I've been with SF for over a decade and didn't think too much about what was available to me. But boy did all that change when James Carr became my agent. He really helped me to understand my policies and how to get more coverage for my buck. His customer service is spectacular. James has reached out to me on several occasions after storms or inclement weather that may have affected my home/car just make sure all was well. He makes me feel more like family than a customer. These guys are awesome! Spoke with the wonderful Sandy Daniels and you can tell she genuinely cares about you and your well being. She was able to get me BETTER car insurance and renters insurance than what I already had, FOR HALF THE PRICE!!!! Loved that she didn’t try to upsell me and tried to find me all the discounts and deals she could. Very professional, but also incredibly sweet, kind, and caring. Highly recommend her services and State Farm to anyone who wants solid coverage for a reasonable price

I usually like to take care of things online and not deal with agents over the phone. I got the lowest rate from State Farm and when you get state farm you have to go through agents. Edu helped me navigate through the process pretty efficiently and was friendly which I appreciate. High recommend this place if you looking to get insurance in the Dallas area!

Haley and James were so helpful, friendly, and communicative! I’ve never had such a positive experience with an insurance company, and I have hopped around a lot. Their service felt personal, as if they cared about me as a human. Highly recommend! It is also worth noting that I legitimately saved a lot of money switching to State Farm and working with them.

It's always a pleasure to work with Kim Stump. Sadly this can only count as one review, but I've acquired Car insurance from her, then later on I put my Homeowners insurance with her assistance and lastly our rental property. Have been with State farm for a long time, James and his team has always been helpful. Recently I have also added my renters insurance with them, Eduardo Quiroga has helped me with the whole process of setting up the renters insurance.

Crystal is fantastic. She quickly helped me modify my insurance plans, was patient with all my questions, AND suggested a great place to get birria tacos. I have yet to get restaurant suggestions from Geico or Allstate.
