Jan has been my insurance agent for several years and i haven't met any insurance agent so kind and willing to go out of their way to help me in situations beyond my control. She truly is one of my favorite people to have to work with when i need to and i know she'll be there for me even on weekends, after regular business hours and holidays. She's kind of great. I highly recommend her.

I have had State Farm auto insurance since I started driving. Jan and her employees are so helpful and personable, in person and on the phone. They contact me for yearly meetings to go over my coverage, and to make sure I'm getting all my rebates. I really appreciate their customer service!
