I had a horrible experience ordering from this location last week. I originally ordered the Thai fried rice, which did not taste anything like thai food. It taste like regular Chinese fried rice. I called to let them know that what I ordered and paid for, was not what I received. He started off by saying well I am the only customer that has a problem with their food. But I know what thai food should taste like and that was not it. He went back and fourth with me before he asked if he could do something else. I said yes replace the food with something else. He agreed and would replace it with the pad Thai noodles. I received my food and started eating from the side. The flavor that should have been present was not. I found a fly in the middle of my food, you can tell it was deliberately put there. This is disgusting and absolutely unacceptable. Just because you feel a way that one customer does not like your food, doesn’t mean that you go and sabotage their food further. Michael needs to learn respect for his paying customers. And needs to not run a business because he does not put his customers first.

I've had two terrible experiences with this place. 1st they never delivered my food and when i called to complain they replied, "well, the food was delivered to someone so you don't get a refund." My reply, "I never received any food, no one ever came to my door." Their counter argument continued to be food was delivered so I don't deserve a refund. It took a week of me calling grubhub, and grubhub going back and forth with them to get my moneyback. 2nd time I tried their service, the delivery man would call my phone when he was in my buildings lobby and demand I came down and get the food from him. He was clearly being spiteful because I complained. I had to call the restuarant twice to get him to finally come upstairs and when he delivered the food he was very rude. He was angry at me that he had to do his job. I promptly took my food and slammed the door in his face. I'm done with this place.

Update: They have stopped buying tiny chicken wings. They have once again started taking cards. Their chicken broccoli recipe seems to have changed. Used to be a great place to order from. They buy the smallest chicken wings they can get. They over fry their chicken. They have stopped taking credit cards without putting a sign up or letting you know on the phone, so beware of going in thinking they still take cards. Overall a drop in quality and service.

Lol it's looks like a storage(atmosphere) that serves 4 star Chinese food. It's tasty as fk. And the little lady who takes the orders is a hustler. She works very hard to make sure your happy. I like her, and her food looks and taste good. Jade house apparently has a loyal fanbase. I personally prefer Thai but this was good. Far better quality and service than Splendid China on 161 ewwww

The food never arrived and the receptionist continue to tell me that the food was coming. After two hours he finally spoke to his delivery guy, who told him that he had sold the food to someone in my building. The receptionist then tried to alter his statement to convince me that I had maybe called a different jade house to check on my order; I will never order from this restaurant again, very poor customer service.

The woman is really nice whenever she picks up the phone and remembers my order! But the man who took my order was so rude and was yelling in my ear, like I understand its late at night and things didn't go right but you don't have to yell and get angry, if you get easily angry you shouldn't be working doing customer service. Horrible experience, will ask for the woman from now on.

The Chicken Wings Were Waaaay Over Cooked .$5.50 For 4 Wings. The Place Is Dirty With Boxes Piled Everywhere, They Looked As If They Were Closed And Still Selling Food. Be Careful When/ If You Eat Here I Saw Several Roaches (Dead) Near The Register. This Order Was Not For Me And The Person Who Bought It "THREW IT AWAY " Watch What/Where You Eat.

It is regular Chinese/American food like fried chicken wings, won ton soup and general Tso chicken but I found the quality of everything to be excellent. Large portions, everything fresh and flavorful. Usually when I order takeout Chinese I eat half and throw it away. This place even the leftovers the next day were delicious. Highly recommend.

I just moved to this area, honestly never seen a store that’s this unorganized. I told the lady in the phone one ORDER. She proceed to send me two and double charge me when I told her NO already. Never ordering here again. Always an issue.

This people are so rude man, it’s crazy the delivery guy call me at 7:32 and I call back at 7:33 and they told me they were bringing my food and didn’t bring anything, the lady on the phone was so rude. I never said anything disrespectful to her. Please don’t buy from this place

Tasteless. That's all I have to say. Tasteless. I don't know how garlic chicken could be tasteless but it is. Even the fried rice wasn't that good, this place is a pass. I ordered this on Doordash and it came very quickly but the food, I'm sorry I can't eat this.

Not only did they messed up my order but they also sent me unedible food. 90% breading 10% shrimp is not acceptable under any circumstances, it was obvious they were trying to fill the container. Threw the food straight in the garbage where it belongs.

I order Thai fried rice with beef it was alright I’d ordered it again but it wasn’t the best I’ve had. Wongtongs weren’t crispy at all even tho they were fried so there’s that. The ice tea was good. This reminded me to read reviews first f**ck.

We ordered for delivery and the food always arrives hot. My husband loves the sesame chicken with fried green plantains and they never disappoint. If anything is wrong with your order the take care of the issue right away and redeliver.

This restaurant is so foul, I ordered from them when I wasn’t at home they sent me the food with no utensils… was I supposed to eat it with my hands?

Very poor customer service and my order was wrong. They are rude on the phone and seem to not care about the community they serve. Losing one customer meant nothing to them and they expressed that.
