The worse experience ever. The dental assistant was just extremely rude. The young ladies at the front desk were amazing! That us the only positive thing I have to say. The dentist Holly, and dental assistant has No empathy at all. I spoke to Holly regarding my care plan, and she was like in the future don't let your teeth get so bad then this wouldn't be an issue concerning finances. I said, ma'am, well you don't know my situation or the reason of why I was unable to see a dentist in the first place. So, let's not assume that I didn't want to care for my teeth. That statement was extremely disrespectful and truly disheartening. My care plan came up on to $11,000. Which is definitely expensive. I did my research and I found a way better dentist, at Greenberg Dental. I do have dental insurance as well. I asked for all of my xrays to be emailed to me and then I emailed to My dentist. My dentist did my xrays and reviewed my xrays from Holly. He reviewed my care plan from Holly office and was like this isnt $11,000 worth. He reviewed my new xrays and old xrays did my care plan and I'm only paying $500.00 for all my work for my first procedure. Literally, everything she was saying needed to be done isn't what I would've paid for. I'm so happy with new dentist at Greenberg Dental! I wish I would've looked into their company first. Also, if you don't have insurance, Greenberg Dental offer dental plans for $89.00 a year, you get cleanings and xrays. They have discounts for whatever services you need. I did a deep cleaning and my dental hygienist at Greenberg Dental was absolutely amazing! Please seek out Greenberg Dental! You will not be disappointed. I promise! Please don't go broke making other people rich. Greenberg truly care about their patients. I repeat if you don't want to be judged and charged a down payment for a home please don't go to her. Save your money and Go to Greenberg!

This is the worst dentist in Jacksonville. She is not a gentle dentist. She is the most abrasive narcissistic dentist I have ever met. She is nice until you show her the money and when you don't do everything she recommends she becomes a monster. She is only out for her best interest and how much she can take from her customers. I went to her office 4 times and she over charged me every time. The last time I went there for a root canal, they didn't even know I had an appointment. They never check their schedules. I had to wait an hour and a half to even get into a room. The staff pretended to be checking if there was a room available the entire time. I even asked if I could come back another time but they insisted I should wait. After that I had to wait another hour for her to even acknowledge I was there. When they took impressions of my teeth, the dental assistant wasn't even sure of what she was doing. Never question Dr. Nadji or her staff, because she becomes the devil. The staff there is very unorganized and rude. They talk bad about every customer that they see and her husband tries to scam everyone he possibly can. My insurance was maxed out thanks to her extremely high prices and he was willing to charge me for me to pay it personally. His staff told him my insurance was maxed out and he shushed them to attempt to keep his scam rolling. They will charge you $2,500+ for crowns. Beware the con artists that work here.

Whoa! WORST and most money grabbing “dentist” I have ever visited! She was extremely RUDE and short, didn’t allow questions, as if she was too good to be In the presence of her patients! I left there with 3 pages of procedures that I supposedly needed for Thousands of dollars! NO surprise there! Thousands! And I have good insurance! She (dentist?) was going to call in a prescription to keep infection away, but at 8:30 at night, no word. So I called the number of her office and received a text stating that they sent the script in much earlier that day and that my pharmacy ‘is just notorious for not filling scripts on time’. Well, little did they know that MY NIECE IS THE PHARMACIST!! So-NO! It was never sent in! Then I received at text that it was being sent at 8:45pm, and yes, I got the script filled within 10 minutes before my pharmacy closed! Because that is how GREAT my pharmacy IS! All of this is just totally DISGUSTING! And I don’t know Who said “the staff is remarkable”! That means they have never been to a REAL dentist. Do you know what dentist anxiety is? Dentists should be extra comforting!! Just look at the website that has all the Fake pictures! The next day I went to a real dentist with a good reputation, who was INCREDIBLE, and ALL I NEEDED WAS a good FILLING!!! I am ALL BETTER!!!

