Went by there a few weeks ago, midday, and it was locked up tight. No signage, no explanation. Just closed. Went by again last week and the staff didn't understand what I meant when I asked for either tiny tacos, or a 32 oz Diet Coke. I think they need better management and more training. Food's good, though. Update: Lost a star. Went by with my father about 5 pm. One car ahead of me in the drive-thru. Waited 5 minutes for that car to pull ahead to the window. Pulled up to the box and was told he'd be with me in a minute. Not 'welcome to JitB, I'll be with you in a moment' Not starting off well. 3 minutes later asks me what I would like. I order 2 orders of tiny tacos, both with extra sauce & a spicy roost fries. He says 'want anything else?' I tell him no, and he says the total and pull to the window. We pull up. He's standing there in my line of sight chatting with another employee, who I think was supposed to be cleaning. 6 minutes go by without him acknowledging our existence. Finally the girl puts down what she's cleaning, walks to the grill, gets our bag together, opens the window, hands me the bag, and mutters (I think) have a nice day, as she's turning away. I think about it for a second, and then wave the credit card I've been holding, for probably 8 minutes now, at her, and ask if she would like me to pay. She kinda blinks at me and exclaims, 'you didn't have her pay yet?!?'. I'm assuming, she meant to direct that at him as he stood next to her fiddling with the register. She glared at him, took my card, paid it out, gives me a mortified 'thank you' and closes the window. We drove home. I opened the bag and pulled everything out. 2 tiny tacos, a very miserly portion of roster fries with 4 chunks of chicken & 2 jalapenos in it. Since dad and I were splitting it, we each got 3 bites worth. Definitely not worth the price... Oh, and 3 sauces for 30 Tiny tacos. Not impressed, at all. For 20 minutes in a drive-thru with only one other customer, I feel like we deserved dinner and a show, just not the one we got...

Worst experience I've ever had at a Jack In The Box. First time at this location, and I won't be back. Came through the drive- thru @ 11:20pm, Sat, April 29. I noticed they weren't using the drive-thru speaker. So, when I got to the window, I let them know I had ordered through the app. The girl promptly handed me my drinks and a sealed bag. Started to head home and had a funny feeling, so I checked the bag and realized half my order was missing. So I turn around and get back in line. I tried calling multiple times to let them know about the issue in advance, but I just got a busy signal. At one point, the line wasn't moving and I hear honking, and I see a mini-van parked in front of the speaker, so I hop out to let them know it isn't in use, and the driver is asleep! There was no one in front of him. No one had taken any initiative to talk to him through the speaker or find out why there was a long, unmoving line. One eternity later, I got to the window and the girl started to give me a total, b/c they were finally using the speaker- starting with car behind me- I explained my situation, waited for my order, made sure to check it before driving away, and still almost got jipped 2 tacos. Left @ 12:50am. An hour and a half. For 2 munchie meals. Ridiculous. Avoid!

If I could give no stars I would! This is the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to. Don't go late at night because you will get no help in drive thru. Apparently they are too busy smoking weed and screwing of taking care of customers to do their jobs! We drove up, 1 car in front of us, car was done we went to order. Nobody said anything, we waited a minute or two, still nobody asked to take our order. We said hello anyone there, nobody answered. We honked our horn a few times and nothing. I got out of the car to see what was going on at the window, car in front of us still getting food, but still nobody answered to take our order. Finally car left, we couldn't go back or forward we were blocked in by cars. Drove up to window, nobody there, finally an annoyed looking lady walks up and claims there computer is down they can't take orders at drive thru, lies because we heard them taking order of car behind us. Not sure why they refused to take our order in the first place. We did not order at the window with the lady that looked annoyed for us being there, we left and went to a different food place. The people that work the night shift are very unprofessional at this place, never going back. Owner needs to fire those trashy people. Do not go to this Jack in the Box!!!!

