Honestly, I am not one to usually leave a review about something or somewhere... But I really want to share my experiences with Janz Family Dental... I have had super bad anxiety about the dentist, stimulating from one bad childhood experience, that I would go YEARS without seeing the dentist until something happened that forced me to (much like my wisdom tooth in this case). It is so hard for me to be comfortable and trusting with a dentist, but right away, Janz Family Dental changed that! Jodie at the reception desk is so helpful and very caring, Dr. J Janz was the most gentle and caring dentist I've ever met, along with all of his assistants. Three hours to get my one super problematic tooth out, and they were so caring and understanding of any pain I had, constantly kept in touch with me to make sure I was okay with what they were doing, and continued to keep in touch even after the procedure was done. I would highly recommend Janz to anyone needing anything dental related, especially those who are anxious or had bad experiences in the past... Dentist trips are never fun, but the people at Janz Family Dental make it so much easier! Most amazing office of people ever.

I went to a dentist office for years. After having complications with pain in the right side of my mouth I have not found the care I needed. I had a tooth extracted, but still had pain. I eventually had so much pain I went to a different dentist on the weekend as mine was closed. This second dentist could not figure out what was wrong. Instead, I got a sales pitch on cleaning up blemishes on my back teeth. Two days later the pain was getting worse and so I called my original dentist but they couldn’t fit me in until two days later so I called Janz. They immediately took me in and Dr Janz found my issue and gave me a root canal on the spot between his booked patients. The infection under my tooth was so apparent that I had a bad smell and taste during the procedure. Unbelievable staff with unbelievable care. To them, I’m sure it’s just doing their job. To me, it meant relief. This is the dentist everyone should be going to if you require expert care who won’t turn you away when you are in pain. This will be my permanent dental office from here on out.

It’s indeed a family, I went to this place for a dental check after a very very long time without visiting a dental clinic, on the same day I had issues with my finances and this wonderful place didn’t refuse to take care of me, they worked on me so nicely, did everything needed to to be done, and I came back the next day to pay, they trusted a stranger! There is no better professional place I can recommend than this family dental clinic ! Very wonderful staffs ! I can’t say less about them! I could write all day! Just go there if you need help with your teeth , you will be grateful like me! Thank you Janz family dental for your kindness and professionalism!

I’ve been coming here for years now and I have always experience the best from them. They make you feel like your family. I’m always treated with a smile and a hearty hello like they want to see me have healthy teeth. I’m made comfortable when getting ready to get my dental work done. From cleaning, crowned work and teeth whitening you name it this place will treat you with so much love that comes with professionalism. I would recommend this dental office to ANYONE!!! I can't say enough good things about Janz Dental. I haven't felt this at ease in a dental office for a long time. I previously went to a dental clinic that had frequent staff changes. It was rare to have the same dentist or hygienist for more than a few months. Seeing a different dentist all the time did not inspire confidence, to say the least. But at Janz Dental, I have complete confidence in the skill and knowledge of all the dentists and hygienists. I'm sooooo glad that I gave Janz Dental a chance. I'll never go back to my previous clinic! Give Janz Dental Clinic a try, if you haven't already. You won't be disappointed.

This place is a scam.... if you have dental insurance, be prepared for "dr.janz" to find just about what your insurance will cover.... its funny how that always happens.. I went to him told me I had numerous problems and needed a root canal and crown. Went to another dentist and all that was there was 1 cavity. He will do anything in his power to find UNNECESSARY work just to max out you your insurance. He will put you through pain so he can put money in his pocket. To bad his dad never taught him anything about ETHICS. Also expect to be constantly harrassed by phone calls for "check ups" and cleanings....

I took my three year old son to see Dr. Janz and his assistants today, and well as my husband went to see him this evening. It was my sons first visit ever , and Dr Janz made sure to spend time with him to make him feel as comfortable as he could. He was incredibly patient with my stubborn toddler , and was also very encouraging even though my son wasn’t really cooperating. This evening was my husbands first time visiting a dentist in over a decade , and the dental hygienists were incredibly accommodating towards my husbands concerns. I have an appointment booked for Friday, and very excited !

I just posted the same message on Facebook and want to continue here. I had an emergency this morning. My 2 front teeth temporary crowns fell off.i am an esthetician. I work on Saturdays and I am booked solid. My dentist s office is closed on Saturdays as the most of dental places. It was a nightmare. Fortunately for me Smile Design Centre was open.Not only they fixed my teeth, they did a great job and didn't charge me anything for emergency.Wow!!! I will definately recommend them to my family and my friends and clients. Great people and awesome professionals should be rewarded!