First let me say I have not had a cleaning in 24 years. I brush religiously but my gums were in bad shape, I had severe gingivitis and by teeth looked like I needed cosmetic surgery that I was expecting to cost thousands. I had went to a dentist 5 years ago (same insurance as I have now) and was quoted over a $1,000 copay to get things started with more expensive treatments to follow. My wife had a great experience with Dr Holly and set up an appointment for me just to see. They said all I really needed was a deep cleaning which with my same insurance was half the cost as my before quote and after a couple simple fillings. This was over 5 years of no cleanings that my past dentist said I needed much more work at much higher rates. After only my deep cleanings I cannot believe the difference. I am happy to smile again without being self conscious. The spots I thought were severe irreversible gingivitis are gone immediately. I couldn’t be happier. Jenny was my hygienist and she wouldn’t stop until perfection. Even taking X-rays at the end to catch the small spots she couldn’t see. Everything was completely painless. From someone who batted going to the dentist I look forward to my next appointment and the improvements yet to come. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Everyone I have interacted with in Dr. Nadji's office, is wonderful! I highly recommend this practice if you need dental care. I have "visited" their office quite often these past few months and the whole staff is so professional, warm and friendly. Dr. Nadji has defeated/resolved a misbehaving, naughty, old crown (from another provider), and today, evaluated a mouth guard, also from another provider, and gave it a thumbs up; she so easily could have nixed it and made a little money, but she didn't, because she is honest and awesome, and Brittany, her assistant, was kind and thoughtful enough to offer a cleaning of said mouth guard. The office is always very clean and tasteful, they play great overhead music, have televisions in the ceilings for the patients, and they always offer a bottle of water on arrival. I really love this place, totally trust Dr. Nadji and her staff, and for once have no anxiety before dental appointments-what a relief! Thumbs up! Dr. Nadji's shots are not bad at all, I have heard her speak of her own dental care, and she knows how it is to be a scared, tense patient, so she makes the overall experience gentle and undramatic. Thank you all so much for your expert, excellent care, and keep up the great work!

Best care I have ever received! Not an exaggeration. I'd love to tell you the whole story of my emotional day at Dr Holly's office, however I'd really just like everyone to know how accommodating, kind, thorough, patient, and helpful the entire office is. I got to spend the better half of my day with Sharon and Ali, from start to finish I felt like my best friend was in the room with me telling me how everything was going to go so I wasn't overwhelmed or guessing what was next and that everything would be okay. There was even a weighted "blanket" and yogurt involved.. didn't expect that and both helped immensely. It also seemed that Dr. Holly wanted nothing more then to make sure I left without the pain I had come in with and she altered her schedule to make sure she could do just that. Every single thing was explained to me and there was so much emphasis on my comfort that there wasn't any pain! It's like she could smell fear and knew exactly how to soothe it. Words do not express how grateful I am for the care I received. It felt so personal and specified to me. I didn't feel like I was just a patient waiting my turn. My husband and I have been patients of Dr Nadji, we call her Dr Holly and we think that she and everyone on her staff are the absolute best. I first saw her four years ago after undergoing six rounds of chemotherapy. As a result of the chemo, I had six cracked teeth. I had to have extensive work done because of this. She is definitely "the gentle lady dentist" which I needed very much. My mouth does not open very wide because of trauma many years ago so it is very difficult for any dentist to work in. I have to use nitrous oxide gas just to relax my jaw. I really appreciate the gentleness and patience of Dr Holly and her assistants. I recently had a root canal with Sonia as her assistant. Sonia is the really great as Dr Holly's assistant. Everyone in the office including the receptionist and hygienist. Over the years there have been other staff but they have all been great. I know that my husband feels the same way. We have recommended Dr Holly to many of our friends and neighbors. We live in an over 55 community and are putting together a list of info for everyone. We are including her name in that list.

