Well this airport has live entertainment in court yard by TSA. New restaurants opening with remodeling they are putting a new hub in to accommodate more passengers , They are a clean and sanitized areas with covid passed and present . information has 2 areas of city and airport there’s rental cars , ubers, ulift , limos . Plenty of garages covered and open and building more i’ve passed thru here numerous times if your lost people are hospitable , willing to help make your travel easy . i’ve travel a lot and i’m satisfied in the airport . Could use more snack stores

My FIL lost his phone in the JAX airport. The Aviation Authority took the loss report and searched for the phone. Even though they couldn't find it, they kept me informed until I told them that I thought further searches would be a waste of their time. Nice people doing a hard job.

Poor customer service, not very welcoming. Next time I will go on line, but sometimes they are rude as well.
