies and just said this is how it is when I got to the window. I confronted her about the poor customer service and was told "it's all ok, no big deal move on". Absolutely disgusting customer service from the shift manager. The disrespectful behavior wouldn't be acceptable from a teenage employee let alone a 40 yr old manager.

Messes up our drive thru orders every. single. time. No exaggeration. Get loaded fries... They put no meat in it. Order a combo... They just ring up the sandwich. Ask for no tomato... Get extra tomato. Ask for bacon... get sausage instead. They've handed my food to the car in front of me and then took the food back through the window and tried giving the same bag of food to me when I pulled up (serious health code no-no). I don't know what the deal is, I just wanna enjoy the disgusting food I paid for, not the disgusting food they want to give me. *Edit* downgraded from 2 stars to 1 star cuz I just remembered the time they asked me to pull forward into a parking space and it took 30 minutes for them to bring out the food and the order was... Wait for it... Waaait for it... Completely wrong and cold

18 minutes in the drive through, enough said. I then gave them another try weeks later and still a horrible experience. I ordered 4 tacos, 2 chicken sandwiches, and large curly fries. When I got the order, I said I ordered 4 tacos but there's only 2. When I told him he had a clueless look on his face and then as I was holding the bag out, the bag ripped on me and I had to catch everything. Why is everything in one bag, why can't they put 4 tacos in one bag, 2 chicken sandwiches and large fries in the other. To add more insult, when I got home and saw my large curly fries, it was only half way filled!!!! Lastly, I asked for hot sauce from the guy, when I looked through the bag, I saw there were 2 packets for 4 tacos.

Everytime ww go here there is a problem.... One time they served us a siracha burger WITH NO MEAT just bun lettuce veggies and sauce... They constantly mess up the order give us the wrong food or dont give us what we ordered at all. Last time really did it in for us, we ordered over $40 worth of food... THERE WERE BUGS IN THE FOOD!!!! We explained this to the manager on duty brought in the RECEIPT he said we needed to bring the food that was in our trashcan in order for him to do something about it, called his district manager, they never returned our call. I gave my quick go to's: 2 taco, their nuggets are a hidden treasure, egg rolls(w/red hot sauce), side salad/ranch, scrambbled eggs, or just get that breakfast combo with OJ it has every thing...etc. I make my own combos sometimes. Sometimes my budget says, get the *side salad & nuggets= a chicken salad, *2 tacos & a side order of 2 scrambled eggs(not on the menu just ask)= breakfast tacos... So many combos you can make... Ok since your "BOX HAS JUST BEEN JACKED"...... "Box" AKA brain & "JACKED" AKA up dated... Make your own combos and ENJOY

Not only did they help me confirm that the postmates driver stole my food but they also prepared my reorder and included my original order as well! I've been coming here at least 5x a month for the last three years. Friendly staff, fresh food, and great service all year round. Drive thru is always fast, and if an order is made wrong, they fix any mistakes quickly and accurately. Even at closing time for the dining room, last minute meals are still served fresh and with a smile. I've never been rude to an employee here, and I've never experienced any additude from any of the employees. I go here for hot food for a good price, and great service. Order 20 dollars worth of food and didn’t even received half my food and the food i received i didn’t even order. Workers seemed like they were lazy and didn’t want to work. I think it’s very rude and unprofessional if the worker doesn’t want to work. I usually always like this place, however, across the board overall ok.What I experienced last night was not acceptable. The drive through window employee was lazy, did not use his words, handling my food with bare hands, I ordered curly fries - they were thrown in the bag sideways, hard, cold and you can tell that they had been sitting. I mean owners at what point do you care about customer service? And integrity of your food?? Please train these people not to serve old food, how to speak, observe and act to bring better quality to your business.

I know things are expensive these days, getting pretty used to spending more than expecting it used to cost for things- fast food being the most surprising. Nobody at this store knows what they are doing. It was a bad omen when I entered the store and the customer in front of me was complaining that they got her order wrong. I ordered a number 12 and asked for grilled chicken. When I got home I was surprised to find that I didn't have any chicken in my sandwich. I called the store and took 5 min for them to answer and when they finally did. The man told me that he had a rush and put the phone down. It has been 20 minutes I'm still on the phone and nobody has come back. I'm extremely disappointed in that I couldn't eat my dinner, but even more frustrated that it took 23 min for someone to come on the phone.

Spent over sixty dollars was missing 2 99 cent tacos a large and a medium curly fry. Called them and was told they were in the bag and she had packed it her self. We assured her they were not there. Was told to come back and she would give us a curly fry. She was acting as if we were trying to get free food. Who would spend over 60 dollars and try to get a free taco and frys. Ridiculous. Only reason we ordered from there is I like the tacos. Up side I did get taco sauce.

