I am a truck driver and was having trouble finding a place to get a hot meal. I ordered on their app and the drive thru worker was very nice when I walked up to the window. I had a worker in another city flat out refuse to serve me. They park people all the time and bring food out to them, but this gal WOULD NOT, bring my order out to me (since it actually benefitted a customer instead of THEIR wait time statistics, which is a complete lie when they park people, making corporate believe they've actually served the order). Now, some people talk about walk ups being dangerous, but there are ways to be safe. I am an adult and know to look left and right before crossing the street, plus you just have to be on the lookout for cars coming up to the window and get out of the way if they don't see you. But generally, the worker would put their hands out and stop the next car from coming to the window after serving the one in front of them, then signal to me to come to the window to get my order, as I would be standing a few feet away in a safe spot where me and the worker could see each other along with any cars waiting, (we could all see each other) and I also would watch to make sure the next car saw what was happening before I approached the window and wave at them and say thank you. (It's a simple process as long as everyone is paying attention to the situation). I am so glad this Jack in the Box wasn't like the other one. They didn't make me feel bad that I drove an 18 wheeler that couldn't make it through the drive thru. On the contrary, he was amazing and so super sweet and accommodating. I've been there many times since and he even calls me by my first name now. There's a very sweet Hispanic lady who runs the drive thru sometimes who is also so very nice and I truly appreciate her and the customer service she provides. They almost make me feel like family at this particular store. Plus, the first time using their app, you get a 25% off code. Thank you to the drive thru guy and lady for being awesome and getting me my hot meal on a very cold Wednesday morning. Good food, good deal, happy camper.

First off I do like this Jack in the box for the simple reason their shake machine is never down(unlike McDonald's no matter which one u go to something especially the shake machines always )Which is everything to me when I'm ordering fast food because almost always u want a milkshake with ur burger right? Well this time I go to drive thru order my food they asked me twice if I wanted reg. or curly fries both times I said curly. I noticed on the screen it said regular fries...I ask again did u get the curly fries? So I pay, get my food what to my eyes appear well I'm sure u can guess it wasn't my curly fries. Nope. Just reg. coldfries yuck. so I tell her she makes me give her back my order thru the window while she takes out the fries and switches em w/curly fries. Now is it just me or are they not supposed to take back ur order thru the window, aren't they just supposed to make it right? Well of course she was super rude about it cuz I didn't even mention she forgot some items that I had ordered. But needless to say next time I'll go down the street for my fast food where they're always nice and respectful even when they accidentally mess up ur order. Now that's food for thought!

Went through drive through and ordered a #3 no tomato with a large shake to drink. I was asked what size fries i wanted and said medium. Got my food and dinner i was on lunch between jobs i took off to the next job. I opened my bag and there was no fries in the bag. And no receipt either. I called the store and the lady who answered the phone talked to the cashier and came back and told me i didn't order fries. And hung up on me. Completely unprofessional, and i have no way to verify if i paid for fries because i wasnt given my receipt. Although i find it hard to believe a sandwich and shake costs over $15. I have worked fast food as a manager before and this is completely unacceptable. I didn't even want a reimbursement because i didnt have time to go back for it. I really just wanted an apology. Instead i was told i was wrong and hung up on. I will not be coming back to this location ever again. And i suggest others don't as well. Terrible customer service and overall experience.

I would like to take the time and say 5 stars to this place because of their customer service. I go there since I drive Uber at night and usually order through the app. The place is quick and food is great. Only 2 times has there been a mishaps on my order but when I spoke to Yair (I think it’s spelt right) he was so nice and apologetic enough to remake the order and that made me feel like this place cares. Also the manager at the drive through window (can’t remember her name (Carmen)? Was so nice and apologized once I brought up what Yair said in the notes. Again, no place is perfect nor do I expect them to be but to handle customer service this way and to make things right is the key. I worked as a restaurant manager in Bellevue for years until I fell in love with driving and know the ropes to treat others with respect and correct mistakes so must say this place gets 5 stars Thanks Jack in the Box Crew and also to the cooks in the back I can’t see or talked to but they are working hard and the backbone!

