Each year the firm has completed and submitted my personal income tax to the CRA, and done so with promptness, and with accuracy. Unfortunately our experience was not positive after the change in ownership at Jamesbridge Associates last year. We identified multiple errors in the tax return they completed for us that needed to be corrected before it's submission to CRA. Furthermore after we identified them, there was no apology provided for the errors.