Came with my 8 yr old son for some dental work and a deep clean. The staff were very friendly but Dr. Holly Nadji was extremely rude. She was suggesting I step outside while she was doing work on my 8 yr old. I said No I wanted to stay, she made me wait in the hallway when I though she was numbing the wrong side of the mouth I starts to panic and waited while she put away the equipment down I asked her are you doing the 2 teeth I and J. She looked at me and staid I wanted you not to talk to me and I preferred you step outside!! I replayed you are very rude and stood quietly while she finished her work with my 8 yr old. When she was done she told her assistant to have me resign the form where originally she had me sign for tooth number A and B. But she worked on I and J. Dr Nadji was extremely rude, and unprofessional for her to talk to her clients specially in front of children and make the whole family uncomfortable. Will not recommend anyone there and was a huge mistake brining my child there. Horrible first time experience!! She should leave her personal problems at home and smile more.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Holly Nadji and her staff. From the kind, bubbly faces at the front desk to the well trained and gentle assistants in the back. You can tell that they truly care about their patients and are willing to go the extra mile. You get an ice cold drink when you walk in and a warm lavender towel for your face before you walk out. It felt less like a dreaded doctors appointment and more like a self care break. I’m always taken right back to my room by the girls at the front desk as soon as I arrive. They’re so friendly and helpful. I have had an extensive amount of work done by Dr. Nadji. Fillings, my wisdom teeth taken out, a crown you name it. Each time she handled me with care and truly lives up to her title of gentle dentist. I was always walked through what was happening, step by step and shown xrays and pictures to help me understand what was going on. I always leave knowing more than I did before which made me feel at ease. Her assistants are hands down the best. If you’re looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go!

I had not gone to a Dentist in over 15 years due to a bad experience I had. I was referred to Dr. Holly Nadji by a co-worker. I called and made my appointment with great hesitation. Well, the minute I walked in the door, I could see this office was different. Everyone was so friendly, explaining everything as we went along. I had my 2 children with me as well, and it was their first experience at a Dentist's office. We were all made to feel very comfortable and at ease about our check-ups. I've had the pleasure of being seen by a Hygienist named Julie more than once now.She is so sweet! She talks to you, I mean really talks to you - like you're a person, not just another patient.She also gives you great pointers on how to continue keeping your teeth healthy. Dr. Nadji, Julie and the rest of the staff have really made a difference in my dental experience! I now go every 3 months and my kids go every 6 months. If you were like me and hated going to the Dentist - come see Dr. Holly Nadji and her staff! I promise she will change your mind about Dentists!

I love this office! From my very first appointment I have been comfortable here. I was able to get in quickly as a new patient and was blown away with how caring the staff is! Sharon spent time telling me about exactly what was going to happen and made me feel like she was just a long time friend. Dr. Holly took her time listening to my concerns and made sure to answer all of my questions. They have TVs in the ceiling which is a perfect way to get your mind off of being at the dentist while you are getting work done! I am always excited to come in for my cleanings with Samantha because she is gentle, makes sure to offer me a blanket to keep warm and sets me up to relax for the time she’ll be cleaning my teeth. After 50 years of severe dental phobia I decided to try Dr. Holly Nadji at Gentle Dentistry. From making the first initial appointment I have been treated with kindness, and with a real concern from the dentist for my complete comfort. I was offered water several times, and even a warm blanket when I got chilly in the dental chair. Dr. Nadji stopped working several times to ask me if I was comfortable, and not experiencing pain. I actually almost fell asleep in the chair!!! I couldn’t believe it!! I had to have a lot of dental work completed in a short time frame due to my schedule. They fit me in when they could to ensure the work was completed. I highly recommend this very competent, kind, professional, patient, and caring dental office. The staff as well as Dr. Holly Nadji are the best.