The line seemed to be going pretty fast when I first pulled up. The cars were moving along in no time at all.. Until the truck in front of me was done ordering, and pulled forward just enough to block me from ordering. When I got to the window, I waited for what felt like forever. Upon opening the foil wrapper to my "meat lover's burrito," I wondered what had taken them so long? The first three bites were nothing but tortilla, and I don't take small bites. Upon further investigation, the interior if the burrito looked nothing like the picture on the menu. Rather than having pieces of meat evenly spread throughout, there was a piece of ham on top of a whole sausage patty in the center, one very pale and soggy piece of what was supposed to be bacon, and the rest was egg. I suddenly lost my appetite. Should have known better than to expect a pleasant meal from Jack in the crack.

This is supplemental to a perfectly good review I wrote mid-2018 about the Jack-half of Ballard's own "JACK-SEVEN" combo C-store-/QSR(Quick Serve restaurant). Today's experience unexpectedly takes a somewhat disappointing turn for the worst. There must be some corporate policy restricting use of outwardly aggressive behavior toward customers and for what I assume was a poorly executed profiling job leading to a case of mistaken identity. Since I am a long standing customer the first one is on me. I don't discourage that easily as I am a big fan of the Jack going back decades and regardless of what you might think I have never considered our long-standing relationship 'unhealthy' :for any reason. I would sure hate see that change but I should consider what I am willing to overlook for two tacos and a large strawberry shake. (Actually..it could be more than you might think .I dod mention that was the LARGE shake right?).

Drive through service was good. Fast and accurate. However, the sandwich I ordered (the new pork belly sandwich) was not at all good. It is no comparison to the picture advertised on their menu board. A pork belly should be thick like a quarter inch at the least. All I got was a lot of lettuce and lots of sauce and bread and one, I repeat one slice of bacon. Yup that's all it is really. A single slice of bacon. Not impressed and terribly disappointed. I go to Jack in the box because they are one of the few chains out there that actually make a burger the way it should be. But this time they fell short. My advice to this particular sandwich, if your going to put only one slice of side pork, make sure it's a thick slice otherwise you might as well call it a BLT sandwich because that is what it really is. You guys get 1 star for the crappy sandwich but a thumbs up on your drive through service .

3am to 4am Latinx woman working in the front. I order a plain #6 and a drink. I got a #6 with the works with a plain burger. Tried to swing back in to get in fixed. The entire time the woman is telling me how I ordered wrong when they confirmed my order twice with 1 plain burger and 1 drink without an additional burger. Instead of just helping me correct the order they explained how I was wrong in the way I ordered even though I was straight forward in just wanting a plain cheeseburger. Then the woman had the energy to throw sass when again all I swung back around for was to see if we could get it fixed. The lady was unfortunate to work with and makes me less favorable for this area. She shouldn't be dealing with customers to be honest.

I don't think there's a whole lot to be said about Jack in the Box that hasn't already been said. Of all the fast food restaurants they're definitely one of my top two. The only thing I would really have to say is that I absolutely love the wakey bakey and wish that it was something that was permanent on their menu. That savory garlic taste with the butter and the cheese the egg and the crispy hash brown. Just that flavor combo has off the hook. My go-to items are the breakfast burrito or the Supreme sausage I think it's actually called the extreme sausage. Who else would Jack in the Box puts two sausage patties on the one sandwich. That is freaking amazing.

I tried to be patient, understanding that not everybody has a great memory, but forgetting the stir stick for a very hot coffee three times in a row is more than just bad memory it's terrible service. I will not be buying coffee here again, they will be lucky if I buy food. EDIT: it's been a while and i started eating here again and it seems better but this time i ordered a grilled chicken with no tomato, subbed ranch instead of good good sauce and added bacon with 2 tacos on the side. Got the tacos but instead of the upcharged sandwich i got two eggs on texas toast with cheese. So i got underfed for the amount of money i just spent.

