***AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! This just happens to be the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to in the US. Don't even think about dining inside. Either the A/C is broken or they do not have it on. The floor is sticky with food particles left scattered. The service is horrendous. No one man's the front counter, and the workers in the back ignore anybody that is at the front waiting. There was a worker sitting at a table for the duration of my 1 hour and 10 minute wait, just ignoring everyone, and he was already sitting at a table when I showed up and was still there after I left. After waiting at the counter for 10 minutes, I decided to order online. Still, that did nothing to get my order. I watched 2 people from the drive-thru waiting out front after going through the ordering and payment get out of their vehicles and come inside and demand a refund after waiting out front for 30 minutes according to one person. When they finally got me my food, I was missing 2 items, and it took them another 10 minutes to get that to me. The food was lukewarm when I got back to my room at the hotel next door to this location, and it was all very sloppily thrown together. ********AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!! When I pulled up to order my food, I had to repeat my order several times! I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger add pickles and onion, 2 tacos and a few other items. I also asked for a large cup of ice and the girl told me that the soda machine was down and she could not serve drinks or ice. I got to the window after waiting 35 minutes and my burger was all wrong. She added tomatoes to my burger and when I asked to have a new one made. I was told to just pick them off. I advised that I could not have tomatoes and asked them if they could make a new one. My tacos were cold I received a whole bunch of old food that I did not order. I sat and waited another 10 minutes for my burger to be replaced When I got my jr bacon cheeseburger, the tomatoes were picked off, they left parts of the tomatoes on my sandwich!!! And my bun was dirty! How would you feel if someone picked over your food! HORRIBLE! I will not be back!!!! This is the worst! I should’ve read the reviews before I pulled up to the drive thru! It would’ve saved me my time and money! DONT GO HERE!!!

If I could leave less . I am definitely calling the manager and corporate. I love their crispy tacos this usually is not my store but I was in the neighborhood. I ordered 15 orders no sauce extra lettuce, 3 orders no sauce no cheese extra lettuce . They braught me out 16 tacos with cheese . When I gave them back to tell them their was tacos missing including the ones without cheese. They took the tacos I gave them out of the bag and put them back on the rack and started selling them after I had touched them. Literally took them out of the package one by one to count and seperate the ones with no cheese for one of my children. The reason I stopped to pick up dinner is because I am not feeling well flu like symptoms and I took pictures of them selling the tacos my hands had just touched. The manager on duty was so not in control. The lady cooking was talking back giving ugly looks, completely unprofessional. I can't believe this happened with covid and all. I evn told the mark the manager on duty I had touched them hoping he would stop selling them .

Josh is the manager on duty refused to redo my order so I could use my debit card instead of getting 14.00 in quarters back for change , he said that's it nothing I can do just call the number was all he kept saying. gave me 14.00 in quarters because he had no 1 , 5 ,or 10.I asked him several times to give me my 20.00 back and re ring the order to use my debit card he said no call the number already rang it up and got out the change.no one told me they had no change prior to handing it to me. It is the worst service I have ever gotten. he said heres your food and your quarters that's it! even the fries were old, burger cold and nasty! I think your people need to be better trained for customer service. the cashier Adam was willing to redo the order but the manager Josh said no its already done. horrible excuse for a manager! food awful , manager awful! he said call the number and its a survey for free tacos??? I stopped by drive thru yesterday at this location for a quick lunch and the lady at the drive thru was very friendly and friendly on point. The food was made in a timely manner and was the best I've had in years at any Jack in the Box location, including this place ne. This is the one closest to my area. But today my husband picked up some tacos for us to eat before we head out to run some errands. And to my surprise, once again then food was so good. Tacos were stuffed and not messy at all. They don't taste like old cooking oil, which most times they do. My husband said they person at the drive thru was not rude and he also received his order promptly. All in all, keep up the great job to all those employees making a difference.

The 3 times I went there recently and ordered from the Drive Thru, the following occurred 1) I was super sized when I didn't ask for it 2) I was told they don't have fruit punch AFTER I had paid 3) I was asked to move forward to wait for my order when no one was behind me & they took forever. I had to ask for my money back. Also, their phone rings to a fax machine even when the parking lot is empty & there are no customers cause they're all across the street at Whataburger. Whatadisgrace! Edit: Also, let me add that I have read the reviews below from the so called "Local Guides" and all I can say is you oughta have your stars taken away cause you are not actually dining there with these rosy reviews. My experience with this restaurant spans over 7 years cause it's close to my work. I no longer buy lunch there.

Their closing time is not accurate, wait time is ridiculous over 30 mins to an hr b 4 u even receive ur food.I order online to pick up to avoid the line but they make u still wait by going thru the drive thru. Also, there was times I ordered at the same time & when I went to pick up they said they were closed & I had to call in the morning for a refund. I called manager back 3 times til the 4th time was able to get ahold of him. He said he can redo my order rather than reimburse me which I was fine with . He Also told me he would give me some coupons for the inconvenience which I never received. Bad service overall.

Amazing! I stopped in on Christmas evening, knowing that I shouldn't because it goes against my ethical values but it was late and I didn't feel like cooking again. I ordered 3 hamburgers and two large fries. The service was fast, especially after the long lines, the fries were hot and the service was impeccable. The order was perfect. I just want to commend the staff for doing an awesome job that evening. I have read the other reviews and that was not my experience. Maybe I just lucked out! I usually only order the milkshake from any Jack In the Box but this evening I ordered food as well. I can't say the food was impeccable because it's just fast food but it was what I expected. Good job, guys! I will be visiting again for a milkshake soon.