I can't order. The lobby is closed due to Covid, they have a sign posted letting drivers know they only serve guests in a vehicle.. How are you supposed to have a Jack in the Box at a truck stop but not allow truck drivers to order? I also called to try and place an order but they don't answer the phone. Very disappointed to see that you don't support the country or its drivers that work hard to keep your business open. Update: So you disacknowledge everything I say only to reply with the answer no one asked for? We realize that you are basically the only company in the world now with the inside lobby closed, Jack in the Box in Las Vegas has their dining open and I'm pretty sure they have a bigger risk than this ran down place. The whole point here is that you specifically target and refuse to serve truck drivers. But for some good news, Jim's restaurant across the street has way better food, is a lot more clean and appealing than this place and they're dine-in is open so I recommend everyone to go eat there instead of ever coming this this particular Jack in the Box. I saw an employee cough in his hand and not wash it afterwards during my confrontation here at the Jack in the Box anyway so I probably dodged a bullet. Good luck on your next audit!

Went through the drive thru, waited for approximately 15 minutes for someone to take our order, clearly didn't have drive thru experience. I only ordered a #6 (Ultimate cheeseburger combo) with pickles, asked for curly fries 3 times, and a coke for the drink, had to repeat myself 3 times. Had to wait another 15 minutes bcuz the car in front of us was waiting for their food as well. We would have backed up and left but their was 2 cars behind us waiting to order. When we finally got to the window, the gentleman asked if we had ordered the #6, we said yes, if they knew what they were doing, we would have ordered more. I paid for my order, they gave me my food and I had to ask them for my Coke twice, and when I went to look in the bag, they gave me regular fries, so I told them and they replaced it with curly fries. I get home and the curly fries were fresh, thankfully, coke was good, the burger itself was nasty. It was smothered in so much ketchup it was oozing out and made the bun super soggy. And of course, no pickles. I would NOT recommend this Jack in the Box to anyone. I will not be going back until they get it together. I am so frustrated! I just wanted lunch on a Saturday afternoon.

Came in the lobby for faster service since drive through had at least 5 cars in line. My order was taken right away and only one person in front of me. About 6 minutes passed 2 other people came in to order. This whole time they are working and making orders. I ordered 5 orders of tacos. I kept seeing so many tacos coming out of fryer but they were never mine. Then the people who came in after were given orders and left. So until I stood at counter with out moving the older lady that was in charge started to mention she needed the "big" order for front. She was also on her phone in back with gloves she did not change after being on phone and also taking orders on register. Any ways after about 15 minutes I finally got the tacos.* My point is you should work on orders the way you get them.*And I was not going to get an attitude with them because the were handling my food. When I was younger (minor) I worked in a fast food place and I saw what went on in the kitchen and it was gross. Will never go to this location again. This was on Monday the 2nd. Around 2 something.

On Friday December 8th at 10:30 p.m. we went through the Jack-in-the-Box drive-thru and from order placement 2 receiving our food proximately 20 minutes went by. Although the order was semiaccurate, they did have some irregularities. Such as ordering one curly fry and one regular fry but after returning home opening the bag and being very disappointed to have to curly fries. Are burgers were good, fresh and hot, although the two orders of tacos that we received or not of any standard. We all know going through late night, you're not going to get the best food and service, but throwing away three or four dollars for non-edible food is very disappointing. If you enjoy Jack in the Box, we recommend going down the road and finding another particular location, because this particular store put no Pride or care and to the food that we received on this evening. In full disclosure, this store has not always been disappointing but over the last couple years has become a hit-or-miss.

Door dash driver here. No gloves are used my order is been waiting for over 15 minutes the box that was supposed to be for my Customer was handed out thru the drive thru and had to wait a little longer employees don’t have sense of urgency nor care for the guest that already paid ahead of time and ordered online will not recommend I would give zero stars if it was possible. I attached the photo of all 4 not even on the line making the orders and making fun of customers on drive thru. Very disappointed. Will not come back again here either as delivery driver or as customer. UPDATE***10 minutes later I was asked again for the name of the customer it’s now 1:45 pm been here for 25 minutes and an employee is just eating in plain sight of customers then proceeded to make an order without washing their hands…. Another update!! here I am again I wish I would of cancelled this order instead of wait till employees feel like helping me instead of just looking at each other

NO LONGER TRUCKER FRIENDLY. I am immensely disappointed in the customer service at this location. It shares a parking lot with a truck stop and has been supported by the trucking industry for years. True, the Corona virus has changed a lot of how we do things these days, but being decent, kind & respectful to other human beings should not be one of them. After being on the road for 16 hours, an elderly trucker walked over to the restaurant to find the lobby locked. When he explained his situation in the drive thru they told him he would have to download an APP to order his food & theN someone could bring it out to him ....... (crickets chirping) Seriously?!?!?! I could on & on about this, but I’ll cut it short. I bought the gentleman some food from A DIFFERENT restaurant so he could eat, relax, sleep or what have you. IS THIS HOW WE TREAT OUR ESSENTIAL WORKERS ... if so, God please forgive us.