Dr. Nadji and her team are just simply wonderful..from the moment you enter you are greeted with warm smiles, knowledgeable staff and an overall exceptional caring environment. I was extremely nervous having my wisdom tooth removed as my previous experience with another dentist left me literally with a bad taste in my mouth. I had 2 great experiences at Gentle Dentistry and I will continue to go to this office and recommend it to my friends and family. Due to my lack of going to the dentist for 2 years I needed a special cleaning and to fill 2 cavities. Gentle Dentistry got me back in order after 2 appointments. I have a severe phobia of needles so getting cavities filled was beyond scary. With the help of Dr Nadji and Shanna I was able to get my cavities filled pain free. I am so amazed at Dr Nadji’s ability to do the injections without pain. I felt absolutely nothing! And Shanna also helped to make me feel comfortable through the process while I cried (and I’m 27! Yikes) Thanks again to Gentle Dentistry!!! Continue being amazing. I will continue to rave about this great office :)

Dr. Nadji and her staff of Allie, Shawna, Tara and Sarah are amazing. I have never been comfortable going to the dentist but was in need of some dental work and I am glad that I found Dr. Nadji. They do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable and and the procedures are pain free. They take the time to create a treatment plan and go over all the options as far as pricing and what is most important so you have a healthy mouth. I am no longer self-conscious about my teeth or my smile and can only thank Dr. Nadji and her staff for that. I will continue to go to here with all my dental needs and would recomend anyone who is looking for a great Dentist to check out Dr. Nadji first.

I went today as a new patient and had a great experience! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Nadji is indeed the gentle lady dentist. I am terrified of dentists, but she made it a comfortable, relaxing experience. She took the time to talk to me about my dental problems and explain the best treatment plan for each. Also, Samantha was very welcoming and did a wonderful job with my teeth cleaning (which that was no easy task). And Sonia, who helped Dr. Nadji fill my cavities and take my teeth impressions, was fantastic and extra helpful. I've always feared going to the dentist since I was young. When I'd asked some friends about a good dentist who won't hurt me taking out a wisdom tooth, I was referred to check out Dr. Nadji and heard nothing but good reviews. When I was at my appointment with her, she eased all my worries very well and was extremely gentle. Vikki, a staff member, was also excellent at making me feel comfortable and together - their knowledge of dentistry and ability to comfort even the biggest of chickens (me) is Grade A. I am grateful to have found my forever dentist! And I can bring my children to see her too! Kudos to Dr. Nadji and her wonderful team!

I was a patient at her dental office. I am have to say that I am terrified of dentists and even I knew that I had to go I would push that idea away till it was too late to do anything. I found Dr. Nadji over the Internet and I have to say that I had a great experience with her staff and with her work. I am very pleased with what she did and how she did it. Very impressed. Was referred by a friend and am super happy I gave them a shot. Dr. Nadji seems to be very sweet, & informative. From my last experience, Dr. Calhoun who I believe she outsources too for certain procedures is very thorough & informative. There wasn’t a question on what he was doing, he explained everything in simple terms. Then there was Ally, man is she a rockstar. I have no idea what her actual position is but she is everywhere! From front desk checking people in to actually assisting with procedures. She’s very upbeat, caring & positive. Will definitely take her every time. Definitely would recommend.

I’ve been coming to Gentle Dentistry for a few years now and its been wonderful. Not all of my visits have been great but when you have your wisdom teeth removed and fillings done its not going to be. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are as comfortable as you can be. Dr. Nadji is the BEST! She’s gentle, patient, and explains things to you so you understand but she doesn’t talk down to you. Brittany the dental assistant is also wonderful to have working on your teeth. She’s really nice and helps keep you calm by explaining the visit to you step by step. I highly recommend Gentle Dentistry to everyone!

I have been going to Dr. Nadji for over 2 years. She is extremely thorough and has incredible patience. I had a lot of work done and had a lot of questions, and she always makes it seem like she has all the time in the world to answer them and never makes me feel silly for asking. I never felt pressured to get work done and they are very upfront with pricing and options. The whole team is extremely professional. They treat you like family and always take the time to connect, even when you are not their patient that day. I cannot say enough about the service and professionalism of this office. Recently relocated to Jacksonville and needed a new dentist. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed - Jennifer at reception is great. The hygienist was gentle and personable, ensuring I was comfortable throughout my visit. As for Dr. Holly, not only is she proficient at her craft, but she also takes the time to show pictures and provide clear explanations of what's happening, which I found highly enlightening and reassuring. I had reservations about some of their initial recommendations, but in hindsight, I'm grateful I followed their advice. A stellar dental team I'd happily recommend to others.

