If I could give negative stars I would. James misled to me in our initial conversation, telling me that it was illegal for me to operate an LLC in the states while living here in France. Then he charged me 10x the standard rates to do my now overly complicated bookkeeping and TVA filings. When I tried to get out of the contract after taking tens of thousands of euros from me, his firm said in phone calls and in writing that they would submit my filings. Now they refuse to file. I have had to hire another accountant to file for me, piling more fees on top. I have submitted a complaint with the Chamber of Accountancy and will be trying to get my money back.