I couldn’t order any food just because I own a trucking company and the dining room was close and they just served a car right before I knocked on the window because I Drive a tractor trailer and can’t fit in their drive Thur , a so called fill in manager name is Virginia said they can’t serve walk up ? And I asked her what the store number is and then she stated that she was a fill-in manager again , and she stated that I could google it and find the store number. So I walked away and then I went hungry tonight because I don’t have a car here in San Antonio TX And this is almost 24 hours later I walked to the store and their doors was locked ( closed ) before 10:00 ( 22:00 hours ) so I went hungry again for the day so I will be called corporate in the morning on this franchise

When am I going to learn from my mistakes . .... Jack in the box is actually one of my favorite restaurants. I have been having a a problem with them lately trying to get a sourdough jack the way they use to serve them......with fresh buttered bread. I have tried three different locations now and the results are all the same.... Did you change the recipe for the sandwich.....its been absolutely horrible at all three these locations . I was hoping with this location I could finally give my favorite restaurant rave reviews but unfortunately I cant. You guy are really slacking.....your customer service can stand to be improved as well......I understand we are in a pandemic but I dont believe it has had and affect on being courteous.......disappointed in San Antonio!!!!

I was just there and it took them 10 minutes to take my order then 30 minutes to handle me my food as I was waiting I saw the males just standing around have an entire conversation the guy who took my order was walking all over the place with his phone like he was doing a video then I saw another male walking towards the window with a cup on his hand and the other hand was (((now hear me out people because this is really disgusting , he was scratching his private part ))) I told my son we would throw that food right away and I sure did .Didn’t see no manager just four man standing around no name tags no nothing this place should be closed.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. The young man in the register was friendly, but he put my order all wrong. I also noticed that he handled money at the register and then touched bread and other food in the kitchen and didn't wash his hands. The other cooks handling food were also at the register & did not wash their hands. Literally ALL the dine-in tables were filthy, the sodas had no gas & there was no ice. The employees (except the young man who took our order) were rude & had a very bad attitude. Also, the man who seemed to be the cook and the manager was talking to his employees in a disrespectful manner. Overall, this place was disgusting to say the least, in ALL aspects.

Only 3 people working the store! The one doing drive thru took my order. I gave her a coupon for a $5 meal, choice the number 1 or 2 and I asked for the classic and received the #1. She didn’t ask if I wanted reg. Or curly fries, received curly. I ask if she could make it medium and I would pay the difference, I received a small. I ask for 2 tacos to be added to my order, nvr received them or charged for them. She didn’t ask if it was her dine in or out just automatically made it to go. The sandwich was really dry and tasted old, the curly fries were fresh which was nice. I asked for a ranch and received one that had been open and had to go back to the lady and ask for a different one. This was at store JIB# 859. Have a great day!

So I when I arrived the dining area was closed and they only had drive thru and that was fine because I was running errands and eating on the go. Only 4 cars ahead of me and it took 10 minutes to get to order. The speaker was not working well and I practically had to yell my order. Still only 4 cars ahead of me but it took another 35 minutes to get to the window and when I got there my food was ready to go so I paid and then parked so I could eat real quick and my food was barely warm so I am assuming my food was sitting at the window for a bit but since the dining room was closed and I had waited so long I decided not to deal with it. So basically 45 minutes and luke warm food makes it easy to decide not to go back again

I keep reading that the management will do something but it isn't true , as far as I can tell the store will never answer their phone and if they do they'll act like it got disconnected and then management will say they'll look into it but pretty much are just paying people to sit in the store and management honestly doesn't care ive called consecutively and all calls where ignored, no one is in the drive though and no one is waiting , management must have family working for them cause that kind of slacking of wouldnt be tolerated anywhere else with a decent owner. Feel bad for the poor soul who can't even run their business well , hope you have other stores that pick up the slack

The food served was good, but took forever and was not the right amount. I after waiting a long time to get to the position in the drive through lane to order, the person taking my order was rushed and did not repeat the order back to me. 10 minutes after I ordered and got the the window, the y gave me 2 tacos and 1 order of mini tacos instead of 8 tacos and 1 order of mini tacos. Luckily, that was all she charged me for, but it took so long that I just went to Taco Bell across the street to get more food. No matter how busy they are, make them repeat your order. Otherwise, you might be disappointed. They did have a help wanted sign up, so hopefully they will get better soon.