Just there last night and presented a cupon for a spicy chicken sand meal for 5 bucks I never recieved a receipt and stupid me for actually trusting, but just got home checked my account and I was charged 9+ dollars. When does it end when do we need to ask for evidence to now even fast food to not be robbed. I’ve never not been given a receipt at jack obviously this was a small con where employee can now keep the diff from the cupon out of the till. How many times has this happened?? One employee pulling that move 5-8 times a day 20-40 extra bucks and nobody the wiser if the till balances.

Have you ever had fast food that looked and tasted like the picture? I have finally. This JB absolutely floored me. Rolled up in a semi 100ft long, walked up to the drive thru at 2am, and was meet by some of the friendliness staff I've ever meet. Most places won't even serve walk ups. Grabbed my food and left for my destination, opened my food and this is what I found: Order spot on, piping hot food, fresh tasting and no joke, looked like the pictures. They even hooked it up on a fat stack of napkins. The new late night food stop for this driver.

This JITB location is the gold standard as to how this chain should operate everywhere. They are always extremely friendly and the manager Sandra even remebers my name and order from the last time I came in, each and every time. There food is executed the way I assume corporate would want it and puts other JITB locations near by to complete shame. Order something from this location and you will get consistency each and every time. Yes, Its fast food, but this store is a shining example of how to do fast food extremely well.

I love this Jack in the Box. Always friendly and my food always tastes great.

Dont order postmates from here. My food was cold, old, and terrible. Fries tasted like they were made yesterday, in fact im almost certain they were. Fries were rock hard. Burger meat was also hard, like it was left to dry out in a tanning salon. Tacos were crushed. Most of the fillings were spilled out of the packaging. It was like my bag threw up. No it was not the drivers fault. Things were not crushed in transit because when i opened the bag it looked like they put the heavy items on top of all the light items.

Great customer service. Smile and hand me my food when it was ready. Thank you Jack in the box workers. I know sometimes serving the hungry and intoxicated, under thebinfluence of illegal and legal drugs whatever the case may be, I know it can be overwhelming at times if not all the times but from this thankful heart that was starving when she came through your establishment, Thank you and know that I appreciate you very much. I went there last night. A Latina lady with glasses. Charged my card didn't give me my food right and I politely ask her to give me my order as I order it. And she says. No . just like that. And I procide to say I want my tacos . she looked at my like she hated me . and gave me some cold as tacos. And didn't even give me my reciped. If it wasn't for the bank I wouldn't still know what I paid for. ........not comming back to this jack in the box. If I do defiantly will talk to management

Ice cream machine is sometimes out of service and when it is it's out for days. Location has some homeless people coming up and asking for change. I'm pretty sure this was a time where myself, my daughter & our family friend had wanted a ride home but before going home wanted to stop & treat us for some food & apparently we had agreed on Jack In The Box! My daughter's memory is better than mine (haha) & she told me that the 3 of is ordered milkshakes, I ordered chicken tenders & my daughter ordered chicken nuggets & a sandwich for the other one & plenty curly fries! Unfortunately lol she can't remember how the food was!

We went through the drive thru on 8/21 around 11:15 am, ordered two breakfast menu items with drinks. From the time we ordered to the time we parked in the parking lot to eat was just over 3 minutes! And the food was hot. As we ate before heading out of town we decided to time the other cars in the drive thru and saw a half dozen or so go through in under 2 minutes! Kudos to the staff that day!!

I mean the service is ok.. whatever,.. but the bathroom situation needs to be tended to. Men's toilet is out of service and been like that from what I know of over a week and a half now, had to use the toilet in the other bathroom today which is women's and handicapped, and one of the toilets in there is also out of service.. isn't anyone notifying corporate to fix these things.. shouldn't take more than a week to resolve these issues from these types of franchises.

Never had full "tacos" usually they are super pathetic looking but these well well made. Fries were super fresh, and burger was clean, not sloppy. Atmosphere got 2 stars though I'm guessing they have to have signs and tell you 30 mins only in dinner due to the location and who is loitering around the corner.

