I took my cycle for servicing and the quality is poor, very expensive and the owner is extremely rude. The owner treats the cycle buyers nicely but not the ones who have come for servicing. I had gone there a couple of months ago and went again yesterday, both the times he made me wait for 30 mins without giving a solid reason and kept working on other cycles. There are certified sellers and shops near national handloom who provide much better service than this. I even found out he gives a discount if you give him 5 star rating on Google.

Pathetic experience Initial I was asked to change the gear shifter, cassette, derailer etc(just to extract money) later on disscussion Rs140 was quoted but as soon as the problem was solved I was forced to pay Rs200 as service charges(although the worker just installed the cable in just 5 minutes) SO I PAID A TOTAL OF Rs 340 . And the way of talking of the shopkeeper will trap you in his dirty business. Plz plz plz be aware and I strongly urge you to not come to this Shop at any cost.

Place is nice and they have most of the things you may go looking for. Though i found the prices on the higher side and less people for answering your questions. They are really very busy. But I found good cycle rack for my car in reasonable price. Now I will see the quality and experience of that product. They said that they will give life time warranty if anything happens. So it will good for me. That’s nice about this store.