Service at this location was very slow even with only 2 people working at a slow pace. I am very disappointed that the lady go back ans forth making food to working register with same gloves on. Dirt from the register and handling diety money then go make my food is unacceptable. She needs more food safety training before she cross contaminate someone good. On another note my breakfast sandwich was the worst ever. I guess the guy working there thinks that frying my egg hard to where its dry ans dark is ok. Totally not happy with this experience and will not visit again.where is thr managers?

I came in just the other day and waited about 30 minutes in the drive thru. The staff wasn't rude but they weren't nice. I ordered the ultimate breakfast and a sausage crosant. If the sausage crosant i order wasn't as amazing as it was then this review would've been worse. But the ultimate breakfast i ordered had no sausage, no cheese, a cold slice of ham. And one piece of bacon about a inch long. At first i thought they forgot the bacon. This location does take care of its customers though. Because of the wait i was offered a free drink. And they gave me a free cheesecake and cowboys antenna head. Step up on order accuracy and time and they will be prefect

Tacos had no sauce on them. I asked for taco sauce before driving off. They said they had no packets.. they gave me a small cup of sauce. Took 1 bite of the taco to find out there was none in it.. luckily I had the little cup. I had ordered a couple orders of tacos. Taco shells were tough. Also tried the spicy chicken sandwich since there was a coupon. Was not impressed by it, supposedly a $6 sandwich. It lacked flavor, had minimal toppings, and was kinda soggy. Guy working the window did a decent job, but looked like he was also working part of the kitchen.

Typically I have tried to avoid jack in the box because it hasn't sat well with me but I hadn't tried this location yet and decided to give it a go. I ordered online and went to pick it up and when I got there, the girl at the window assured me that everything had been checked and was in the bag. When I got home, I found the order was 100% accurate! Food was also cooked well and tasted great. Would definitely come back to this location if this is how they typically perform.

They didn’t have change and owed me $2….pretty much told me sorry, but there was nothing she could do, but I could talk to someone else, I asked her how it was my fault that they didn’t have change and they owed me $2….she didn’t care, but someone came that had dollar bills and asked her what the problem was and she told her they owed me $2 and she didn’t have change, so she handed her the $2- she handed me my food with no thank you or anything.

Always closed when I want the tiny tacos :( Updated review- went about 10:30 /11 o’clock semi long line but worth it . The 2-3 people on staff were amazing and took order great , repeated it , cleared up my miscommunications and assured me I was getting what I asked for just one thing … all meals come with regular fries and i got charged for a curly fry when it doesn’t come with it originally. Kinda disappointed cause I was really wanting my regular fry but pleased with the rest of my experience and the great people who worked the overnight on Saturday the 16th ! Great job and happy to see everything is up and running.

I have been there 3 times in the last 2 months. Everytime food is just not right. I ordered 3 sourdough tonight. Service was fine..but they forgot my drink twice. I had to wait twice. finally had to get out of my car and go get my drink. The burgers buns were hard as a rock, they had one piece of bacon. Let just say I did not get what I paid for. I am not one to right reviews because I am also in service industry, but the food I was served tonight isnt justified. I spent almost $30 dollars on 3 burgers and can't eat one. I will not be a returning customer.

The young lady decided to text while in the middle of making my order...which normally I really wouldn't care however I asked for regular fries not curly fries. I know your thinking bonus right? Not when they're old, cold, and have no salt. So I park go inside to correct my order. And of course the regular fries are the same. I used to like this location unfortunately like alot of places they're short staffed and the staff they do have don't have any pride in the product they're putting out.

Had to pick up an order that was placed on the mobile app on June 21, 2020. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told that there wasn't a cook. I asked for a refund and was told that they didn't give refunds for mobile orders. I'm satisfied that they fulfilled the order when I was able to return. 3/23/2022 order was ready in a timely manner. One of my fries was missing, and the ones that we did receive were cold.