I have been going to see Dr. Janz for more than 30 years. I first came to him with my young daughter after she had a terrible experience with another dentist. His slogan was “we cater to cowards” which is what prompted me to try him out. He was able to make her feel safe and comfortable. My grandchildren now see him and his son. Both are great dentists and they have very friendly and competent staff. Above all they are all great people and treat their patients with care, compassion and professionalism. I would highly recommend Janz family dentist.

My family and I have been going to Janz Family Dental for almost 20 years and am very happy with their services. Dr. Janz and our hygienists are highly skilled and resourceful. Dr Huynh is an amazing dentist!! He is knowledgeable, skilled, patient, great with kids and just an all around nice man with great a bedside manner. He makes sure you are very comfortable and is accommodating to all your needs. I would highly recommend him. We drive a fair distance just to see him and it’s worth the trip. We have had equally fantastic interaction with Dr Janz as well!! The staff at the front are amazing as are the hygienists. I do not have anything but great things to say about this Dental office!!!

What a great first visit! More than willing to accommodate my busy schedule by signing me up for cancellation lists and getting me in rather quickly from that cancellation list! Dr. Janz and his staff are very friendly and personable. They addressed all my concerns and questions with enthusiasm and care, while properly providing terms I needed to know. They were happy to clarify the details that I needed, as well as clarifying my insurance coverage. What a great environment! Definitely recommend!

I have had many appointments, and each visit has been comfortable and positive. Dr. Janz and his staff have taken great care to work with my dental and health concerns every time. Dr. Janz is absolutely amazing at administering freezing. Almost pain free, and this is from someone who is a huge chicken when it comes to needles. I had a great experience with Dr Janz. I have had trouble freezing in the past and Dr Janz eased my anxiety and was confident he would have better success. He came through and his actions matched his words! He was able to successfully freeze me. He talked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the filling procedure. He is very easy to talk to and does a great job. Highly recommend!

The welcome was efficient and friendly. I waited perhaps a few min only before being greeted by another warm and upbeat assistant who took the time to ask questions and explain what she was doing. The dentist, Dr Janz also inquired as to my well-being and my activities over the summer. He then proceeded to check about the issue and was very careful . His diagnosis made sense. I feel safe at this clinic.

They actually have their appointments on time! And great staff throughout. I had a filling done and requested no freezing, which they were able to accommodate. The dentist was great and it was actually less painful than some cleanings I've had at other places! 10/10 would recommend (and I'm going to make my husband switch from his current dentist to come here because they were so great!)

I have recently switched back to Janz Family Dental and have had exemplary service from reception, dental hygienists and of course the young Dr. Janz! He is one of the rare dentists that will sit down with you and go over your coverage and budget and come up with a way to get your work done. Their prices charged for work line up with what my coverage thinks the work should be done for!

My dentist was away on holidays so I called the dental office my sister goes to. They fit me in the same day I called and I didn’t have to wait long. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have a dental background and I would highly recommend this office. Very professional. Thank you Janz Dental for being so accommodating. If I didn’t love my current dental office, I would switch!

My entire family of 6 now uses this dental clinic for all our dental needs. All the staff is so lovely, helpful & friendly. They give very good, non judgmental advice. The clinic is so bright & welcoming. Very clean & spacious. Our family had been with them for years! Their admin staff are extremely professional and helpful with billing. Both Dr. Jonathan and Rodney Janz provide excellent dentistry and always go the extra mile when we have needed it. Even my Dad goes there now and is extremely impressed! I have been going to this fine centre for 5 years ago. Love the staff, Love the dentists, and this is coming from a coward of the first order. I never have to wait, when I walk in I am shown to the dental chair. The staff is amazing. My daughters are grown now, but when they were little they looked forward to the dentist. T V In the ceilings for Disney movies . They direct bill which is important to me. Highly recommend this place.

Amazed at how all the staff are with children. My kids have had a couple cavities filled and I don't think any of them even know a needle was involved. My kids look forward to going to the dentist which makes my life easier. They are also great with direct billing. Always a positive experience.

Coose to overcharge me on xrays last year even though I had 100% coverage. Everyone I worked with that shared the same benefits program got xrays included in their package but Janz decided to charge me an extra $100. Tried to explain this to reception and she gave me attitude. Bye bye Janz!

Came in on a Friday and the staff was great! Gentle chair side manner, staff was friendly and approachable! Front end staff was very knowledgeable with insurance. Everything was explained to me. They even had Netflix!! Very impressed with all the updates that have been done.