I don't know how this place is still running. The only reason I've ever came to this one is because it's the closest one and it's always a horrible experience. Workers here are lazy and always get my orders wrong and by the time we get our food it's cold. Tonight was the last time I came here. There was literally only 2 cars in the drive through and I kept asking if they can please take my order and the girl comes on the intercom and says no if I want to place my order I'd have to wait 15-20 minutes because there short staff so I have to wait but she was rude about it. EXACTLY a year ago today I had a one star review and was going out of my way to avoid this location. But today was AMAZINGLY SURPRISING! The new cashier Josie was down to earth and very relatable with GREAT no STUPENDOUS service! Also the new manager Jackie is hands down by far perfect! Great conversation and reassuring that the 24hr option is back. I’m so happy because I get out late and this is the perfect location on my way home. This is the last jack in the box I would go to because I ordered 10 orders of tacos and only received 11 . I called over 12 times and phone wasn’t even connected or somthing . So I decided to drive back up there and I waited in line for another 10 min or so and when I got to the window this girl was so rude and just asking me all these questions like I told her I’m missing tacos and I mean y’all didn’t give me a recipe. So I would like all my tacos and she kept trying to argue and then told me to pull up and she will get them . I think y’all need to look over y’all a cameras and hire some new employees for your night time .

They have always got the order incorrect through drive through. After whats been like 2 years, i thought I'd try again but go inside, since less chance of order meds up. They got the order right but the wait time was almost 20 mins. Maybe 2 orders that had been placed after mine and so after wanting to inquire about the order, i see food sitting in the counter. No one had called out my order number. I thought maybe after a few years things would change but clearly that's not the case. Horrible location. I would check your order before you leave the lot.

Screw this place I put a online order and when I got there I waited 40mins to get my order so in total it took an 1hr while everyone in drive thru got there order before me and on top of the the workers wanted to run their mouths when I asked them about my order....this place is horrible surprise the restaurant isn't shut down yet this is the 3rd time this has happened to me and the 3rd time I had to put the workers in their place for running their mouths if you don't like your job quit you should be lucky you have one in the 1st place

we went at 12 and were that told everyone on their overnight crew was on break and to come back in 20 minutes, then when we did no one answered the drive thru so we went back around and and they’re outside smoking I don’t even know what and people who didn’t even work there are inside just talking, there was about 10 people in there but everyone was on “break”. Second time I've been turned away at the drive through for them being short staffed and still had to wait in line to even leave the drive thru because of the people waiting for the food they actually got to order. If yall are going to be short staffed at this location why bother being open 24 hours? Just close the location. Went to jack last night , everything was correct it’s just that the young girl at the window forgot to give me my credit card. Now I have my bank calling me saying there was fraud on my credit card on shein website charging me $734.22 and at jack in the box a amount of $7.03 also some ncic inmate phone service $15.00 . I love Jack in the Box food! This location is the closest to home. Not 5 star because sometimes the wait time is RIDICULOUS!! I have waited up to 20 mins at night when there is NOBODY in line. I understand 10 mins but not 20! I've have seen a couple of customers storm off super upset. Some employees are super nice amd other need some more training.

They had no ice and my food was already cold when i was handed my food. How hard is it to make one meal with curly fries. I tried the pineapple express shake it was phenomenal. The staff here is really nice. Prompt service, nice smiling. Sometimes you need to get something to eat quick, without waiting in line or the modern excuse of being "Understaffed". This place has been delivering. Support business that does well and thank those who are consistent.

Honestly I don't know why is the review on this location so negative maybe depend on different worker in different shift. But so far my experience at this location are usually positive! Free wifi, big open space of the restaurant and nice staff I've encounter, floor is a little bit dirty tho, can be improve and receive a 6 stars.

Pulled up at 2:50am to the drive thru and they told us they're closed. Drove up to the window and theres 2 kids just standing there doing nothing. Annoying af while the sign says drive thru is 24 hours. Get employees that wanna work for their check.

We have ordered oreo shakes twice from this Jack in the box and twice they have a very peculiar taste. They literally taste like natural gas smells. We thought last time was a fluke but having the same thing again we won't be going back for shakes.

Everything comes out great, only thing is getting the Burger the way you like it, like changing the order, such as NO Ketchup or No Mustard and they still put it anyways... That's pretty much it...

The front counter is under staffed, most of the tables had not been cleaned. The restrooms needed cleaning- no paper towels or toilet paper. Courteous service, tacos and fries were fresh.

The order was not only wrong, it took over 20 minutes to get my food. I didn't have a large or complicated order either. The burger also tasted old and reheated. I was very disappointed.

I've been in line 9 minutes just to order. There's 1 car at the window so ahead if me so my time isn't even over here. Ridiculous no ones even at the window when u pull up ... Boo

Employees always seem to be in bad moods. Been here multiple times and I don't get happy smiling face. The food is always how I ordered just seems like they need some cheering up

Food was good but service was awful, our order was wrong 3 times, we waited more the 30 mins for 3 meals. There was water all over the place. Never again in that location.

I live around the corner from this store. It's the slowest longest wait you'll ever have to sit through. The half the time your order is messed up or just thrown togethet

I love Jack in the Box and always stop when leaving San Antonio after visiting my daughter. Employees are always courteous, polite and smiling. I always leave happy.

This location wont answer the phone,im missing part of my order and they never gave me a receipt.The Girl at drive thru was rude and rushed me through my order.

Gross!!! Went during the day ordered two basic burgers. Lady was very rude and yelled through the process of taking my order.

worst visist didnt get all my order and for being close employees letting people in wont visist again

Cold fish comb. Curly fries were cold, dry, burn old.Nice. modern fast food place. Close to hotel.

It's a lot better than has been before. Customer service is a lot better and the food was AWESOME