Let me start by saying I love "Jack in the Box", and I usually don't write reviews. But I will never return to this location. Months ago I had the unpleasant of having to repeat my order continually. This time was the worst. whoever the hiring staff is for the Sunday evening crew seriously needs to reconsider the staff they hire. 30 minute wait time with only 2 other cars and NO inside customers, had to repeat order 3 Separate times, Extremely Unprofessional Rude Staff, and food quality Poor. Reader do yourself a favor and just eat at the McDonald's or Taco Cabana across the street.

Probably the worst jack in the box I've ever been too. Store is ridiculously filthy looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. 35 mins to get a simple order of two plain burgers and large fry. Who knows how long the people in the drive through had to wait. Glad I went inside or I would still be waiting. Management should be ashamed of how this store runs and the general manager should be fired. Hey owner this falls on you in case you didn't know.

I like this Jack in the box although it's not the closest one to my house since I moved. I love the sourdough Jack burger, and curly fries yum! Sometimes Jack in the box runs out of things or their shake machine isn't working. However if they keep the food fresh and the customer service is good I don't mind those little things LOL overall I really like Jack in the box. I just hope and pray that behind the doors they are clean and sanitary and care about the customers they're serving.

I did an online order, of 2 orders of tacos (4 tacos total) and a med fry, which took way longer than it said it would. When she handed me my bag, I asked if my fries were in there, and she said "Did you order fries? " I said yes... She mumbled something and put cold fries in my bag. excellent food and service! we were there a little late in the day so we couldn't get iced coffee and they were out of sourdough. however the food was fast hot and fresher than im used to from my old jack in the box-which closed years ago. I was impressed this location really seemed to care and must work well as a team. go to this location if you're missing the old feel and taste of Jack in the box. I know most have disappointed me over the years. from seguin to Dallas to Houston etc I've missed the 'correct' taste of the burgers i know where to go now.

Dining room visit. 3/29 @ 5:30pm. Hadn't been to Jack in the Box in a long while, so I decided to give this location a try. The good: All employees were friendly and welcoming, and the eating area was fairly clean. The bad: it took almost 15 minutes to get my order; the fries were hard and overcooked; the dining area needs some serious renovation; too many homeless people walking around and sitting on restaurant grounds.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I only get 30 minutes for lunch. This is the third time that I have come to the location and I'm told the shake machine isn't working. I wasn't given my drink with my order. I knocked on the door so I didn't have to wait in the long line again, but no one came to the door, so I had no choice but to go thru the line again. When I got up to tell them about my drink, the woman sounded like I was bothering her. I will never come back to this location and I'll make sure all my friends and family know about this also

Absolutely disgusting. Dirty is a understatement. Employees are absolutely awful.once we saw the trash we asked for a refund and she said she gave us our food. Ummm no you didn't she than tried to get the guy to lie for her ans he wouldn't so she locked us out. We waited on the cops she said she called that never showed up of course. I mean of course she didn't call them since they have cameras and she knows she's lying. Will make complaints to corporate till we get refunded

This is one of the worst locations I've ever visited. I came here on a Monday morning shortly after 10am when they opened. The guy at the intercom said that although they are open, their fryers are not on and they are not taking orders. This was a major inconvenience for me. I tried contacting the District Manager Rudy, but he wouldn't respond. I came here at least one other time in the past, and they were so slow. This location seems to have ongoing issues with staffing. I for one will never come here again.

Hash browns were soaked and dripping with grease. Unedible. The Breakfast Jack's were eaten but an overall fail. Not sure why the cook at this location has gone downhill but we will think twice before stopping again. Customer service was not that great, this location is on a busy road so it's hard for you to hear them and for them to hear you when using their drive-thru. I had to repeat my order multiple times for them to get it correct. Then they managed to get frustrated with me because they couldn't hear me. I even turned my car off to help the situation. I understand that they're by a main road but the same way we have to be patient, they should be patient as well and not get upset with their customers. Not cool.

Food is food but takes forever to get through the line. Says 24 hrs but is often closed at night. Employees were counting money in the dining room in full view of everyone, with the back kitchen door wide open. If I were a criminal I would have walked in and robbed them without a second thought. Easy target. And the lady on the speaker said "welcome to Popeyes" they must be getting high back there, broadcasting money to the world and leaving the doors open, thinking they are at popeyes- what the heck...?