I'm not much of a Jack In The Box fan but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Jack In The Box this time I'd have to say that overall it was a pretty good experience my food was good it was hot it was all there and truth be told I fed to people for under ten bucks so all in all Fast Food this trip fit the bill fairly inexpensive filled up my stomach cuz I was hungry and didn't take all day four stars Jack in the Box

I've been to most if not all of the Jack In The Box restaurants in the Seattle area and the Jack In The Box at 1st Avenue South is the best. The fries are always good, the burgers likewise. They always get the order right. They're quick and pleasant and they act like they want your business. What more could you ask for? And they always give you a receipt. They're not afraid of complaints. They know they did their jobs well.

I have always enjoyed the taste, freshness, and quality of the food served at jack in the box, but I must speak out against the sticker shock when I order a soft drink with my sandwich. $2.29 for a small soda? Really? My advice to anyone who wishes to grab a quick bite at this particular location, is to bring your own beverage. This location would have earned a 5 star rating if it were not for the expensive soda fountain.

I am a driver, I stopped at lunch to take a meal, they did not sell it to me. because they have open drive thru only, and they said that they have a lot of customers, they said it was your problem that you are a truck driver! Once in a while I like to stop at this location for breakfast, is on my way to work and is convenient for me. Every time I go the staff always greet me with a sweet smile. (covid19 style) They smile with there eyes. They use the phrase “My Pleasure”. I have been there multiple times and I always get my order right and in great conditions. Great example of 5 star Customer Services. Gracias!

This little gem is quite handy to have when driving back from downtown on the way back south. Nothing says its late and I'm too lazy to cook when I get home like their brand of all night cheeseburgers. Doesn't that sound like a real Adventure? A great song on the radio, a burger and one hand, a drink in the other, your knee on the steering wheel, and a little bit of angina in our hearts.

For the buck, if you have time to go elsewhere … go. If was quite pricy for a simple cheese burger and little fries. This place looks like it badly needs a makeover. No, I didn’t go inside. Drive through was friendly but a bit slow.

Poor service employee forgot to add Chocolate overload cake. Only after telling me that it was in the bag,so i took her word for it thinking that someone couldn't be that STUPID!!!!! We ordered two spicy chicken sandwich meals. Chicken was crisp and spice is on the mild side. They upsold us on cheese (dosen't come with it) and the two big slices of tomato made it too liquidy for eating in car. Fries were hot and crispy. The soda was okay, but they need to adjust the carbonation. Over all, for only $10 a meal not bad drive thru food.

Better than some fast food, but come on. So you really want to eat that shat? Did yourself a favor and spend another couple extra minutes and get something real. Or just skip it and be hungry till later. It's good for the soul and body to be hungry once in a while. It might taste good, in a fast food greasy kind of way, but damn, is it really worth it?

This Jack in the Box is right in SoDo, away from the city. It is a nicer one, considering some of them are just gross and have people living in their parking lots. The food here is ok, not the best but not the worst. They have some great deals like the munchie box. Get this at night and you get a deal, during the day it costs a little more money.

My order was right on the menu display and they still gave me the wrong food on top of that the manager told me to come back tell them to order number and they will give me my meal that didn't happen. Because they didn't have my order number written down! Ordered a Pita with curly fries and got a club sandwich that wasn't cooked thoroughly!

Welp... Try to get food here again after the first time they had closed 20mins early then the time that says they are open. Anyways order from postmates a triple bbq brurger that had two patties and order a large shake and got a small. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Never again will i return to this franchise.

I ordered the ultimate cheeseburger and found out when I got to work the order was wrong. I tried to call and and tried to use the app to discuss this without success. Also, no receipt to use for future verification. Please have available a method for handling incorrect orders after leaving the restaurant.

If you've been to one jack in the box, you've technically been to them all. The difference is quality of service and product. This location is nice but, unless you speak Spanish, modifying your order will be problematic. Always double check your stuff before pulling away from the drive through.