This is the place to come if you like being treated with care and respect. I, like a lot of other people, have had dentist related anxiety due to horrible experiences in the past. That fear combined with a lack of insurance for a few years left my mouth in a pretty bad state. I was in pain every day and could barely eat. Dr. Nadji and everyone in her office have been nothing short of amazing from working with me to make a plan for all the work I needed done and being flexible about payment plans. I would 11/10 recommend this practice to anyone and everyone, scared of dentists or not.

I for one am not a fan of being in a dentist chair. But this office exceeded my expectations. Dr. Nadji was excellent. She explained everything thoroughly before anything was done. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to have an emergency extraction. From the time that I was in the chair till I left, I never felt uncomfortable once. No pain at all during the procedure. If you’re looking for a comfortable atmosphere in a dentist office this is the place. I will highly recommend Dr. Nadji and her staff. Dr Nadji has been a Blessing in my life. I've always been so hesitant to visit the dentist, until now. I've FINALLY rid my fear and anxiety about visiting the dentist. I've never felt so comfortable to be in her hands and not to mention the staff. Mrs Susy at front desk is so helpful with everything from insurance to making sure refreshments are available to you upon arrival. Brittany took such good care of me and made me feel at ease as the procedure took place. I would recommend Dr. Nadji to anyone, especially to those with fear of going to the dentist. :)

During my consultation, Sharon is so reassuring and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Holly is a ninja when it comes to shots and personally handled my first deep cleaning. Sonja is an awesome hygienist, so kind, gentle and caring! Dental anxiety kept me out of dental offices for much too long but this office is amazing. I’m so glad i took the chance! Gentle dentist indeed. I been going there for a couple years now and have had nothing but great visits. Dr. Holly Nadji is thorough and is excellent at educating her patients on what’s going on with your teeth and what initiatives you need to implement for correction and care. The whole staff seems personable and caring towards your dental hygiene. I’ve heard some horror stories with other dentist offices and it’d be hard to fathom any occurrences like that at Jacksonville Gentle Dentistry. I’ve found my dentist for as long as I’ll have teeth!

I’ve been going here for a few years now. It’s the only dentist office I’ve never dreaded having to go to. The place is clean and designed to make you feel comfortable (tvs on the ceiling, complimentary drinks in the lobby, staff that take their time to help you understand what’s going on with your teeth). The staff are professional but pleasant, they make you feel like they actually care by checking in on you from time to time (letters in the mail, text messages, phone calls). You can tell it’s not all about the money with this place.

Dr. Nadji and her staff in Jacksonville are the best !. The care they provided for me was a very delightful experience. Their great service starts at the front desk with Ms. Ali, she's amazing! The assistants Brittany and Grace are so caring and professional, and lastly, Sam and Alisa are the best hygienists. Dr. Nadji went above and beyond to make sure I was educated about the treatment I needed. Words aren't enough to describe this staff. I highly recommend Jacksonville Gentle Dentistry! This is way over due. My fiancee and I paid out of pocket for a a deep cleaning and a useless one year membership. Later a specialist said the deep cleaning wasn't necessary. We paid for a full year of their noninsured membership. It was very pricy. They didn't reach out or make time for my fiancee to use the overpriced subscription or membership - whatever they call it. The place may have a bunch of bells and whistles but they use sales tactics. Don't get duped because they will give you a hard sale and pressure you.

Excellent work and care. The office is beautiful, the receptionist is warm and friendly, the dental hygienist was great and the Dr. Nadji so nice, knowledgeable and caring. This is truly the best dentist office anywhere! I needed a lot of work done after my accident and had seen several dentist before going to Dr. Nadji's office. I am very much impressed with her level of expertise. It was truly a miracle I found someone so knowledgeable and caring who is committed to providing care without cutting corners.

I found Dr. Nadji through a postcard mailed to my home. At the time, I was looking for a new dentist as mine had recently moved away. My experience has been exceptional so far - I have had 3 visits and they have all been very positive. As with many people, I have a fear of dental pain and was looking for an understanding and caring practice; which I found with Dr. Nadji. Her entire staff - in particular the hygienist who worked with me were helpful and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Nadji and her team!