Went by on my lunch, placed my order, no receipt, ok. When I got my order, I asked for a receipt and was told, they couldn't help me. The dining room area was dirty, food crumbs still on the tables and the employees uniforms looked like the hadn't been washed in days! When I asked who owned this location, the lead and an employee said the number of the owner was on the wall, almost daring me to call the owner, they didn't care. Only good thing was my order was right and hot! Still I won't go back!

Staff was great. The building needs to be updated. Front door wouldn't close because it was stuck on concrete. It was very aged looking inside-but clean!! Only 1 other person was in the dining room. The kitchen looked like it must've been one of the first Jack in the Boxes ever. Cmon corporate, give these employees a newer place to work in.

Jack in the box is notorious for long wait times especially in the drive thru, but not last night (10-21-16). 2am I went and was pleasantly surprised, the guy working seemed to be the only one there even though he said he was training a new guy and APOLIGIZED in advance for the longer than usual wait. He was professional, my order was actually right and the food was GOOD. Best experience thus far at a Jack in the box. I didn't catch the guys name but he had a lot of tattoos. GOOD JOB GUY!!

I will never come to this location again. They messed up on my order was the first problem then They only had one flavored drink out of all the others. They also didn’t have any fries, or hot sauce. When I finally got to eat my food the tacos were over cooked and the onion rings were over cooked too. Looks like they haven’t changed the grease out all day. A little disappointed.☹️ I got the swiss burger. And the whole burger was over cooked. It was too crunchy. Even the curly fries where over cooked. Just disappointed that I have to pay so much and the food be over cooked. I understand it was during lunch time but still. I waited longer while waiting inside. I saw how cars where getting their food sooner than me. That was frustrating. I understand they are short staffed but shouldn't the walk in customers get priority.

Food is always good here.... BIGGEST PROBLEM STILL IS THE APP NOT HAVING THE CORRECT STORE HOURS!!! The app will tell you the store is closed and you need to pick a different location when your physically looking at / on location and its very obviously open with cars in the drivethru... **if you go there after their dinning room closes good chance you wont able to use any coupons on the app because the app says stores close when it's really open**

Jack in the box on O'Connor is Outstanding, the managers Samantha and Edward have wonderful customer service, when I walk in the restaurant, they welcome me with a smile, my order is always fresh, they go above and beyond for their customers, they come out to the dining room and check to see if I'm okay and ask me if I need anything else, now that's what you call good Customer service, thank you Samantha and Edward for all you do, keep it up.

Employees are friendly, motivated and generous. My wife and I enjoy eating breakfast here very much. I had the ham and swiss sourdough and my wife had the jumbo breakfast platter which she wound up sharing with me and we took our sandwich to go. Definitely worth stopping for a quick breakfast in my opinion.

I’ve been going to this location for several months now and The customer service Is excellent and the food is always fresh. Michelle and her niece happen to be some of the nicest people I’ve met. I hope the owners know what great employees they are. If I lived 50 miles away I’d still stop for my number 13 chicken strips. The New York cheese cake is to live for, not to die for. Lol. Keep up the great work. Five star all the way.

Second jack in the box I went to in a row, first one just closed with a trashcan in the drive thru, and now this one claiming that their system is down and they can't take orders for 30 minutes....as if any modern computer system takes anywhere that long to reboot. Javk in the box has really taken a steep nosedive in restaurant quality and staff quality. Just do your job its not rocket science running a fast food kitchen.

I'm done with this location. I don't go to JITB very often, but this WAS the one I went to when I did. After a visit where I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, they had redeemed thenselves. The past two visits went fine. This morning I sat at the menu for 3 minutes before anyone came over the speaker. The girl told me they weren't open yet. It was after 7 AM! What do you mean you're not open yet?!?! Done.

Placed my order, they asked what I wanted, again. Said I wanted the advertised special, the attendant didn't know what I was talking about. Repeated everything 3 more times. At window checked order wasn't what I ordered, when I asked about part of my order that said I wasn't charged for it so I dont get it. I DO NOT recommend this location unless you are a gambler who doesn't care what you get.