Jack in the box is a 24 hr chain. This morning on my way to work at 4:30am I went into the drive thru and after waiting for about 5 minutes a female finally got on the intercom and proceeded to tell me " sorry we don't open until 5am" I asked "aren't you guys supposed to be open 24hrs?" And got no reply so I just drove off. Not sure why they wouldn't put comes or close off the drive thru during the times they are closed so there wouldn't be a confusion!

24 hour location!!?? Not today apparently I Sat in drive thru in a long line of cars @ 5:00 am for 30 plus minutes on a Friday morning. I called the restaurant several times even left voicemails... Thai is beyond unprofessional and false hours of opporations. Who ever is running your night shift need to be talked to. Talk about a loss of sales.. what about all those customers ordering online through mobile deliveries? What a shame!

Lady forgot two fries and tacos, when we called she was very rude about it and trying to say it was in the bag when it wasn’t. Then she offered only one curly fry to make up for it. Like just admit you made a mistake and fix it, it’s not that big of a deal ms perfect. It was unbelievable the way we were treated. I don’t know if the lady was having a bad day or what but we really were never given the 2 curly fries and tacos.

Rudest person at the drive thru and she's a shift leader. Their speaker had a lot of static and she was hard to understand. She was rude because I couldn't understand her. At the window she continued to be rude. I tried to explain the speaker had static but she acted like she didn't care. Then she handed me my money back and said have a great day. Thanks for nothing. I'll be calling corporate as well as the store manager.

This particular Jack in the Box over cooks their fried foods, doesn't pay attention to the special requests that a customer orders and this store rarely has items from their menu in stock (this was a problem BEFORE the supply chain issues)... been forgiving of these occurrences well over 3 times and now it saddeneds me that I had to post a negative review.

I love the old lady in the morning. She's so sweet and fast! Such a good service. However, at night time, it's always weird workers who always give me the wrong order. For example: one time, I asked for a large coke and they gave me a large cup that was only HALF full. So wrong. However, I usually don't go at night anymore, so its all good!

Check your receipt! When I told the lady about the discrepancy from the menu to the receipt, I was told to have a blessed day & the window closed. So I drove back through to snap a pic of it for my review. It’s only $0.20, but if you’re feeding a family of 4, that $0.20 per item adds up real quick. UPDATE YOUR DRIVE THRU MENU PRICES!

Extremely rude and improperly trained staff. I was insulted and accused of being a criminal due to an employees error. Then they refused to cancel my order and charged my card anyways after I said I was no longer comfortable taking my food. I never received my food, a refund, or even a response after reaching out via online forms.

Got to experience another Jack in the Box; compared to Rancho, it had nothing to compare with...very disappointing! That is why I go back to the same...even waiting is not a chore! Thank you!

This location is open 24 hours. Love going through the drive thru at this location. Variety of items on the menu. They have a Coke freestyle fountain at this location. I usually get a minutmaid mixed berry with my meal. Nice items on the value menu. Along with late night items.

I was so disappointed. Jack in the box was my favorite fast food. I don't eat fast food very often anymore but when I got these great coupons I couldn't pass it up. It was nothing like I remembered. Even the coupon didn't make it worth the trip.

We have a motor home they are drive through only. There were no cars ahead of us andWe waited for 10 minutes in the rain to order. They would not take our order until there was a line of angry drivers yelling at us and we would not leave.

They are lazy. They rush my food and didn't make my burger correctly they just put a patty on the bun and that was it. Every time I ask for a shake they always say it's down or it's broke. Just say you don't won't to make a shake.

Large order of food and they gave me no sauce, not one single packet... I get lots of tacos to enjoy the sauce with the tacos. Sandwiches but no ketchup. It's not ok. Hopefully the food is good or I'll be lowering the stars more.

THIS Jack in the Box stands out. As bad. Incorrect order. Stale, hours old food. They gave me the wrong sandwich and hash brown was ICE COLD. Just a couple of miles away on Ann Rd is a good JITB. Ann & Decatur. Go there.

Shakes were good. Sourdough Jack burger was lacking any sourdough flavor compared to previous visits. My husband kept asking "where's the chicken" on the spicy chicken sandwich. The tomato was thicker than the chicken!

We came there after trying to get ice cream from McDonald's, and they don't sell ice cream so we were going to get milk shakes. There machine was broken. We had gone to two different places and got nothing anywhere....

The staff can really use hairnets. One of the staff member has long dreadlocks and nothing holding it. Check your food for hair.
