The Jacksonville Skyway could be more if the JTA would invest properly to expand the track and upgrade the trains. At this time it provides nominal service as the JTA continues to downgrade the maintenance. Currently the Skyway does provide quick service to the areas it serves. The trains are comfortable and quick to get you where need to be in the service area.

Needs better signage so you'll know in which train you have to get on to get to your destination. The train is free which is good but doesn't have too many stations so you'll have to walk a lot or connect to a bus. The carts are not as clean as you'd hope and smelly. Which it would have been a better experience, but it was useful.

This would be fabulous for tourists but homeless bums and crazy homeless ride on this as it’s free. It’s a great view of the city of you could see out the windows ! They are wrapped with ads so it’s ruins everything Jacksonville you are missing a great opportunity for tourists!! I did not feel safe on board

While visiting Jacksonville recently we decided to ride the Skyway. We had no where to go, just wanted to ride and check out the ride/route. We had a fun time and it was free. Want to give a shout out to Mike C an Ed employee who helped us out at the transfer station.

Good luck figuring out which hub to get on. The notification system is broken. There's no way of knowing whih one is going where. This is one of those systems that help people get fired from their jobs. Good job keeping the poor in their place Jacksonville!

This was fun to take if you aren't on a time crunch and trying to get from South Bank to downtown and are okay with a possible unpleasant ride. Otherwise... just Uber or drive.

Had such a fun time checking out all of DT Jax! Highly recommend a day adventure getting lost in the city and scootering along the river walk. Oh, did I mention ITS FREE?!

Trains couldbe a little quicker but its not bad and they put cops and Ambassadors at the Skyway terminals

They need to tell people how many trains are running at 1 time

When it works it great. Wish the elevator worked more often
