We purchased a lounge set and discussed a 60 month interest free period with the sales rep. Once we decided on the style and configuration, we were told to call the next day to arrange finance. We called the next day and then were told we had to physically visit the store again to arrange the finance. Then we were told the maximum interest free period is 24 months. After reluctantly agreeing, the configuration wasn’t suitable for our living space and even though the website says they will provide a 7 day credit to exchange, they won’t allow it if it’s been ‘taken out of its original packaging’. Then you read reviews where people have returned furniture and they haven’t refunded payments. Finally, the 3 ladies I’ve interacted with in the store and on the phone are all rude and genuinely couldn’t care about customers. Save yourself time, trouble and disgusting service and go to Domayne in the same complex.

I usually don't write reviews, but after my shopping experience today, I want to highly applaud Sandra from James Lane (Orange Grove Store) for her excellent customer service. Although she said she was new in her role, she showed years of professionalism in her service and attitude with us. She went above and beyond in her customer service, and secured us a good price. Professional, respectful, and always smiling - I will definitely return for future purchases. James Lane owners are lucky to have Sandra in their team and should certainly review Sandra as a possible manager for one of their stores. Her level of customer service and respect should be set as the standard for the James Lane stores.

I bought bed side tables in September returned them immediately because they were dirty crooked and in horrible condition. They were picked up then now in November I am still waiting for a refund. I have called and sent multiple emails only to be blocked. Now I am suing them for the 400 they owe me. Don’t go here. Biggest scammers on earth disgusting

I bought bed and mattress from Domain in Liverpool. The instructions was terrible. Nothing was marked. I went to take some photos of the bed in display, how to do the bed,and the service was terrible as well. The lady wasn't interested for help. Like usual. Once you pay in full,the boss is not interested in the customer service any more.
