I cannot overstate how amazing the service is here. Walk in and they’re busy? Bam. You get seated right away. Then the chips and salsa hit the table before you can even remove your coat. Someone always checks on us when walking by, whether they are our waiter or not. Super friendly staff. The margaritas are strong. Their namesake tacos are And there’s parking. It is what you make of it, as in any place. Neighborhoody vibe, local spot more so than a place near the mall. It's not mexican street food folks; It's not traditional in the sense that my abuela made it. But it's damn delicious. Just facts. The people who who work there make whats making me look forward to coming back whether for food, or HH or straight kickin it in the bar (tvs for games..!!) . Perfect level of fun, personable, enjoyable and professional folks. Has *a lot* to do with success in any establishment. So, so welcoming. Down to earth. Oh ya.. the food!! BOMB. I highly enjoyed it. Got it to-go. Hung at the bar for a hot minute after it was ready and going home, still yum. Chips were puuuurrfect. Ate like a champ- hit the spot.

I ate here today for the first time and it was a great experience! The staff were nice, the service was good, the food was delicious and even for a lunch special it was a very generous serving while still for a lower price. The whole place was spotlessly clean, including their restroom! The decor was nice, and the music was just the right moderate volume and a good mix of Spanish language music. It's a huge restaurant with lots and lots of tables, it seems to be a popular place to eat, so it's good that it's big! The menu has a lot to choose from... If I lived closer I would go back more often to try more things! This was perfect for a lunch break driving north from SeaTac airport.

My husband picked us up some lunch today. We had Enchiladas and quesadillas. It was delicious and we shared bites. The portions are nice. This was our first visit. We will be coming back to dine in. I love authentic Mexican food. Y’all are number one in my book. I wish he would have brought me some frozen ice cream for dessert. We will be back on date night or before. Very good food here. The table service is excellent. The older Managerial person came over when he was handing us food and had a pretty funny comedy routine, I wont spoil it but everyone who heard it laughs. Our waitress came by once or twice to check up on us which was pretty good timing, not bothersome. I had the beef fajitas and they came out sizzling and deliscious, plenty of food. My friend had the carne asada plate and that looked phenomenal, the meat just tore apart so easily. For a dessert I had the deep fried ice cream which was good. The tortilla bowl was pretty meh but the ice cream was delicious.

They have the best Carne Asada! It's a thinly cut Skirt steak, seasoned and char-broiled. It is tender, juicy and packed with flavor! Of all the Mexican restaurants we have eaten in, in multiple states, and ordered Carne Asada, no one has been better than Jalisco's!

Walked in randomly while exploring and was welcomed with a smile and greeting from the door. Huge menu selection and very happy with the quality. Ordered the grilled quesadilla with marinated steak and an a la carte chile relleno. Enjoyed the restaurant's take on the chile relleno that came 'omlet' style. Great atmosphere restaurant with cantina complete with fútbol on the televisions! Would recommend and will return soon!

Me and my partner went here on a date the other day and had a great time! The vibes were good, it wasn't too loud, and everyone was super nice. We travel a lot and visit many Mexican restaurants all through the country. This is by far one of our favorites. We were greeted and seated by a very friendly member of the family who owns this place. The margueita was great and the food was delicious. The service was top notch. And the price was reasonable. Just visited again, and MY OH MY!!! !!! Delicious and the portions had us and stuffed. August 2019: First time there. New to the area. Excellent food, delicious, great portions, they had authentic horchata, but the service was not great. We never saw our server once we ordered. We had to wave a couple ladies for refills and silverware, more chips... But once he brought bill at end, he kept coming back VERY FREQUENTLY to check if we were ready to cash out.

I’ve been following Jose and Carlos throughout the restaurant they work at. Mainly for Jalisco restaurants over 20 years! They are the best Mexican chefs in Seattle! Undeniably! Get the Aguachiles don’t even think about it! Perfection, spicy raw shrimp rich in flavor cooked in lime juice! A cure for hangovers!

Absolutely the best Mexican restaurant hands down! I grew up and Wenatchee and lived in LA. I've been looking for a good Mexican restaurant and have found decent locations, but this place tastes like home cooked meals. This is where im taking my family and friends when ever they come visit. This place is an absolute gem. My whole family was delighted with the food and service. (1st picture sopitos, 2nd Pollo a la crema)

Amazing food. I got a margarita even though it wasn't a flavor on the menu i did ask. But told them strawberry is ok but is my favorite. I got lunch special 2 chicken enchiladas with beans and rice. I had an amazing time!

Just mediocre the three or four visits I've made here. Food is ok but nothing special. The bar is an emphasis here and this restaurant relies heavily on liquor sales from what I've seen. They make a good margarita but it's just not really worth the money when there are so many better options in the area. I really wanted to make this a 2 star rating but I'm going to give it a 2.6 and unfortunately I will round up.

We had a very nice dinner at this Mexican restaurant. The food was very tasty and the staff very friendly, fast and kind. This is our second time here and we enjoyed it a lot again. They have a digital menu and they are taking orders to go, and also serving food at the restaurant. Everything was very cleaned, everyone was wearing masks and keeping social distancing. I will definitely return to this place.

Classic mexican sit down restaurant. Good food. Nice atmosphere. Clean establishment. Food came out quickly and was really filling. I went during lunch and the place wasn't crowded at all. We instantly had a seat and food was out and hot within 10 minutes. Pictures shown here are the lunch portions so you can see they are quite generous and combined with the free chips and dip, you won't leave hungry.

The staff goes above and beyond to give you a great dining experience. I will definitely visit again on that fact alone!

Very best Mexican food I’ve had in a long long time. Staff makes you feel like family, traditional home style Mexican food. Bar tender is top notch, best michilada around town. Their Pico de gallo is out of this world delicious! Gotta give this place a shot if you’re craving real Mexican food.

Lunch at Jalisco in Seattle with hubs. I'm having the #5 Combination of Chile Rellenos, Beef Enchilada and Tamale, Rice and Beans. Hubs having Chimichangas (2), one shredded Beef and one Chicken, Rice and Beans...his came with Sour Cream and Guacamole....oh yummy....Plates are huge!!!

I have been coming here since 1996. I usually sit in the bar and the service is good. It can be busy and loud it enjoyable. Food is always good and plenty. Parking in the back is tight.

Charged me over $3 for tiny soda filled with ice and no refill. Since two month ago they stopped giving free refills on soda and pico de gallo. What a cheap place this place has become.