I started coming to this office in 2019 and love it. I come in every 6 months for my cleaning and every time the hygienist, Sam, does a wonderful job. I ask a lot of questions and she and Dr. Holly have happily answered every one of them no matter how minuscule they were. I trust them immensely with their expertise. My last cleaning was with the Angie and she was very caring and attentive and did not want me to be uncomfortable whatsoever (and I wasn’t!). 100% would recommend

This dentistry office is amazing! They are friendly and kind. They remember you and your name. I cannot sing their praises enough! So, why 4 stars? They are a little pricey compared with other dentistry offices. So, if you have a tight budget you may want to try and find a cheaper dentistry office. But if you have a little wiggle room in your budget and really value high quality customer service, you will not be disappointed in Dr. Nadji and her office crew. They are fabulous!

I had the best experience with Dr. Nadji and her wonderful staff. They have found the way to work swiftly while remaining detail oriented. Dr. Nadji made me feel heard and took the time to understand my concerns, educate me about my treatment and why it needed to be done. Samantha also did a wonderful job with my cleaning. Dr Nadji has a beautiful office in a convenient, safe and quiet area of town. Her entire staff, from the front desk to the hygienist were very welcoming and professional. Sharon was funny and put me at ease during my x-rays and exam. Dr. Nadji is very thorough, gentle, caring and knowledgeable. No one likes going to the dentist...unless they're going to see Dr. Nadji and her AMAZING team. From the warm blanket while you're getting your teeth cleaned, to the absolute all-star team working there, it's always such a pleasant experience going to Gentle Dentistry. I truly can't stress enough how friendly, warm, and personable each and every person working there is. They really go the extra mile (or extra few miles!) to make your dentist visit a positive one.

The hygienist was excellent as well as the care of The dentist! My original appointment was at 11:20. The office called last week and asked if I could come at 10:30. I agreed. Last night I received a phone call and text to change the time to 8:00. I could not make the 8:00. I said I could make 9:30. The office said to come at 9:30. I arrived at the office for the 9:30 appointment. I did not see the hygienist until 10:10! Why change the 10:30 and wait 40 minutes!

Dr. Holly Nadji is by far the BEST dentist! Dr. Nadji really knows her stuff!! She has worked her magic on many of my childhood fillings, and I’ve never felt an ounce of pain. NOT EVEN THOSE DREADFUL SHOTS! Her and her wonderful staff always make me feel welcome from the moment I walk in the door until the minute I leave. I always look forward to a warm welcome from Ally and my regular cleaning from Samantha. Stop by and see these ladies! You won’t regret it!

Doctor Nadgi is an amazing doctor and took care of all my dental needs. She was very thorough with my fillings & Crown procedures. I didn't feel the injection when I had to get numb. From diagnosis to the end of my treatment, I felt like she was treating me as if I was her family member. Her assistants Sarah and Ragina were very helpful and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend Dr. Nadji to all my friends and family!

Just recently saw Dr. Nadji after having a toothache for two years that prior dentists couldn't figure out. She quickly identified the problem and did an amazing job restoring the damaged tooth. She goes above and beyond, even calling patients after procedures to make sure they are dong OK. All office staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Nadji and her staff are wonderful, especially with my son. Every member of my family is a patient, and I recommend her every time anyone asks me if I know a great dentist. I read some of the negative reviews here, and I have to wonder if they actually went to the same place or if they were confused and saw some other dentist in the same complex. Her priority is to provide a calming and painless visit to alleviate any uneasiness you might have from prior dental experiences. I got my wisdom teeth out about a month ago with Dr. Holly and I am now starting my Invisalign journey. I believe this is by far the best office I have been to. They really take care of you here! When they were doing my cleaning earlier this week they found a cavity and fixed it while I was still in the office, that’s amazing!! I highly recommend going to them for all of your dentist needs!!
