And she literally wiped her nose with hand and laughed at me when I made a comment. This is completely NOT OK! I WILL BE REPORTING TO BBB AND OSHA!! P.S. Dec. 23, 2022 Received what I believe is "Auto Response" If you truly are the owner, I want to see action!! The place really needs to be closed, use this time, now through first of the year, and START FROM SCRATCH!! Fix all building issues, that means have BIO GRADE CLEANERS COME CLEAN! Repair all damaged "windows, doors, Speakers, cameras, etc.... Hire ALL AND I MEAN ALL new staff. I know this sounds like a lot of work, but being a business owner, especially in the food industry IS HARD WORK!! You can't possibly be proud of your business the way it is now!!! So many people dream of being able to own and operate a business, a franchise that has the backing of a Globally Financially Secure Brand behind them! Reach out to other franchise owners, to corporate office for help!! Five stars for the employees who are there, working severely understaffed (perhaps paying a living wage would help, Northwest Group LLC. You might get people that WANT to work there!), and contrary to another reviewer, the staff did speak English (racist much?) Now, to the real issue. Today, I walked in to the foyer with a severely leaky roof, and only 3 employees to do all the work. One was a trainee. Food was great, and aside of their frustration over the lack of urgency from their "management" company, they were very open about how poorly the company treats them. They should be staffed so that THEY DON'T have to lock up the restaurant so they can take a break! She told me they get NO breaks or lunch periods unless it's slow. This is wholly unacceptable. Given what I saw with the leaky roof today, and the lack of air conditioning that I experienced there last summer (on one of the hottest days of the year), I'm considering reporting Northwest Group LLC to OSHA.

Wondering when this is actually open in the mornings? There's been multiple times when I have tried to go during business hours, sign and google say either drive open 24hrs or google says opens at 3am & have sat waiting multiple days of the week over the last couple months. 6-830am. A couple Sundays ago myself & another person where there at 830am he was in the drive thru ahead of me so was already there so I am not sure how long he had been sitting waiting but when I pulled up he just drove thru after about 5 minutes. There's been times when I would wait nothing so I would go around the side street there to get back on the road going the other direction, since it's 1 ways in-between and there's a guy smoking outside the building in his shirt & hat. I don't know if they don't have staff in the morning so if he goes for a smoke break the restaurant is closed for X amount of time.

ONLY AT THIS LOCATION at 99th & SE Washington St, (back of bldg faces SE Stark St) IS THE BEST, out of ALL of the Jack N Box's in the Gresham, Troutdale area As we ALL know, this isn't "real" food it's ALL processed made out of what- God ONLY knows that answer BUT it's good junk food. This Jack-N-Box is the BEST one in Portland so far, it's hot when you get the window cashier knows how to hustle when there rush in drive thru. Unlike the rest of the J.B's or any other fast food joints where they can't 2 cars at one. 3 times I've gone to this location where I was the 6-7th car in line each time I was out of there within 5-7 minutes. & that with them making the food "cook to order." I highly recommend this location. This location has yet to fail my expectations. SO FAR!!

I would give zero stars if I can. Avoid this location at all costs. This is the most mismanaged and poorly staffed fast food place I have ever seen. Multiple issues. I was there a few months back at 230 in the afternoon. Person in drive through asked us, 4 people in vehicle, to come back in 30 minutes because they couldn't help us... Last night I entered drive through at 950 pm (they are stated to be open until midnight) directly behind another vehicle. Vehicle in front of me ordered successfully and I then pulled up. Sat there for a few moments and wasn't greeted. I started ordering and the lady says "closed". I said excuse me did you say closed. She said "closed". I could not believe they took the cars order in front of me then said they were closed. Absolutely ridiculous. FIX. YOUR. PROBLEM.

There are huge potholes in the narrow drive thru. I did my best to use the Jack listens on the receipt. It hasn't helped. Even the staff was happy I was trying to bring that attention. I even spoke with a store higher up once. Orders can take a while in the drive thru or lobby. I tried to go in the lobby when I see more than 3 cars and it does not have any difference of service... Even if there's no one else in the lobby. The staff are always friendly and never had an issue with the orders. The only thing is they do not give receipts. If you do not ask they won't just put in the bag. Update they have filled in the potholes!

Windows in drive thru busted out. No inside seating. Always out of certain types of soda. Seemingly general dis concern for upholding the corporate image. Goods alittle off brand. Only fricken Jack in town really should step their game up, could totally be top dog. Kinda missing the mark not by far but assuming poor management. I put in an order for pickup through the app last night. It was accepted, and I was notified it was ready. I live across the street, so I bopped over to see that they were closed but have still charged my card. I live near this location and have tried over the past two years to give them a chance, but damn. They’re always out of tortillas and soda and literally everything. They finally fixed the giant pot hole in the drive thru, but haven’t fixed the giant pot hole in my Jack in the Box heart. No really, don’t go here unless you live in the area and you’re desperate before 10pm apparently

This particular Jack in the Box seems to still be set up for the Covid rules. They did not have any treys, which I did not find out until I got my food. The fountain drink came from the back because the fountain drink dispenser was out. The chairs at the tables were set up as though we were still under Covid Rules, and the bathrooms were hideous(no TP and the bathroom door lock was busted). The food was actually good, but that is it :(

I hate leaving negative reviews for restaurants, but I feel this time it's necessary. I have eaten with this Jack in the Box many times on the past, but every single time I've had something negative happen. This time, I ordered a cluck deluxe meal, with curly fries, a chocolate milkshake and some tacos. My milkshake was only a little over three quarters full, burger had a single pickle and very little sauce and I was missing both my curly fries and a taco. I'm genuinely disappointed this happened AGAIN.

Tried calling the phone number listed and it immediately hangs up. I live close by and wanted to see when their lobby is open since I wanted to walk there. Update, I went there at 8am, after they were open and there was no one inside and the lobby doors were locked. Thanks for nothing. Wont be trying that location again. The Drive through has a huge hole that's scrapped the under carriage of my van, when I spoke to the girl on duty she laughed I ordered 2 junior bacon cheese burgers and only got one I also ordered a jumbo jack on sourdough I ask for mayonnaise and lettuce and tomato it was plain . Every time I come through this drive-thru, I wait for at least five minutes at the microphone, but no one ever answers. This morning I had to literally drive to the window to ask if I could place my order because I had been sitting at the silent mic for 5 minutes. OMG!! Never again. We went inside put order in, only had orange soda, no ice. Took them 25 minutes to finish our order and we were the only ones there. The extra 10 minutes waiting for drinks. He said machine not working while he was on phone. Finally got it going. Meanwhile lady walks in never got waited on, she left. They offered something free for waiting. We were good. Total of 35 minutes! Going next door to eat next time. Get your s**t together!

I ordered a double Jack meal with curly fries and a strawberry milkshake from this restaurant and my burger was so burned and dry I couldn't even eat it. My milkshake tasted like it was more vanilla then strawberry and was so plain tasting. Then when I tried to call it wouldn't go through so I couldn't tell them my experience, it made me very frustrated won't be coming back here.

If you want fast food, don't go here. Regularly I have not been served going through the drive through. People are inside, and no one comes to the window or speaks through the box. This happens at least once a week. I've seen employees with their 6 year old children in the restaurant behind the counter with the doors locked while customers are waiting to be served through the drive through.

They are very slow at this location and they are rude. They don't say hi or by and if you ask them a question they don't say sure they just hand you the item and close the window really fast. They will leave you sitting out there for several minutes even though they hear you saying can I have a straw. The drive-thru window is boarded up with wood and it's really tacky looking