Stopped early to get some breakfast and no one was there except myself and my fiance . Went thru the drive thru and still they managed to get our order wrong. Did not put our hash browns nor our curly fries in the bag. No happy at all because their response was im sorry. They didnt even offer my money back. I went through the drive through and I had my sandwich custom-made (changed the sauce/cheese/took stuff out I was difficult)and the lady Ayesha took my order and was Spectacular did not complain friendly smiling. The ice machine is still broken. So is the ceiling fan. One blade is about to fall to the floor, and the whole fan is about to fall out of the ceiling. The whole place is filthy. The employees watched us stand at the counter for about 4 minutes, while they walked around talking to each other before helping us. The tables were sticky. The floor was sticky. The whole location is terrible.

Visited the Jack in the Box on O’Connor and 35 ordered two kids meals get home and on order has 4 nuggets the other 5 and ordered curly fries and got none called back and the woman that answered gave no name and acted like she couldn’t hear as I was already practically yelling. We won’t be back these people are incapable of getting it right at any location so don’t waste your time.

Ordered 30 tacos and waited 23 minutes parked in front of the store for stale tacos. Asked twice nicely for plenty of hot sauce and was told there was plenty in the bag only to get home and find 4 packets for 30 tacos. Out of 5 people eating we threw away 9 tacos… disgusting. Don't walk in to the lobby because you will not be acknowledged. It took 10 minutes for the sourpus at the drive thru to finally say someone would be with us. Rude attitude! Our order was placed but took 20 minutes to get our order because the drive thru worker kept taking our tacos to fill drive thru orders. This behavior screams mistreatment and no appreciation for employees.

I had a couple of meal vouchers from Jack Corporate and while they said one item redeemable the CSR assured me that any location will reimburse the full meal. After a slight misunderstanding at this location the Manager set us up right. The food was accurate and hot. Not being to eat indoors is really a pain but it was still, all considered, OK. 5-stars for above and beyond.

Things tend to break down here a lot. They had no AC for a while... The soda machine in the lobby is down like, 30% of the time... It just doesn't feel like they really care, or want to put any money at all into the place. Literally every person who works there though had been very helpful, friendly, polite, and quick. That's the only reason it's even 3 stars..

The location and food was perfect, even the customer service. However there were a lot of drugs and users all around the place, even sleeping out front of the entrance. I did feel sorry for the addicts, but hanging around a did place is bad for everyone. I'm sure they lose tons of existing business this way. I only meant revisiting this place will be a no no.

We stood at the counter for 10 minutes and though some of the workers made eye contact no one even acknowledged us to say "be with you in a bit" or even a "we don't wanna serve you, go away". Drive through was clearly the priority. Though we tend to enjoy JITB we won't be back to try this one.

Usually always a long wait for drive-through. Def check your bag, since so many people have to wait they tend to be pretty busy. Don't blame them as they seem to be slightly understaffed and that van be hectic when u have 8-10 cars being inpatient

I ordered 4 JumboJack hamburgers to go. When I got home I realized the JumboJack has drasticaly changed. New terriable bun, virtually no lettuce, smaller meat patty, no more sauce as before. I ended up giving them too my dog. I will never go back to Jack in the box again. Why they changed their signature sandwhich is beyond me. Really stupid decision.

If you're like me and live on the northeast side there is only one good Jack in the Box location and it's this one. Don't even bother trying to going to the one on 410 and Starcrest or the one on 35 and Rittiman at 10 pm through the drive-through, they don't give a flying f***. Who ever owns this location knows how to run a Jack in the Box.

Came all the way from New Braunfels to come stop at this jack in the box which online and door and windows say open 24 hours but when getting to the location. You should always be opened when you have your hours of operation posted. I am a District Manager for another QSR. This is something that needs to looked into!

Horrible location. Unprofessional from management to staff. If you are a dasher I would avoid accepting from this location. Manager personally told me they do not care about dashers, dasher orders or dasher concerns. Location itself was filthy and unpleasant. Nothing short of a terrible experience.

I haven't been in year because of location. The service was awesome was greet over mic in friendly pleasant voice. Helpful when inquired about potatoes wedges which they no longer sever but curly fries with cheese and bacon. Ordered the classic burger and Swiss and larger Dr pepper.

Got home and was shorted 1 sourdough sandwich. I was charged and when I called, no one answered. It was 3:00pm and we were the only car in the drive thru and parking lot was empty. They made $5 + off of us. Curly fries were overcooked. Very disappointed when I got home!!
