Very disappointed with everything. The tacos we're a joke. They had nothing but lettuce inside of it not even a tiny bit of the meat paste it's supposed to have to begin with. The fries were cold. And when my husband went up to ask if they could open the bathroom door the guy was rude and gave attitude. When my husband called him out on it, he tried to change his tune. A few minutes later he was telling his two coworkers and pointing. Seriously people the counter these employees stand behind is NOT going to stop anyone from jumping over it and slapping some common sense into you. The customer service people give is ridiculous. If you're not going to take that into consideration don't apply for the job. People fail to realize you get back what you give out.

All my fried items that ordered were burnt and tasted really gross. It seems like their frying oil is old and dirty. I like giving the benefit of the doubt but this place continues to disappoint me. Went to have lunch and we ate there it was so hot in there couldn't enjoy my meal. Also there was an order as if the toilets had backed up it smelled like sewer water. Then I was more disappointed with the taste of my tacos. Something has changed with the taste of the tacos I didn't like them at all. Also manager did reach out to me previously about my last review and offered to send me coupons which I am still waiting for.

Howdy, howdy, howdy! Too blessed to be stressed. This J-n-TB was off the chain. It was a situation, around 1:00 am or so, and I was Starving like Marvin. So, yay! Let's do JACK! The little lady who waited on me was very personable, kind, and courteous. The burger was "dope!" Everything was fresh; from the bun to the meat, to the Lettuce and Tomato. Super! And my dear old stomach was happy, happy, happy and full. Hey, y'all! Those "curly fries" they were super too! Fresh and hot! Just the way I like anything I put in this old stomach of mine. They were out of so many things it was comica after the 5th item. They were even out of lemonade, sprite, rootbeer, coke and a few more drinks. After all of this I said forget the drink because I had to leave and they forgot the fries and churros. No offer to refund the items they forgot. Usually I don't care if fast food employees are high if they can work. These employees clearly can't do both and choose to suck at their job. The bar for fast food is pretty low but man did they go below it.

I ordered a sourdough double Jack. It's a new sandwich they have on the menu. I told the drive threw guy 3 times what I wanted. He charged me for a completely different meal, gave me the wrong one anyway, gave us the wrong order completely, and what I was charged for didn't get. I tried calling them to tell them. They didn't even answer. Absolutely the worst Jack in the box I've ever been too.

There was no air conditioning. No trays, Soda machine was broken. I don't know how they did it, but they managed to overcook my hamburgers. The service was polite and friendly. Don't think I'll be back to that Jack in the box. I have been eating at Jack in the box for more than 60 years. And each one of the jack-in-the-boxes on military road have got to serious problems.

Bad service at this location (and the one on Valley Hi and 410) I was the only car in drive thru and employees want to move you to a parking space so they can clear some timer for their job. The biscuit was cold and dry. The sausage patty was rubbery and seemed old. The sandwich had over fried egg. I asked for jelly and was handed 2 for four people. The employee was rude and kept insisting for us to go park near some hobos.

I wish I still had the photos to prove it. They have a rat infestation and they got shut down for not having hot water. You will get sick eating here.The staff are a bunch of unprofessional jerks, who don’t wash their hands. Also, expect a to see a homeless person there breaking car windows.

This location has done a complete 180.The man that helped me out today in the front(November 2nd,12:00pm) was super kind and professional, everything done accurately and in a timely manner, really surprising.I hope the guy that helped me was a manager because he deserves to be.

Since my last visit to this restaurant was remodeled, looks modern, the service is better, just the employee who took my order was stressed but my food was fresh and hot, the manager gave me my order she was very friendly, only the dining room was unattended a little dirty just missing that for 5 stars. Overall was good and recommend this restaurantfor for a meal or bring the family and have a good time

Went at 130am and ordered 8 orders of tacos....I love the tacos. Quick, and they gave me extra taco sauce.

The Jack-in-the-Box that was on military drive across South Park Mall close the next one would be over here by old Quintana Road q and military drive it is the only Jack in the box on the Southside and I love their tacos and burgers the staff there are friendly and so are the Cook's they do a great job

I came here at 11PM to pick up a doordash order when they are open 24 hours just to find they revered parked their personal car in the drive thru with a sign saying “sorry we’re closed” I could see all the employees inside sitting there talking. I tried calling the store but they just let it ring. Ridiculous. Getting paid just to sit there n talk.

They always seem to have everything in stock, which is great. That seems to be a constant problem with other locations. So when i needs me some jack, this is my go-to location. The Employees are always friendly and the service is quick. Which is much appreciated because it's usually late night, exhausted, after work that I'll be here.

This is my first experience ever with a jack in the box. The food was delicious and at a great value. The service was awesome, they talked me through the overwhelming menu and the suggestions were great. My only complaint is I will have to return home where we don’t have these.

I loved this place because not only was the service quick and professional, but the food was great and my tenant said he'd buy if I flied... Lol, it's been a minute but I've finally gone full circle, got rid of the zeros and have tenants that can fill the shoes of a hero.. Vehement Voracious Valentin Valdez III.

Excellent food. My nephew asked for a burger dry, plain and no cheese. The cashier said : "no cheese", like he understood. Then he proceeded to give my nephew a burger with two cheeses. But that is a frequent occurrence in every restaurant.

I understand that I’m going at 2 in the morning but for the coworker to say they’re only accepting Uber eats and door dash orders, WHILE he is outside smoking in front the restaurant with other people, kinda just seems like he just wants to chill on the job and not do his actual job.

This restaurant is ok if you want to wait in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes after placing your order due to them being extremely SLOW and you would get your order quicker by going inside the restaurant to place your order

With technical issues at the drive thru, the night crew stayed professional, courteous, kept a good sense of humor. Our orders were nice fresh and hot. Thank you for the hottest meal I haven't had in a long time.

Never have any drinks supposedly "they all just ran out". Say u don't want tomato or lettuce and best believe its in there DOUBLE time. Half filled cold fries. Have never got fresh fries from thia location.

Quick considering my large order only had to wait about 5 minutes.