As good as fast food can be at midnight heading home from work. I tried to limit the colon cleanse that would surely happen but even the tacos couldn't hold back the sting ring or kept it solid. I did it to myself.

Quick service at counter at 8 PM. Order was correct and at hot temperature. Some difficulty understanding employees questions to me. Spoke very quickly with difficult accent for me, a senior citizen with hearing difficulty, to understand. Staff spoke completely in Spanish among themselves.

Just went through the drive threw and got 1 of the 3 things I ordered everything else was wrong. Thing is guy repeated the order back and it was correct hands me a soda here's your diet was reg coke, here's your spicy chicken got a basic burger. At least the tacos were right.

Took almost 10 minutes to get my order. I went through the drive- thru . Only 3 cars in front of me and there was no one inside the restaurant so I'm confused as to why it took so long. I hate going there... Hey Jack in the box act like the customer matters!!

Whoever was working the drive through had a lot of static coming through and stated he “was there to take an order not talk about the weather” when asked if he was ready for me to start. I understand customer service is really taxing but that’s pretty rude.

Editing my rating.. the service is horrible. Don't waste the time. If you have an extra few moments try to go to the one on admiral way. They were fast courteous, spoke clearly, got the food right and did it all with a smile the first time around.

Can't beat the sourdough jack. Not a very healthy place but every once in a while it's great. Best shakes in the game too. Thicker than everyone else in their competitive market range, real ice cream. Oreo shakes! Do yourself a favor and try one.

Always a great place to grab food for late night. The doors are open til midnight and then after that the drive thru is 24/7. I've never had a problem with getting my food on time and they always get it right. I frequent this location a lot.

I like the tacos (2 tacos). Inexpensive and nice snack. They are usually pretty good. Last time, I believe (to give a fast service) they didn't let the tacos sit long enough to drain the fryer oil. As I said, fast and friendly service.

This Jack-in-the-box is Awesome! Tonight, I forgot my wallet at work and had to drive back and get it. When I got back to Jack-in-the-box, they remembered what I had ordered 30 minutes prior, and had made a fresh batch and beverage.

Come to this jack in the box if you don't mind the homeless folks/druggies touching themselves intimately then pressing the buttons on the soda machine and fingerings all the condiments . The staff don't say anything to them.

Jack in the box food is self explained. Of course temptation on fast food is there when you don't eat fast food like you use to because of the inflammation this food brings. So for customer service I give them a good report.

It's one of the only places open all night so it has that going for it. Food is hit or miss, sometimes is great, sometimes the buns are stale and the fries are limp. The price is pretty high for fast food burgers.

I was picking up an Uber Eats order to deliver and the wait was too long so I canceled the delivery. Nobody's fault just a busy time they're not usually so swamped.

4 stars for the ladies in the morning, they are awesome and always happy. The golden Oreo shake is to die for, one of the best shakes ever! Breakfast food here is way better than the their lunch menu.

They have good service for food but slow. To true they don't make it till you order. But if you look or seem homeless and or pover-ish don't expect anything less than rude and condcending treatment.

Every table dirty. They don't have the heat on. The fancy Coke machine with all the extra flavors, has been out out of most of its flavors for a month. It's an embarrasment to the company.

Good place for late night eats, though it can be slow at times. Prepare to wait longer than usual. That won't always be the case, but, just be prepared in case. Quality of food is great.

Food here most of the time I visit is nice and fresh but sometimes are not too good and sometimes service is a little bit difficult but for the most part I say 3 to 4 stars.

It's the only fast-food restaurant left in the Georgetown area and it is pretty standard for Jack in the Box but the bathrooms are usually always clean

Seedy part of town but it's Jack right? There is a great shady spot in the parking lot so you can eat your lunch. Service was fast and friendly.

Couldn't figure out our order and then charged us for an extra fry but ended up refunding it. No worries. Normal Jack in the Box food …

The food was good quality but they forgot two of my beverages at the drive-thru and I had to wait about 10 minutes for them! …
