im a northeast from mizoram this is the metro station that i got in and out everydays for my job. i do have a metro card but whenever i forgot to bring a card need to take a token by that time i do always got insulting by the casher who stand at the metro token machine. with my eyes i saw he got a lot of cash and help other who didn't have but when i ask he don't wanna do it for me and even mocking me for my hindi coz i can't talk with him in english as he didn't understand and this doesn't happen just 1 time i face this mocking insulting by word action every single time . if this government property i want you guy to teach like this peopele coz i we don't deserve to treated like this in our own county

Its probably the best metro station in West Delhi and also one of the best station in New Delhi. Its a junction between Magenta line and Blue line. Blue line runs on flyover while Magenta runs underground. Its my favorite station as the staff here is very humble, polite and well behaved. Its always neat and clean, thanks to its housekeeping supervisor and the sweeping staff. Ticketing system is also automatic. Well decorated and maintained by DMRC. Situated around a very nice locality and crowd there is usually very good. And i've heard it has the highest 'escalator' in India. So, go there and experience it sometime.

The station is well managed with crowd moving smoothly due to the good work of the station staff. Although the automatic ticket vending machines are almost always non-functional. The entry/exit gates also malfunction occasionally. The customer care is very efficient and functions well. The station has no damaged structures. There are small shops to buy eatables. TRANSPORT can be found easily from all the gates of the station, the commonly available transport include E-rickshaw, CNG auto rickshaw, City bus service and sometimes pedal rickshaw. PARKING is available at the station which is provided at the station itself.

The Last Train to Vaishali from this station is at 11.21 PM. But people are advised to reach by 11.15PM, even if they are changing from other lines. To calculate: 3 Min (maximum) per station. Metro timing is so ruined here..by there time metro will be there in 4-5 minutes but in real it takes 10-12 minutes. Only this metro station took this much time. I don't know what's the issue. But they should focus on their schedule and timing. And still i am sitting here from 7:45 am . Board showing 4 minutes and now it's 7:57 am. It has been 12 minutes I am sitting here. This metro is always late.

It is a lovely place and fully well space and have a very large escalator and good service also. And we can change metro from ane to another place and we found there has shop where we get many item for eat. Here last stop of Magenta line metro. And we can change magenta line to blue line and opposite of this also. Finally found it is good station.

The metro station is well built and there are about 4 kiosks at the station. There is no counter for the tokens and all the kiosks are usually not in working conditions and hence there are really long queues on weekends. So it is preferable to carry metro cards while traveling from there. Otherwise it is properly air conditioned.
